I signed up for the 50x booster and ran it for the week provided when I bought the 50x booster. the second week I renewed for the same plan but it didn't even apply to my account and instead started running the free plan. I have wrote customer support half a dozen times telling them of the issues I have. no matter what I do, I can't get a response or refunded my $54 dollars. I got completely ripped off and no way I can think of to get my money back. help ?

the app is trash and doesn't work. all the buttons work except the one to mine. it works eventually but you have to open and close the app about 10-15 times before it works. 4 hours in i opened the app and it stopped mining even though it says it runs for 24 hours and then you have to start it again. not to mention it deleted the balance that I did make and reset it at zero. I gave it 2 days. that's enough bull for me.

Unfortunately it's so frustrating. I would be writing the same as others in regard to the timer not starting especially since the last update. It's like it just won't connect at all so anyone who has managed to get into the app to pay probably won't be able to access to get anything out. Relieved I've learnt this before adding any finance into the system.

It reminds me that my mining session is finished,but when I try to mine "Just" the mining start button doesn't work. Apparently, all other buttons work perfectly! What is the point if I can't mine. Also you can withdraw minimum 5 ethereum which will take 20-25 years to withdraw! Also the money plan doesn't work like other apps, there is no one off money plan offer! All the offers in app are for 1 week only then you have to renew it.

that's nuts the minimum witrawal is literally 5 ETH. it would take several years to mine enough ETH to withdraw using the free option. I'm assuming they want people to buy the packages for a higher rate. Even then 5 ETH with free or bought would take forever.The mining app I've been mining for 5 years & mined over 3k PI using PI NETWORK.. which is worth over 3k. If you want to actually make some money or use an app to mine for real.PI NETWORK Download. you'll actually make money over time

bought the 54.99 package. worked fine for a couple of days. Then, on the 3rd day, I was reverted back to the free mining rates, and all premium account gains were gone. I opened a service ticket and received 0 response. Then, at weekly renewal time, I auto renewed and received no premium mining rate or any change. I submitted another ticket. no response. Fraud, stay away. There is still no response, and I have been trying to get a refund since April!

lost progress. went to bed almost and woke up missing a fifth of my total accumulated. I've reached out but no one had responded. dont waste your time or money

I have been running the free miner for a few days. It works great if you have a stable internet connection. So far I have mined .00563 I am very happy so far. Not sure if I trust it enough to spend money for the faster upgrade. 5 coins would take years to mine using the free setting. Had anyone withdrawn any coins?

Trouble getting the free miner to work every day. Not will to put money into something I can not get to work consistently. Update my review - the stability has been better the past couple of weeks. Now, we need to discuss the other issue. Can you reduce the minimum withdrawal if nothing so that it can be done after a month of mining?

Minimum withdrawal is 5 ETH (approx. $23,000) and even paying for the highest miner for 7 days at a time running perfectly (which isn't happening right now) would take 5 months of continuous paying and mining. Way too much money and time to waste to hope it is real in the end. This screams SCAM to me.

was working just fine before the update, the start button triggers an ad every time it's pressed, and it doesn't start the mining process.

fix the app oh I can talk to Google about getting my money back fix the app now I will show Google what is going on so they can put an end to this I'm never seen a app one thing that everything that you earned they start taking it away at the end of the starting time bend app don't even show anything now it's a violation and it's not good for business and it is taken away from my balance I have proof to show them what y'all are doing y'all violating

if I could rate it less than 1 I would. the developers are very inexperienced and have no idea what they're doing. UPDATE 9/4 The app keeps freezing sometimes for days. The start button doesn't work and the amount of ETH mined reads zero.

There should be an option to give negative stars for some apps. This is one of them. Like many of the other reviews, it just doesn't work, or if you got it running like I did, then for 20 out of the 24 hr period, the balance reads zero! I bought the basic, it didn't load due to what I thought was an error on my part, so I contacted customer service and still no response since. Silly me, bought the next plan up, it worked for about 15 minutes, and has shown zero balance all through.

can't even get it to start mining because as soon as you click start it goes to an ad & that's all you can do is click start ad, start ad, start ad nothing being mined. update issue is fixed & able to mine now, will see what the withdrawal process is like & give another update. well now you have to click the start button 15 times (yes I counted) before you start to mine. uninstalled not worth the time for an app that may or may not work

OK just tried this mining app unfortunately it needs 5 Eth, before ok to withdraw, upgrade is per week, not per MONTH AND need very good WiFi connection otherwise the mining app will not function! Adverts are definitely there as well! At your own risk! Had a problem with hotspot connection app had a problem with connection. Uninstalling!

Can this get any worse. New update same issues. I have the same no loading issues. And does not show balance. Does not reflect active subscription. Waiting on support to rectify. ASAP I have lost subscriptions I am running version 10 now no improvement. Do I get a refund? Support don't look at tickets lodged. I have a support ticket not actioned yet within the app. And via email.

every mwnu item you open plays another ad before it opens. 5 eth minimum withdrawal. I have many btc miners similar to this and this one is worse than any of them with the ads. it'll take 10 years to accumulate enough to accumulate enough to wothdraw. deleting. new record. only took 10 minutes for me to decide to remove an app.

With the newest update your forced to watch an ad for free before the app opens. Like others it'll open but may not connect to your account and only seems to want to pull up my account 2-15 times then to start the free miner you have to watch another ad which I'm good with. The app isn't proving it's worth it to continue to use it. Oh and you actually can't withdraw anything until you have like 5 eth coins mined which will take you years unless you spend money
