So here's my honest take on Epic: Kids' Books & Reading. I've tested a bunch of educational apps for kids and this one's pretty solid. The sheer size of the library is really impressive, with tons of variety to keep young readers engaged. And i like how it's not just ebooks, but also audiobooks and videos that make the stories come alive. The offline downloads are super convenient too. On the downside, the constant ads can get old, and the app doesn't do a great job surfacing new content for kids. But overall, it's a great way to encourage reading in a fun, interactive way.

Description

Been using Epic: Kids’ Books & Reading for a couple months now. It’s basically a massive digital library with over 40,000 books, audiobooks, and videos for kids. Pretty solid app if you’re looking to get your kids reading more.

Here’s what you do – you can just let your kids browse the library and discover new books and topics that interest them. And there’s also a “Read-To-Me” feature with fun voice acting and sound effects that really brings the stories to life. And you can download books for offline reading, which is super handy.

Look, if you’ve got young kids who love reading, you’ll probably really like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a great job of sparking kids’ curiosity and love of reading. Definitely worth checking out.

Daughter loves the content. However, the app is beyond useless. Downloaded contents will still use data unless you switch to offline mode from the start. If you are on spotty...
