Been using the Emergency: Severe Weather App for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that helps you prepare for and stay safe during emergencies like hurricanes, tornadoes, and wildfires. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do – there’s guides to help you get ready for different types of disasters, you can get real-time severe weather alerts, and you can even find open shelters and services from the Red Cross. And it’s got a live weather map too which is pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out all the features but they’re all useful.
Look, if you live in an area that gets hit by extreme weather, you’ll probably find this app really handy. It’s not perfect – the alerts can be a little annoying sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
