I had everything working well. For 3 days it vacumed on the schedule, then all of a sudden it stopped. I've been trying for weeks to reload the vacume & get it back on the schedule, but for some reason it won't pair up. Now I've got to run it with the remote. I wish we could set it up like my sons Eufy, his is the older one & can schudle w/the remote. Please fix this issue.

The app mostly does what it claims to do. I just wish it did more. It would be nice if I could schedule vacuuming more than once a day, to cover the whole house. It also says that the scheduled cleaning will take place in the same mode the cleaner was last used in. I know if the last mode was a 30 minute quick clean, the scheduled clean does a full-time cleaning, anyway, and doesn't stop after 30 minutes. I haven't checked all the other modes.

It would be great if the schedule could be improved to be more configurable. I highly recommend enabling multiple time slots per day and allowing a particular mode for each time slot, rather than just following the last mode used. For example, 8am set to auto clean, 8:45am set to edge mode, and 3pm have it auto clean again. If there's a concern with needing time to charge fully, that can be built into the schedule by warning the user about a minimum amount of time in between cleaning sessions.

The smart plugs always have problems setting up schedules and timers. When you try to make a change in the app, it says "device is currently not connected to the internet" which is totally wrong because I can still turn the plug on and off manually with the app... I just can't tell it to turn on/off the plug at a certain time. Some plugs work fine. Some don't. Some work after deleting the plug and re-adding it, some don't, and some work fine and then decide to stop accepting changes after a bit

The map function has limited ability to make No-go zones. Can only do 10 boxes and 10 lines. This means if you have lots of furniture that the robot does not recognize it cant go over or under you run out of the ability to keep it from getting stuck or banging itself against (which damages the furniture and the robot). I need more No-go zones that I can set in the app. Putting physical barriers in place are not always recognized so the apps No-go zones are the best solution. Please add more.

App shows ads. I bought their product already. I don't need to be shown an ad every time I want to turn my light off. Their support was useless on this, asking me to take a picture of the screen with another phone, to prove that it was showing me ads. Screw that. This is how you aggravate customers. I'm not buying any more of their products until they stop showing ads, or at least tell me how to opt out.

The vacuum is awesome. Using a 25c vacuum. The problem I was having is with the Eufy Clean software. No matter what I did, I would get the error "your current mobile network is experiencing issues and cannot continue to connect" I went back to a old version of the software from November of 2023 and that fixed the issue. Seems there is something wrong with the new software version of the App.

Constantly is "offline" and device says connect it to the wifi. However wifi tests and says it has a strong connection with the eufy device. I have to restart and reconnect my eufy to the wifi every other time I want to use the vacuum which takes forever and multiple tries. Works ok picking up larger bits when it does actually connect.. floor still feels gritty with smaller dirt/sandy bits after so I still have to sweep after though. Way to expensive for how little it works / cleans.

4/30/25 Latest update lost my password and all memory of the device. It's unable to find my lost G30 since it wants the device powered on to identify it, and it's stuck somewhere. Worse it reports the app is running in the background. Poor pre release testing 5/6/25 Another update, another memory loss, and the device quit following it's schedule. Time to consider another brand after many years of Eufy vacs

Works great, have it programmed to clean 3 days a week. Easy to empty and clean unit. Phone interface is handy to see performance of the unit and make changes if needed. If it doesn't finish the entire area to be cleaned, it automatically recharges and continues the job later. With 3 cats this is a game changer. Works on my hardwood floors and large oriental rug.

Have been using the eufy lumos white bulb for a few years and all of a sudden it doesn't work with google home anymore? It lost the ability to be controlled by voice etc. Google simply says it is offline. Removed and resetup the bulb but google home now says it cannot find a compatible device on this app. So frustrating. I suppose it's time to replace with a different product? Update: thanks for the response. The bulb has worked in this spot for years and the signal strength is great.

Pretty solid overall. Biggest complaint is that Ive moved the base station for my L60 to the other side of the room since setting it up. it seems to randomly "reset" the location and get a little confused. The ad pop-ups are also a little annoying. But overall, a pretty decent app and product. makes it easy to select what rooms need to be cleaned, how much, etc. I liked it enough to purchase a second L60 for the second floor.

This app used to work well. Not anymore. Lost settings and deleted maps are now standard. The only part of this app that works reliably is the 'buy more stuff' advertising. Every other app on my phone works as expected. You shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall, delete app data, and clear the cache to vacuum! In 2025, there's no excuse for such poor software to be developed much less forced onto customers with inadequate testing. Anker has the resources to do better. They choose not to.

app is necessary for the vacuum bot to work, no go zone is too hard to accurately use. you have to make the zone smaller than the object you want it to avoid or it won't go next to it just around it, (ie itll go around furniture and won't get close to it). it would also be nice to see which direction the robot is facing in the app.

Need a cancel cleaning button. if I'm running it upstairs and I need to stop the cleaning and restart it you can't do it without taking it downstairs and having it go all the way home and reset itself. you should be able to cancel cleaning from the app. It occasionally goes offline and the directions for getting it back online are not clear so it is a bit of a time suck each time. It happens in frequently enough that you forget how you did it by the next time.

The app is constantly creating a new map on top of the other one. It's gotten to the point where the vacuum doesn't know where the base is and "heading home" equals it going in the opposite direction and then getting stuck somewhere. I've un-installed the app several times over the last couple of years that I've had it, and it just seems to get worse with age. To delete the 100 stacked maps, you have to keep deleting until they all finally disappear. Dear Anker, I shouldn't have to do that.

The app needs to calm down with the upselling and stick to just managing devices. The notifications and banners have been a little annoying, but right now there's a popup for the new Eufy app that appears a few seconds after app launch, just as I'm selecting a room to clean. I end up tapping the popup instead, and then get taken to the page for the iOS app despite being on Android. Other than that, the app works well and is nice to use.

I have an auto empty robot cleaner that is supposed to be controlled by this app. However, the last few times I've tried to use it I have gotten errors whenever I try to do anything. I can't reset maintenance trackers, tell it to start cleaning, or select the rooms it cleans. Really makes the vacuum less useful because I have to run the full cycle every time I want to use it.

Update bricked the robot. That's it. Look online, happens all the time apparently. It's been working fine for months, then says it needed to be reconnected to wifi. I haven't been able to reconnect it. Says something is wrong with my mobile network. it's going back. 8-12 update. The app doesn't work at all. Won't connect to vacuum. I cannot map my house. Waiting on customer service to call me back. If they can't fix it the better be prepared to send one that works

L60 vacuum: I don't like the Eufy map as much as I liked the Shark map. I have a multi-level home, and I haven't yet found a way to map another level, and it's not as easy to label/map rooms in Eufy as it is in Shark. L60 cleans ok when it works, but doesn't seem to want to go over the living room floor again after I move the ottoman. Nearly every time I want to clean the app has lost connection with the robot. Troubleshooting doesn't help, just have to wait it out for days to sort itself out.
