edit: changing my review from 3 stars to 2. customer service sucks. the moment you have a problem with something you are SOOO much better giving up on it than contacting customer service. they literally just state YOUR ISSUE back to you. no solution, no compromise, nothing to make up for your loss. Don't bother with the offer wall either, doesn't work.
This is a good survey site. It's good because you can earn points through doing the surveys and through achievements. My only problem with the site is that many surveys are closed after you have spent time fully completing them. Some surveys disappear as soon as you click on them. Its frustrating to spend the effort to complete a survey and then be told that the survey is closed and you don't receive any points. In some cases, you will receive 2 cents. Overall, its a good app.
I am unable to sign in on the app however I can sign in on the site. On the app, it tells me to check my connection and I have switched between several wifi networks to no avail. On the site, I am unable to verify my phone number but I'm not sure if T-Mobile is blocking it so that may be on my end. Was looking forward to a quick $5 but survey availability seems scarce.
yes they started paying a dollar here and there. but soon as I stuck to the game and almost reached the level to where I'd get over 20 dollars the level matter stopped rising. the add started popping up left. and right and I am not even able to get a response from support regarding the this situation. and if anyone thinks I'm. making this up, I have it documented. with pics vids and my letters to support... I thought this platform was different but I was dead wrong because even I wasn't ready
I loved this app at one time. Things have changed a lot. They don't offer you as much at all. Compared to other sites, they are paying you peanuts!! I don't know what is happening with this site but I personally am done. People need to try Qmee as well as 5 Surveys. Qmee has no limit to the smallest cashouts as well as you don't have to wait to get five dollars to cash out once a day. Eureka at one time you were the best. I'm sorry to say, not anymore.
The first legitimate app I have found so far that actually pays you. You take surveys. But the biggest problem is that a lot of the surveys are very long with a low payout, and the ones with a pretty decent payout, you usually end up being closed before you even get a chance to get started. Another benefit is that there are additional games that you could play within the app that you had to download separately. To be able to earn reward without having to watch too many ADS. check it out
I find Eureka an easy way to make small amounts of cash. I do wish they had more videos to watch and the daily poll is fun.I hope in the future they bring on new ways to make more money! For example, solving a riddle or a puzzle or a crossword.I have played dozens of Apps like this and this one is my favorite.Its honest, pay out is easy and I love that after each pay out, they give you a 1 minute survey from them and the reward is a $1. It keeps me coming back!!
Wow just absolutely Wow!!!!!! Never in my many years of existence have I came across an app or company that is so incompetent that they should be arrested and charged accordingly. So Eureka has gotten really really bad about paying credits when credits are due up until the amount of the credit for the task completed becomes somewhat substantial. In my case it was reach HQ level 15 and get $12. I've been arguing with them for 3 almost 4 weeks now about that ,$12.
At first the app was great I was able to cash out about $15. But after that it stopping tracking my progress even after I completed the game requirements. I've contacted support about 2 to 3 times to help me because I was losing out on the rewards and the person basically told me that they're not gonna do anything about it and it's not their fault that I'm not getting rewarded for completing the games. I lost out on about $3-$5 because their app was not tracking my progress. Trash app
Easy cash out just needs more videos that pay. I want to add that the app looks good visually but you could make it a little easier if you separated the daily sections with more color and a little bolder. Also, I want to add that responding to my rating was quick and unexpected making me feel that my option and input was important and for that you rate higher than five stars!! Thank You!!
