Reviews for EOBD Facile: OBD 2 Car Scanner

It stopped working! Just showing at the bottom of the screen "Purchase" ... but I have already ordered Basic one... and Clear DTC is not available.. I have just a moment ago ordered Pkus, but the same thing, still Purchase and it doesn't work, at least like it used to be...

All I can say is awesome. The best I have used and I have tried alot of other hand held scanners this is it. The only wish I would have is being able to do abs/airbags but other than that number 1 in my book I have been a mechanic. For 26 years this is it the Best! 😀

I wanted to monitor some live data, so I paid for the version that supported it, but it turned out all of the charts were the same, no matter what PIDS you want to graph. So I updated it, and now that's no longer supported. Wasted my money.

The best application for brand independent car diagnostics that I've seen so far, and totally worth the 39.99 €. The only downside is that PDF export of the diagnosis report is broken in the latest version, but I am sure that it will be fixed soon. Are there any plans to add service mode features? I am thinking about things like putting the electric parking brake into service mode for brake pad removal, or clearing the "service/inspection" message after changing the engine oil.

Not connecting Kia Carens with Bluetooth OBD adapter. Other apps are okay

Great application. If you can add support for PSA Citroen vehicles (like FAP APP).

Excellent program But there are some sensors that are not displayed in Live Data For example the temperature of transmission oil

Was great, bought the upgrade a while ago, but now won't connect to the obd2 adapter on either car. Thought the adapter was dead, bought another, same issue. Its the app that has the problem connecting, tried another app.....connected! Expected better when I'd paid for it.....won't be doing that again!

not working with fixed device

Purchased the Basic Version and used it to connect to a W203 Mercedes C Class 2003, which presents two major issues, one with SRS airbag and the other with the ESP system. The app does not report the problems at all. We sent an email for support, with a follow-up reminder 10 days afterwards, without receiving a response to either of them. With the app not doing what is intended to do, and not receiving any answer when trying to reach the support, I really regret paying for this app!

This app has a lot of potential but it's unclear what you actually get and what not when you pay for the basic or pro tier and what you don't because you don't use their suggested OBD reader. I got the basic version and I can't read my transmission data because I need the pro, yet in the comparison chart both versions access the same data with the pro offering reports etc, no additional data. So I'm not confident to upgrade to the pro if it's unclear what I actually get.

Wonderful app. Some may find it expensive, but it is the most complete I could find until now. Does not access ALL OBD features for my car, but a full OBD scanner is literally thousands of dollars. If I may request a feature, please save current configuration. It's boring to enter all parameters each time the app start. At least Bluetooth port, car model and monitored variables!

The app works quite well for me. I especially like the reports feature with which I can save a fault code(s) readout to a web page file; very nice. Bug report: a mileage reading does not save to the diagnostic report file. I am not sure whether the app can pull the mileage reading from the ECU, however, the manual entry, just before the diag. report is generated, doesn't work.

I had used the free version a few times before and it worked quite alright. I just bought the basic version 19 euros and I couldn't even used once . It keeps disconnecting right when it's about to make the diagnosis. I just lost 19 euros and about 4 hours of my life to try to make it work. Can't understand how 5 million have it. Probably is the free version cause the paid version sucks big time

won't connect to my 2013 mitsubishi outlander push button start .

Unfortunately, I just wasted my money; I could get information but couldn't clear it. I downloaded another program, and straight away, everything was sorted. Not recommended- almost £20 😤 I can use another application for free and get the same results.

I can connect, select my car manufacturer and model, it tries to read data for a long time, but finally does not read any useful info. Other apps do the trick without any issue ..

in short: doesn't work you got to pay to supposedly see data, but after spending even on the basic it won't show the current EML light as a fault at all. avoid at all cost. luckily I was able to get my money back from Credit card issuer

I have tried a lot of OBD2 readers, even paid for some but the sensors I wanted were not present in any of them. This one had them but were behind the premium paywall, so I was skeptical if they worked. I went ahead and bought it and they work perfectly. Specifically I was interested in the DPF Pressure Sensor for Mitsubisbi Outlander III 2013. One time payment of 40 euros, will be well worth it in the long run if you care about diagnosing you car from time to time.

This app is fraud and false advertising. It doesn't show the codes for errors displayed on a car's dashboard. When you ask Google for refund that is available for all other apps, Google will say that the refund for this app is not covered by the refund policy. Stay away. They collect money for the features that simply do not work. Shame on Google as well for covering the fraud.
