he was working really good all of a sudden it kicks me out and I can't log back in so I lost all my progress. it's saying that my email is not registered. 4 weeks wasted!

Pathetic I downloaded the app got the diamond subscription for 4000 mined one week and as the subscription demand automatic payment my account is got deducted by 4000 and the developer rise the plan charges to 6500 per week now my 4000 is gone it's been three days I wrote to the customer support no reply from their side. And one more thing Ethereum cannot be mined anymore it can only be staked so I feel like they cheated actually I prefer to report this application

the withdrawal information is false. no support, daily payout when you purchase is not an option. you have to mine 2.5 to withdraw it said. but on the bottom of the screen there's scrolling of people withdrawing any amount?! no refund or customer service

after the 47.99 diamond plan was great, then they took another 47.99 and I haven't got and crypto. now the plans changed and they are still trying to collect the money again, so 3 times, I really seems like a scam.

Though I am yet to withdraw,the app is not complicated.However the timer on my dashboard has not been working as it was supposed to and my daily reward award has been static since n the 25th of July 2025.Also when you want to start the app it will show you connecting for up to one hour though I just updated the app from Google Play store 2 days ago.Please improve and let us have your direct contact information.Thanks.

Previously this app was worthy of 5 stars, but its service has become so bad that it is not worthy of 1 star now. It takes 24 hrs for miming, it's a good side. Earlier it used to mine 1 per second, but now it is not happening at all, completely 00. Even after informing their customer service repeatedly, they did not give any reply. Completely waste of time.

It is a fantastic app for mining, though the mining rate is small. For some weeks now, it has not been displaying my mining time. Despite it is working, it shows start. please, help me to show the duration as to know the end of the 24 hours service.

looks legit but there are big red flags, cant withdraw till you hit 2.5 eth which today is over £10k and if you spend you've got to drop £5k before you reach the new withdraw limit of 3 eth, usually wait till cash out works before reviewing but I don't believe I'll ever reach that, if your a big spender then yeah it looks good but this is definitely not for the casual miner, takes longer than my screen time out to even load my homescreen, app loading speeds are total trash too

I like the app but the dashboard does not always display correctly and takes forever to connect even when I log out and then back in. Tech support doesn't seem to respond to my tickets. My history page seems to show days of no earnings where I have activated the miner.

Im still not fully sure if this app is legit. Looks promising. However, be careful on the connection times. I've been having issues connecting so I can start mining everyday. There's been days since I've waited a few minutes and days that I can't even connect, and they charge weekly for their premiums. So be careful downloading this...

after mining for days, app doesn't connect and work. no way to ask for support. at your own risk response to developer: its been 4 days, respond to your support emails, my balance might be safe but thats lost time on the diamond plan. update 2: after working for a day, unable to press start button, been trying for the last half hour.

Slow mining rate unless you purchase upgrades. The minimum withdrawal amount is ridiculously excessive and the hash rate no longer displays active rate. The app also has a problem connecting all too often. If the withdrawal minimum was at 5 to 10 Eth I might be more interested in purchasing an upgrade. Until then I will likely stick with free

I paid for the Basic 20 GH/S and it worked fine for about 17 hrs. I went to push the start button again the next day and seeing 0.0000000. It also just keeps connecting and I can't push the Start button no matter what I try doing restarting the app, changing my network connections, or even reinstalling the app. Nothing happens.

This app is a scam. It worked flawlessly for a while, and by letting it run at night while I was asleep, and other times when my phone was not needed, it eventually harvested about 2.7 million sats (0.027 ETH). It also ran in the background. Then it simply stopped working and won't connect. It has been more than a week since it last connected. i am going to try reinstalling, but if that doesn't get my sats back it will be gone for good.

Ok let me give you the low down. You hit a button and a clock starts counting down from 24 hours. Ok .... That's all well and good besides the face that pretty much every ten seconds the clock stops for like four or five seconds. Doesn't seem like much right ...but that means its only working 40 mins out of the hour . Times 24 =it works 16 hours out of the 24 hours it says it's working. With that said I'm still going to use it ... Only because it's free.

It was fine for the first 15 or so days now I can't mine, It's stuck on a counter that says -150 -40 -36 and the number is just counting upwards. I haven't been able to mine since March 26th. There is no customer service contact info in the app for free plan or that I can find. So I don't know what to do. but from reading everyone else who says there is one, The dev don't reach out anyway. maior dud app.

Every time I open the app, the button to start mining takes about 10 minutes to change from "Connecting" to "Start". The free plan earns a decent amount of Eth per day ($2+) but the minimum withdrawal is 2.5 Eth, which is worth over $8,000, so it would take over 7 years to earn enough to withdraw. I won't pay for a plan since the app hardly connects. Customer service doesn't answer. I have emailed two listed email addresses and opened two tickets within the app but no response after weeks.

Edit: The button started semi working again off & on, but it took away a whole week of mining and started me back at 0. All records on my account are gone. Originally, 4 stars. will be raised back when my account is returned to what it was. I liked the app when I first started using it. It is like a set it and forget it until tomorrow. Lately, I have opened the app, and the start button is stuck on connecting. I have missed days of mining because of this. I will change my rating when I can mine.

They don't honor subscriptions, I got billed multiple times and never received any extension of my basic contract. Followed up with customer service, no answer. This app might work if you buy a subscription and cancel it the very next day, then restart a month later, this will make it tedious but at least the chances of getting ripped off are smaller. Update, submitted documents, no response from either email or app. Total scam, do not use!! 🤬

So I gave the application another try first. they went well. now it doesn't open. nothing loads. what a waste of time I really wanted to like this app but the buttons that you use to pretty much access everything at the top of the screen are covered by my typical information bar from my phone so I can't access any of the buttons.
