Was a pretty good deal, till I changed phones. Now I can't restore my subscription

Lost access to my subscription all of sudden. Issues aren't resolved by app reinstall.

Follow-up: staff was very helpful, got everything taken care of. Awesome app!

Display on s10 is weak. Whats more accidently Uninstaller and lost my subscription. Still shows I paid for it. Just can't download.

EMRA website says that there is supposed to be a wellness book on this app, but there isn't. Also my antibiotic guide subscription doesn't carry over from the antibiotic app to this app. Uninstalled

Doesn't display well on a phone. Hard to navigate. Lacks ability to calculate formulas. Needs a lot of work before it can be functional.

I've had this app for several years and use almost daily. Super frustrating that every time I switch phones I have to contact the company to get content on my new phone!

Updated review: emailed EMRA and they restored access within 20 minutes! Love this app and being able to pull up anything quickly on shift! Great resources.

Best app for ER and urgent care! Easy to navigate plus best customer service and support on the planet!!! Very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this app!!!

Update 19Nov 2020 Reference cards seem to be working again Several of the quick reference cards will not load properly on the phone, attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the app, did not fix issue

Same problem as others. I pay for a subscription, but I can't access content. Tells me I need to subscribe, but I already have an active subscription.

The App is fine, when it works. Have been charged for another year. Still unable to access any of the content in the app. Would be nice if I did not have 50 bucks stolen from me.

Great, quick app I can pull out when practicing. Love the antibiotic and splinting guide especially. For those of you rating the app poorly due to some app glitches and bugs, just contact them about it. I had similar and they're fantastic about resolving issues. Awesome support. Thanks for putting this app together!

So exciting!! All the EMRA books you want on shift but don't have to carry them around anymore. The stuff you can't remember (antibiotics, ortho stuff etc), and if you buy the all access subscription you'll get everything that's in there now and there will be more books uploaded in a few months.

Really enjoyed using this on shift, but out of the blue, I've lost access to all of the guides, in spite of having an active subscription. No amount of un-installing and re-installing is working.

Very useful but out of nowhere lost access to the all-access pass subscription and can't restore. Edit: Found a solution. Cancel your subscription in the Play Store. Then go into the app and re-subscribe to the All Access Pass. You won't be charged again (you still get credit for the previous subscription), but it will restore your access.

Edit: emra continues to steal money from me as I enter 4 weeks of inability to access data despite active sub I have been a subscriber to all access pass for one year but the app won't let me access anything, says I need to subscribe or restore. When I click those links, the app says I am already a subscriber but will not let me access the content. INFURIATING.

Since the last update, I haven't been able to use this app. It keeps telling my that my subscription is expired even though it acknowledges my subscription. I keep getting an error message that "you already have a subscription" yet can't use it

Would be better to restore access to individual apps again until this app is fixed. It doesn't recognize my subscriptions, and I can't get into them individually. So, back to carrying around the stack of paper copies. I've emailed about this multiple times without any resolution.

If anyone is still having the subscription issue where you pay and it says you paid but you can't log in: Go to Google play, click cancel your subscription, then go back to the app and click subscribe again. It won't charge you, and you should be able to get in. Two weeks of emailing emra and I had to figure this out on my own.
