As a First Responder I think it's great! Use it all the time. It be great if you can click name or UN instead of searching from product to guide. When is the update coming out?

Got the 2020 update and the app crashes when I search by name or UN. Crash has been fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling. Useful app to have. Convenient for quick HAZMAT reference.

I'm interested in working with HAZMAT, and this app has been very interesting, educational and easy-to-use! I enjoy the many features like the evacuation calculator, and I also like how straight forward the descriptions are. Overall 10/10

I like the app but please match the UI with the iOS version. The app is used for emergency situations and for training scenarios there should be no ambiguity because of platform differences. Please address this.

Try looking up by plaquerd, this massive black dot takes over and you can't see anything. I Uninstalled and reinstalled with the same problem results. So stupid in an emergency situation.

It's really helpful when you're in a rush on a scene when you need to find out right then and there highly recommend to get if you're looking into fire fighting or just wanna test your skill

This apps is extremely useful for everyone. We are able to identify potential hazards and at the same time, what are the effects it can cause. My compliments to the teams who design this app.

The black circles grow fron the right and take over each section completely getting rid of the information. Cool concept, but doesn't work on my s9.

When searching by placard picture it bugs out and a black dot gets bigger on your screen blocking everything. Not useful in an emergency situation.

I've heard that it was a great app but i haven't been able to use it because every time i try to type in something in the search bar, the app closes. The OS is Android 7.1.1 on a ZTE Z982

Happy to see the release of the 2024 version of the app! This official app is my go to when I need to reference the ERG. All the functionalities of the book, without having to carry an extra item around.

Works well on android phone. Too bad I use a Kindle fire 8 as a all in one response tablet while on my fire engine. This app has no compatibility with Kindle fire 8. Terrible! Could be a useful tool as I use the kindle to complete reports and use it as a CAD. Fix in the works?

Great app. Saves you soo much time. 1 recommendation I would give us this. If there are other guides mentioned in the orange sections, if possible please link them. Instead of going back and searching, you can click on it and go.

Such a great tool. We (nowadays) will most likely have our phones with us at all times, as opposed to the book itself. This app is wonderful to use, is well executed, and has an easy learning curve. I recommend it to all my students when teaching hazardous Materials courses. Well done PHMSA!

While playing with the app, I just discovered that you can plot a spill and see where you should have the containment area blocked off. Luckily, I haven't had to use it for anything like that yet but extremely happy to have it for emergencies.

I think this is great it's very helpful it helps you find the pages in the book signs all that jazz I recommend this to anyone who does hazmat in any way and if you're one of those people that use other means other than a phone suck it up buy a cheap phone and get the app you said as a work phone you might even be able to write it off as work expense

Very useful. Although my department has the actual book, this is much faster, I don't have to worry about looking for the book if it's misplaced, everyone with a phone basically gets their own copy of it, and I don't have to buy a new book when new editions are released, will recommend

This app use to be great. Use it for my hazmat classes and also refresher class every year. But this bug will not go away cannot look up placards or railway car by types or over the road because the black dot pushes everything off the page. Uninstalled and reinstalled still does the same thing please fix this problem. I would love to use this again for emergency responses.

Has the ERG as needed for my duties for packaging, handling, and transporting of DG. I prefer the paper version, but that gets expensive with having to replace them every four years. The drawback of the app is that, at present, it does not automatically update itself. So, every four years, you will have to download the new version.

App works really well, faster then the book, and I like that it saves recent searches for when you need to quickly switch between a few things. The evacuation map is GREAT. On the down side I noticed the P for polymerization is missing on some chemicals, IE 119, this is a pretty big issue, and one I hope the developers look into quickly.
