Beware. Scammers. Their system tries to ask credit card. Crypto also possible but minimum USD50 top up at once. Or you can subscribe monthly over Google. Deliberately: sim card time runs out before subscription which indeed was prior when i started. They also don't let you use your balance the next month. Packages cost more than what they seem. Most importantly, you will lose your number every month because numbers run out before subscription is renewed automatically.

The expiry date for the number I purchased isn't due but I'm no longer receiving SMS messages sent to the number. why is this so?? Also, there's no way I could chat with the customer care service.

Fraudulent app. You pay for an eSIM, get the number but it is invalid and you can't use it. Support doesn't reply and after a while you can't open the app anymore. It's a scam.

no response for request to help navigate. after the 7 days expired they would not refund. never had a data connection even if there were "5 bars" completely useless waste of money. stay away

This app is still worth rating, even if there are issues with the activation number at the moment. The team is working to resolve it, and if you still don't receive your code, they will issue a refund to the personal account from which the money was deducted.

I hate this app, instead of support trying to solve my issue of not being able to send messages to us or any other number for that matter support kept insisting that it was mentioned that sending messages to US numbers were banned what of other numbers then? they even went as far as ending our conversation, technically blocking me to avoid confrontation this is a fraudulent app I do not recommend ,I will get a refund back or um suing

This application is completely fraudulent, and the support team members are all liars. I purchased a number from this application on the 30th of April. After activating WhatsApp, the number was banned an hour later due to spam, even though I was only having conversations with two people. I reported this issue to the support team member named Sofia, but he/she told me that the number couldn't be refunded because it had received an incoming SMS, which was the WhatsApp code sent.

costs 15 cents to receive an sms?? even on wifi. In fairness, the app UI is pretty clean. But for a virtual number I get a much better deal from hushed

Terrible support timeliness #1 issue with eSim, they also took $5 away from my account, without saying, untill I asked. I received credit from my bk on my dispute issues. Not a good source I would say, look further.

I funded my account and I bought a phone number with your app after several attempts to use the number to register on whatsapp, it failed, I got a replacement number still it didn't work, I was told that I will get refund to my bank account, it has been upto 3 days now am yet to receive my money back in my bank account.
