I signed up for the 50x booster and ran it for the week provided when I bought the 50x booster. the second week I renewed for the same plan but it didn't even apply to my account and instead started running the free plan. I have wrote customer support half a dozen times telling them of the issues I have. no matter what I do, I can't get a response or refunded my $54 dollars. I got completely ripped off and no way I can think of to get my money back. help ?

the app is trash and doesn't work. all the buttons work except the one to mine. it works eventually but you have to open and close the app about 10-15 times before it works. 4 hours in i opened the app and it stopped mining even though it says it runs for 24 hours and then you have to start it again. not to mention it deleted the balance that I did make and reset it at zero. I gave it 2 days. that's enough bull for me.

Unfortunately it's so frustrating. I would be writing the same as others in regard to the timer not starting especially since the last update. It's like it just won't connect at all so anyone who has managed to get into the app to pay probably won't be able to access to get anything out. Relieved I've learnt this before adding any finance into the system.

It reminds me that my mining session is finished,but when I try to mine "Just" the mining start button doesn't work. Apparently, all other buttons work perfectly! What is the point if I can't mine. Also you can withdraw minimum 5 ethereum which will take 20-25 years to withdraw! Also the money plan doesn't work like other apps, there is no one off money plan offer! All the offers in app are for 1 week only then you have to renew it.

that's nuts the minimum witrawal is literally 5 ETH. it would take several years to mine enough ETH to withdraw using the free option. I'm assuming they want people to buy the packages for a higher rate. Even then 5 ETH with free or bought would take forever.The mining app I've been mining for 5 years & mined over 3k PI using PI NETWORK.. which is worth over 3k. If you want to actually make some money or use an app to mine for real.PI NETWORK Download. you'll actually make money over time

bought the 54.99 package. worked fine for a couple of days. Then, on the 3rd day, I was reverted back to the free mining rates, and all premium account gains were gone. I opened a service ticket and received 0 response. Then, at weekly renewal time, I auto renewed and received no premium mining rate or any change. I submitted another ticket. no response. Fraud, stay away. There is still no response, and I have been trying to get a refund since April!

lost progress. went to bed almost and woke up missing a fifth of my total accumulated. I've reached out but no one had responded. dont waste your time or money

I have been running the free miner for a few days. It works great if you have a stable internet connection. So far I have mined .00563 I am very happy so far. Not sure if I trust it enough to spend money for the faster upgrade. 5 coins would take years to mine using the free setting. Had anyone withdrawn any coins?

Trouble getting the free miner to work every day. Not will to put money into something I can not get to work consistently. Update my review - the stability has been better the past couple of weeks. Now, we need to discuss the other issue. Can you reduce the minimum withdrawal if nothing so that it can be done after a month of mining?
