I despise apps that force users to create an account just to use. Uninstalled instantaneously!!!

amazing to look up all meds.. really up-to-date and I love the way that you can link it to diagnosis if you upgrade

It was great but I don't know why I'm paying money to get spammed with fullscreen ads every time I open the app.

This app could be so good and its just not. it takes forever, theres always some sync that needs to be done, even when the app is up to date. Good information if you can get it to load!!

Great app prior to November or so; my first line reference for medications when working as a paramedic or teaching in the classroom, and I used to recommend it to everyone. However, for the last couple of months, it's frozen on the home screen and has had to be force closed; I haven't actually been able to look anything up since then, and will be deleting the app if the issue isn't resolved shortly. Can't currently recommend. Update: same problems as of 9/16/24. Find a different app.

the app was working fine and at the moment when I needed it the most it stopped working giving an error saying Something went wrong Our apologies. We'll take care of it as soon as possible

been using this app for more years than i can remember. please go back to the old format your efforts to improve and add content have totally ruined my ability to look up medications. it hangs up and always says downloading....and i cant look up anything! cant redownload cant update.

I've used Epocrates for over 20 years. It was a fantastic, clinically useful app but has become useless over time. There was the debacle after the last update, when it would lock up and become utterly useless. It was "fixed" and with reinstallation was better, and now it is constantly malfunctioning again. Slow to launch (bogs down with ads), then slow to the point of uselessness, if it works at all, and now is locking up and I have to close app. PLEASE FIX!!!

I have the s24 ultra, running the latest Android operating system with all the necessary updates. My app is also up-to-date. Unfortunately the app keeps freezing, and force closing. This app unfortunately has been almost unusable over the past few months. I'm unsure as to what is going on but it's a shame because this app is no longer a reliable resource because of the fact that it's not able to function properly on my phone. It appears that other people are having the same issue.

This is probably the most buggy app on my phone - if it were not from an otherwise reputable company I would assume it was some kind of malware. It freezes or crashes most of the time that I use it, and only is functional

I have used this app since 2001 and prior to this year I never had any significant issues. For the past year it has ranged from slow to unusable. The interaction check, one of the most important and useful aspects of the app, has not worked in months. Instead, it says a content update is necessary and then it goes into an endless cycle punctuated by periodic messages saying the app is not responding. I have updated as well as uninstalled and reinstalled. Update 10/22/24: Issue appears fixed

This used to be my goto app for drug info. Net something changed about a year or so ago. They changed how you can find drug interactions, used to be a drop down list for the drug, now you have to hit the drug you're interested in and the other drug you want to know what the interaction is. To top that off, every time I have to check, it's trekking me it has to update. And for the past several days, it can't complete the update. Waste of memory space.

As it is now, it is unusable. When it works Eppcrates is my favorite drug app for practice. It used to work, but as others have said it's constantly freezing and saying it needs to synchronize. I still use the computer version, that's all I can use atm. Please fix this as it's very helpful in practice; if not fixed, I'll be asking for some type of refund as others have said.

I can no longer use the app at all since the update. I use to really love how easy it was to use. Now it freezes up everytime I open it. 3/14/24- Latest update. It worked okay for a while. It would freeze for the first 5 to 10 seconds but then the app would work. Since the most recent update, it doesn't work at all. I try to open the app, and it freezes. Time to look for another app that's more user friendly.

As an NP, I havr used this app for nearly 4 years. 5 stars on content! I have appreciated how up to date the info has been. HOWEVER, following my most recent renewal there are DAILY updates and syncing that take anywhere between 30 min to, currently, an hour and still waiting. Very frustrating. I have been delayed in caring for my patients every single day. If this does not change, I will cancel and find something else.

I've used this app for years. Started paying for it once I could afford it. In my opinion it's not the app it used to be. It never seems to stay updated, so whenever I try to use it, I have to work at manually updating, which is usually unsuccessful. I just tried to look at black box warning for ciprofloxacin and it couldn't pull up without updating, which it couldn't do in several minutes. Free Google search was faster and more effective than this subscription app. Why do I subscribe?

For about 2 weeks now, my Epocrates App on my phone locks up after a couple of uses. Then I have to uninstall and the reinstall. Works a couple of times and the same thing happens. I notice on GooglePlay that there are 2 identical Apps that both download when you install. Is this part of the problem? Very frustrating to be in the middle of a patient visit and not get the info. you need. Please fix this!

I love this app usually, but lately, I have been unable to use what I have paid for. I will be canceling if this issue is not fixed. It continuously says that it is syncing. When working, this is very beneficial to me. I used it daily at work until these updates. It is very frustrating. 12/8/23 This app stays unstable anymore. I pay an annual subscription and can't even use my mobile app half the time. It's not opening at all on mobile now.

I've been using Epocrates for many years now. I am for the Epocrates Plus, in the last month I open the program on my phone which is compatible. It is frozen , and does not work. Removed the app several times and re-downloaded it. I then went to the Play store to see that there's several other people that are complaining about this issue. If this is not taking care of then I will definitely ask for a refund and I will let all my colleagues know. Very frustrating!!!! Please fix
