Save yourselfs. Do NOT get the app. Garbage. What a waste of $15, I could have used that money for something else, and being a college student struggling with money, I'm really upset. The app won't open at all and I never even used it a little bit. If I could put zero stars I would. It doesn't deserve any stars, no costumer support either, the email listed doesn't even work to receive anything.

Pretty much what everyone else has said in recent reviews. It WAS great, then fell apart. Crashes every time I start the app! Paid the $15 to get me through A&P and this app has saved my life. Helped me identify many muscular injuries quickly. I'm dissapointed this app no longer works and need to find a good replacement!

It was a great app as I used it daily for my clients. App completely stopped working and crashing before it even loads. Tried clearing cache as per error message, restarting phone, redownloading the app but nothing works. Emailed the developer and no reply after 2 weeks. Not sure why I paid for an app that doesn't work.

I used to love this app, it was a great tool for patient education, however, I got a new phone, Galaxy s22, and it doesn't even open, I just get an error stating there's a bug. Hopefully they fix it so that I can start using this app again. Update: They seemed to have finally fixed the bug and it work again!

After having this app for a few months (and paying $30+ for it), it's stopped working altogether. It says there is a bug and will not open. After seeing reviews here I see this is standard and has happened to everyone.. just wow... So unimpressed!! I loved this app and now it's just gone? Along with the fee paid for it... What the heck. I'd like a refund as would others here I'm sure.

It's not working,I repeatedly have to reinstall app to work for about 5 min. Then it freezes. I have reinstalled and restarted android with no results.. do not purchase app until ypu try it for free to see if works with your android. A note pops up that my phone may be to advanced for the app.. It is an galaxy 10 +. Google says they can't refund, I have had app for 4 days thru weekend...it's not working.. How do I get a refund? Or can developer please help!

Just bought this app and all it does is crash. Galaxy s22 ultra, opens dor a mere split second then closes. Have not even been able to explore it whatsoever. How do I get a refind for this? That was a pointless waste!!! Update 09/25/2022 Still not working had never worked and as far as I'm concerned never will. What a waste of $15.

Ultimately what happens is those who purchase this product are held hostage to purchase the "next" version whenever the Windows update exceeds the app program. I own versions 3 and 5. Version 3 works but no longer receives updates. They should provide the same support for version 5. If not then everyone who purchased this product should be reimbursed. I will not purchase another Essential Anatomy Product. Because of customer service, my rating is 2 stars!

App is currently not opening and continues to crash on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Use to work fantastically. Please work on fixing! This was such an amazing app! Update 7/16/20222 Still not opening, still crashing instantly 😒. 1 Star Aug 1, 2023 Update! Not sure if this is for everyone or for some reason just me, but for some reason the app started working again. I hope it stays this way. I used this app a lot to show clients of mine a more in depth view of the muscles after working on them.
