I dont think are actually preparing anyone for the NREMT. It really seems like they ard nerds that just likes to show how smart they are. They advise direction against what the Limmer textbook is saying. Example., if there M staining around a babies mouth...what do you do? This app suggests you do nothing. That is isn't big deal until it becomes one. When the textbooks says to whipe down the baby. Also Aminotic fluid Embolism isn't covered in the textbooks. It doesn't prepare you for NREMT.
Reviews for EMT PASS
← Back to EMT PASSWas working amazing till all of a sudden i cant even get it to load pass the Limmer Logo...HELP PLEASE!!!!
Most of the questions were never even taught in class. And they're not even in the book. Wish I could get a refund.
Sick and tired of answering questions just for the app to change the question and answer causing me to fail the practice tests
Man this app is amazing. Passed national registry for my emt b the 1st time. I got cut off at 70 questions, this app has great questions and explanations. I would recommend this 2 everyone preping for the test.
Horrible, it doesn't even cover the right material. It also will not let you refund it so I just threw away $32.
Not that happy Overall, the questions that seem to be utilized are way too close as to what order something would effectively be done in an emergency situation.
Resets you if you close the app. But I passed my NREMT first try with this only did one of the practice tests. Not too shabby.
It's alright. Questions are good and explanations are good but it's doesn't saved your spot. If I close the app while reviewing a subject, it resets me. Kind of frustrating
Definitely worth it . I took the test and did the quizzes and didn't stop until I got 100 on each. I took my NREMT and passed it gave me 79 questions and then stopped me... This was perfect!!
I took and retook test until I scored 100 and knew why I was choosing the answers. Took NREMT. Answered 72 questions in 20 minutes. Passed. This app is the best app out there, hands down. Thank you Limmer Education.
I Was skeptical at first. I mostly just kept doing the practice test and I passed my NREMT first try. I recommend this app because it pushes hard questions and provides sexplanations which what makes you learn/better understand.
Some helpful information, but a lot of poor and misleading word choices that lead to wrong answers I would have otherwise gotten correct. The Pediatrics section is filled with adult questions like compression to breath ratio in 2 rescuer adult CPR, or a scenario involving an 81 year old male falling down stairs. Not a bad app overall, but you almost certainly find better for $30.
Fun for reviewing and practicing material but questions where completely different style on NREMT. Glad I did not use this as much as just reading the material. All seems like a money grab. Passed 1st time.
Especially at this price, I cannot recommend this app. Questions are strangely written, have confusing explanations, and cover topics that are not included in the very textbook Limmer himself helped write.
Just passed my NREMT exam, and this app played a big part in preparing me. It trains you to understand the process and how to break down a registry question in order to choose the best possible answer. Big thumbs up to Limmer, and I'm sure when I'm in Medic school I'll be using their other apps to supplement.
Explanation were great. Great exposure to material not in the EMT course book. Great tool to introduce new material to yourself and go into depth and learn to better your chances of passing the exam. I used this app mostly to prep for the exam and passed on the first try. Test ended at 70 questions and got my last question incorrect.
The Best! This app, (Dan Limmer) teaches how to take a test, and how to use your knowledge to decipher the questions. Dan also throws extra fun facts in there. He made it fun to study. I passed my NREMT, thanks to your help. Thankyou especially for taking the time to answer my questions that I could not find answers to anywhere( rule of nines differences and differences in hours for ED meds and nitro interactions).
Awesome app. When I first downloaded this app, I was consistently failing my practice exams. A week of using this app, a couple hours a day, I went and took my EMT-B National written exam and got cut off at the 70 question mark. I PASSED! Thank you so much to the creators of this app.
Challenging questions, but oftentimes baselessly challenging. 50% of questions have answers that are sensible, 50% are contradicting, unreasonably worded or formatted, and occasionally plain incorrect. Pocket prep is better and cheaper if you want to pass the NREMT. This app helped, but no more than reading the book would have, very dissapointed in my purchase.
