I love the product and the content but the app itself needs work. Mine freezes or doesn't load the content more often than not so im not even able to access everything that's so awesome on here. And I've closed out the app and re-opened, re-started my phone, looked to see that I had the most updated version so I don't think it's anything on my end. I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing as well. Still didn't help :(

I love the content! I often have issues with the audio books not playing, i.e. if I start in the middle of the book as opposed to the beginning. Sometimes nothing plays for certain books, please advise on how to fix this. Response to your question - Right now I'm having problems listening to Medical Medium - when I tried to go to a different chapter. This is a consistent issue.

I love the product, but the app needs some work. 1. I wish it would save where I left off and begin from there the next time I open the app. 2. I wish it would pause when my navigation talks, then resume playing. I know both of these things can be done because another audio book app that I use does them. Hopefully, they'll get this fixed, and then I'll sign up for a year!

I love the material and having unlimited access, but an audiobook application really must save your progress when you exit the app. If I am listening to a book and close the app, the next time I open it, it starts at the beginning of the last chapter, instead of where I left off. If a chapter is quite long it can be difficult to find where you left off. This really must be fixed. It's hard to imagine how this feature was overlooked in an audiobook app. If they fix this, the app is worth 5 stars.

There is excellent content in this app, I listen almost every day. I do have some issues with the app though. I can no longer save anything to the library. There are many meditations I want to save but it will only save a few. It also does not always save my place when listening to an audio book, which is frustrating. If you could fix these issues it would be 5 stars.

I started using the app when it was Hayhouse Audio; it's worked fine until I got a new phone. I am unable to sign in as the app keeps crashing. I get an error message saying session expired. I've changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but nothing seems to work. Nonetheless, the content is amazing and has really helped me in the past. There's the ability to download your favorite content into your own library for easy access, which I love. Pity I have no access 😞

This is an amazing app or should I say a school for all those who love to learn to get hold of the controls of their lives. However, there has been a recent glitch. The audio would play and pause and will play in the background without any sound. Tried updating the app, it is up to date and there has been no newer update. Downloading works but even a downloaded audio will still be in the hang mode.

The audio player needs refinement. If I close the app, it loses my place in the book (I don't see any bookmark capability, but this should be automatic). Also, there isn't a middle ground between too slow playback and too fast (the 1.5x playback is really more like 2x). And you must use this app as the player, 3rd party players are not supported.

Content is great. I could easily go from one great thing to another. However, the functionality of the app is not friendly to Android users. Any downloads would have to be going to my SD card, but I don't see this feature. So, I can't utilize the download option available. Downloading is how I always access other audiobooks in order to have the audio at various places.

I think the content is phenomenal. My issue is that when I'm listening to a full book on the app and exit, it doesn't save my place so I can resume where I left off. It will backtrack to a previous chapter. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to try and figure out where I left off. It's happened Every. Single. Time. It's quickly becoming not worth it to me. Unless this is corrected before my year subscription comes up, I will not plan to renew.
