Login fails nearly all the time. The appetizer says “Please contact a representative” nearly everyday. The app is fairly useless but when it works, the info it presents is pretty good. I can’t view my accounts most of the time, so the content doesn’t matter if I cannot see it. Fix this please.
Can not log in via app. What happened? Continually receive: “An error has occurred. Please contact a representative.” I used to get that error occasionally, now it is literally 100% of the time. I uninstalled/reinstalled app and was able to log in one time and that’s it. Please fix!!
This app is fine… if you can login. Shows you your basic account info, balance over time, etc. But seriously, it’s 2025 and we’re still struggling with logins? How are we empowered exactly? For anyone dealing with this, uninstalling and reinstalling seems to work for me (at least on Android), but it’s annoying.
I’ve called them multiple times because the app won’t work, just keeps saying error. it works while I’m talking to them. The minute I get off the phone, it goes right back to error when I try to login again. Hire someone who knows how to fix these issues. irritating!!!!
