edit: changing my review from 3 stars to 2. customer service sucks. the moment you have a problem with something you are SOOO much better giving up on it than contacting customer service. they literally just state YOUR ISSUE back to you. no solution, no compromise, nothing to make up for your loss. Don't bother with the offer wall either, doesn't work.

This is a good survey site. It's good because you can earn points through doing the surveys and through achievements. My only problem with the site is that many surveys are closed after you have spent time fully completing them. Some surveys disappear as soon as you click on them. Its frustrating to spend the effort to complete a survey and then be told that the survey is closed and you don't receive any points. In some cases, you will receive 2 cents. Overall, its a good app.

I am unable to sign in on the app however I can sign in on the site. On the app, it tells me to check my connection and I have switched between several wifi networks to no avail. On the site, I am unable to verify my phone number but I'm not sure if T-Mobile is blocking it so that may be on my end. Was looking forward to a quick $5 but survey availability seems scarce.

yes they started paying a dollar here and there. but soon as I stuck to the game and almost reached the level to where I'd get over 20 dollars the level matter stopped rising. the add started popping up left. and right and I am not even able to get a response from support regarding the this situation. and if anyone thinks I'm. making this up, I have it documented. with pics vids and my letters to support... I thought this platform was different but I was dead wrong because even I wasn't ready

I loved this app at one time. Things have changed a lot. They don't offer you as much at all. Compared to other sites, they are paying you peanuts!! I don't know what is happening with this site but I personally am done. People need to try Qmee as well as 5 Surveys. Qmee has no limit to the smallest cashouts as well as you don't have to wait to get five dollars to cash out once a day. Eureka at one time you were the best. I'm sorry to say, not anymore.

The first legitimate app I have found so far that actually pays you. You take surveys. But the biggest problem is that a lot of the surveys are very long with a low payout, and the ones with a pretty decent payout, you usually end up being closed before you even get a chance to get started. Another benefit is that there are additional games that you could play within the app that you had to download separately. To be able to earn reward without having to watch too many ADS. check it out

I find Eureka an easy way to make small amounts of cash. I do wish they had more videos to watch and the daily poll is fun.I hope in the future they bring on new ways to make more money! For example, solving a riddle or a puzzle or a crossword.I have played dozens of Apps like this and this one is my favorite.Its honest, pay out is easy and I love that after each pay out, they give you a 1 minute survey from them and the reward is a $1. It keeps me coming back!!

Wow just absolutely Wow!!!!!! Never in my many years of existence have I came across an app or company that is so incompetent that they should be arrested and charged accordingly. So Eureka has gotten really really bad about paying credits when credits are due up until the amount of the credit for the task completed becomes somewhat substantial. In my case it was reach HQ level 15 and get $12. I've been arguing with them for 3 almost 4 weeks now about that ,$12.

At first the app was great I was able to cash out about $15. But after that it stopping tracking my progress even after I completed the game requirements. I've contacted support about 2 to 3 times to help me because I was losing out on the rewards and the person basically told me that they're not gonna do anything about it and it's not their fault that I'm not getting rewarded for completing the games. I lost out on about $3-$5 because their app was not tracking my progress. Trash app

Easy cash out just needs more videos that pay. I want to add that the app looks good visually but you could make it a little easier if you separated the daily sections with more color and a little bolder. Also, I want to add that responding to my rating was quick and unexpected making me feel that my option and input was important and for that you rate higher than five stars!! Thank You!!

This app is a scam. They run campaigns that say no deadlines, then once you get to a certain point they cut you off and say the deadline ended. It owes me a bunch of money and whenever I reach out I get one sentence, unhelpful replies. Their Play Store stars have to be inflated, they've done it to other friends too. Do not download!

I am loving this app, however, I recently logged out of my account due to not getting my credits properly, went to log back in, and they cant find my account? Was able to work with customer service which was super easy, they were very helpful and got me back into my account in no time. Definitely recommend this app to anyone!

I absolutely love the Eureka app. It is by far the best app for surveys and games. They respond extremely quick and almost no issues at all. The first withdrawal only takes 24 hours and every withdrawal after that is immediately. I love an app that does exactly what it offers. I've deleted all the other apps. No need for any app but Eureka.

Edited my review because I was able to fix my initial issues, but still 3 stars because I didn't get any help back from customer service back when I had the issues. Since I was able to fix it, I probably won't reach back out, but appreciate their feedback on here. The features work fine and I feel like I can get cash outs pretty quickly, so I like it. However, sometimes the offers haven't worked at all, and there's no way to delete them so they stay on my list.

Just recently started about a week away and my cash out option come and goes for some reason. I'm not sure if that's normal or is that an issue and supposed to be able to cash out at anytime . I did reach out to customer service and received a message from them twice but still no answer on fixing it. But other than that it's cool. Probably will take my rating up once that issue is fixed.

started off great - cashed out twice with small amounts that were easily gained within a few days.. now that I'm building up for a third cash out, every single survey is either broken, screened out, or it will have me answer questions for 10 minutes when suddenly you're at the end of the survey and it pops up that the survey has been closed and you don't get paid. Every. Single. One. It's becoming excessive and incredibly frustrating.

I thought this was a good app, but it sucks. I cashed out once with PayPal with no problem. I got over $7 worth of survey money to do a second cash out and kept getting an error message when trying. sent 3 emails to support within two week time frame and no response, even though they say they will respond within one business day and didn't. Now I log into my account and my money is completely gone now and no cashout to PayPal. it's like they took my money with no explanation as to why.

scam app. surveys work fine. games seem to work fine but the one I downloaded and tried there is no way your ever gonna hit the second milestone. every continue allows one more move then ends your game. this is Everytime I have ran out of space and continued. finally earned the 5 to cash out and now even though the rest of the app works just fine I get an error message stating an issue with my wifi. there is no issue with my service. I wouldn't waste my time with this app.

Well let me start off with this, when I very first started using this money making app it was ok.. up until I cashed out. When I did I had no more surveys, they were locked. then a week later I was able to use it again. once again it was good up until I cashed out. What do ya know locked serveys. I've had it for almost a month now so I'm getting ready to have a 30 day streak but I guess they don't wanna give up the insanely amount of 75¢.. No biggie I found way better apps to earn a little cash

It does allow you to make a little bit of spare change. It's not something you can depend on solely, but it helps if you want a little side gig, so to speak. That said, there are enough times when the surveys glitch or abruptly end and I don't like how tilting the phone can end a survey although admittedly that is somewhat in me for tilting the phone while doing a survey.
