I love the product and the content but the app itself needs work. Mine freezes or doesn't load the content more often than not so im not even able to access everything that's so awesome on here. And I've closed out the app and re-opened, re-started my phone, looked to see that I had the most updated version so I don't think it's anything on my end. I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing as well. Still didn't help :(

I love the content! I often have issues with the audio books not playing, i.e. if I start in the middle of the book as opposed to the beginning. Sometimes nothing plays for certain books, please advise on how to fix this. Response to your question - Right now I'm having problems listening to Medical Medium - when I tried to go to a different chapter. This is a consistent issue.

I love the product, but the app needs some work. 1. I wish it would save where I left off and begin from there the next time I open the app. 2. I wish it would pause when my navigation talks, then resume playing. I know both of these things can be done because another audio book app that I use does them. Hopefully, they'll get this fixed, and then I'll sign up for a year!

I love the material and having unlimited access, but an audiobook application really must save your progress when you exit the app. If I am listening to a book and close the app, the next time I open it, it starts at the beginning of the last chapter, instead of where I left off. If a chapter is quite long it can be difficult to find where you left off. This really must be fixed. It's hard to imagine how this feature was overlooked in an audiobook app. If they fix this, the app is worth 5 stars.

There is excellent content in this app, I listen almost every day. I do have some issues with the app though. I can no longer save anything to the library. There are many meditations I want to save but it will only save a few. It also does not always save my place when listening to an audio book, which is frustrating. If you could fix these issues it would be 5 stars.

I started using the app when it was Hayhouse Audio; it's worked fine until I got a new phone. I am unable to sign in as the app keeps crashing. I get an error message saying session expired. I've changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but nothing seems to work. Nonetheless, the content is amazing and has really helped me in the past. There's the ability to download your favorite content into your own library for easy access, which I love. Pity I have no access 😞

This is an amazing app or should I say a school for all those who love to learn to get hold of the controls of their lives. However, there has been a recent glitch. The audio would play and pause and will play in the background without any sound. Tried updating the app, it is up to date and there has been no newer update. Downloading works but even a downloaded audio will still be in the hang mode.

The audio player needs refinement. If I close the app, it loses my place in the book (I don't see any bookmark capability, but this should be automatic). Also, there isn't a middle ground between too slow playback and too fast (the 1.5x playback is really more like 2x). And you must use this app as the player, 3rd party players are not supported.

Content is great. I could easily go from one great thing to another. However, the functionality of the app is not friendly to Android users. Any downloads would have to be going to my SD card, but I don't see this feature. So, I can't utilize the download option available. Downloading is how I always access other audiobooks in order to have the audio at various places.

I think the content is phenomenal. My issue is that when I'm listening to a full book on the app and exit, it doesn't save my place so I can resume where I left off. It will backtrack to a previous chapter. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to try and figure out where I left off. It's happened Every. Single. Time. It's quickly becoming not worth it to me. Unless this is corrected before my year subscription comes up, I will not plan to renew.

I've been a Louise Hay fan for a very long time, and now with this app I have unlimited access to all of the wonderful and informative podcasts and audio books that help keep me balanced. It's straightforward to use, and simple to navigate through all the available material. *update* 8/21/2020 There's always new content being added. It would be a shame not to at least try this for a month. Listening to the audio books and podcasts just might change your life!

So many great audios on a wide variety of topics! The knowledge gained is worth so much more than the annual subscription price. I am also discovering new authors with very beneficial teachings that I may not have encountered otherwise. The only negative is that there is no available download of workbooks and written resources referenced in the immersive learnings, so you miss out. I also would like the ability to add new authors to my favorite authors feed, which you cant do after subscribing.

Good content, easy to use platform. Well worth the investment. The tools for growth are all there, all I have to do is put in the time. I haven't had any issues with the app at all in a year. I own an inexpensive Motorola Gseries and had a Galaxy S7 when I first downloaded it. The only issue I have had is if the signal coverage is weak, like inside a large building or in the country, etc, which has nothing to do with the app. My solution is to then temporarily download the book. Love it!

An easy app to use with life-affirming content. great way to start or end the day. I enjoy the affirmations while I'm getting ready for work and when I'm decompressing from my day. as someone who travels a lot, I love the full-length audio books for keeping travel time inspirational and educational. The series make it easy to take an immersion approach to a subject. i have steadily used this app and recommended it for years ! May it become a blessing in your life, as well.

I love Empower You and all it provides, but the app is horrible. I will get a notice come up of a book I'm interested in even though I can't see the title. When I click it, it goes to the home page and doesn't bring up the recommendation, so I lose what it was I wanted to listen to, and it doesn’t pull up anywhere else. Finding your saved titles are clunky. Also when I listen to an audio book and get out, it does not save it and I have no idea where I left off. Horrible app for great product.

Edit: my app is now showing all the normal player controls. I have changed my rating from 3 to 5. When playing an audio, there is only the play & pause options. Sometimes I need to skip back 30 seconds (or more) because my mind was wandering, or because someone interrupted, or because I was not able to finish the entire podcast in a single session, etc. Please add normal audio controls so that we can skip back, or forward, or see how much is left of the audio. Thank you! ❤️

This is not a good app, it's based on email purchase. Which is fine in theory, but I thought I used the same email to purchase and I now have to access my content with two different accounts, instead of being able to organize all my purchases under one account. I should be able to enter my other email address in my account and pull the data together in the same account.

Still having trouble accessing the app for the last coupleof weeks. My subscription auto- renewed, but the app is not recognizing that. I called Customer Service and they said that it was a problem with the app for Android users. They were waiting on a fix for the app. It was supposed to have been done as of a couple of days ago. I keep checking, but I don't see an update.

I absolutely love the content. The app is buggy sometimes and its very frustrating losing my whole downloaded library because I no longer have access to the original email I signed up with, and so can't reset the password to login. Im still resubscribing with my new email because I love the content so much, and the customer service is the most pleasant you'll find. Wonderful content and people. App could be set up a little better but works 99% of the time.

Content is great. App is meh. It won't go back to the home screen after playing a track. It just stays at that track until I select another track. The search, browse, library, etc. menu won't come back unless I delete all data from the app and sign back in. It's a pain. And customer service was quick to reply, but had no real help for me.
