Beware. Scammers. Their system tries to ask credit card. Crypto also possible but minimum USD50 top up at once. Or you can subscribe monthly over Google. Deliberately: sim card time runs out before subscription which indeed was prior when i started. They also don't let you use your balance the next month. Packages cost more than what they seem. Most importantly, you will lose your number every month because numbers run out before subscription is renewed automatically.

The expiry date for the number I purchased isn't due but I'm no longer receiving SMS messages sent to the number. why is this so?? Also, there's no way I could chat with the customer care service.

Fraudulent app. You pay for an eSIM, get the number but it is invalid and you can't use it. Support doesn't reply and after a while you can't open the app anymore. It's a scam.

no response for request to help navigate. after the 7 days expired they would not refund. never had a data connection even if there were "5 bars" completely useless waste of money. stay away

This app is still worth rating, even if there are issues with the activation number at the moment. The team is working to resolve it, and if you still don't receive your code, they will issue a refund to the personal account from which the money was deducted.
