A good organizer with a clear interface. It is convenient that you can add contacts both manually and from the contact book. I also like that you can paint everything down to the details.

I was thoroughly impressed with the app's user-friendly interface and the range of features it offers. One of the standout features of Event Planner: Birthday, Party is the ability to create a detailed checklist of tasks that need to be completed before the event.

I have already created a birthday poster and needed something to track guests coming. However, I don't have everyone's number, as some are my partners side of the family. It would had been great if I could send a link and they could rsvp themselves and names of members of their family. I selected my bf as a test guinea pig on the guest section, and he said he didn't receive anything via text or email. So this app has been useless for me, and I will have to resort to good ol' pen and paper.

I'm so happy to find this app. At the moment I planing to run some events with my friends. And this application help me to organize my time and idea, to create the best option for my futures Event. I can write all information from my budget for the party to Checklist and guest name. Very usefull. Kindly reccomend.

Downloaded the app 2 days ago, must say I love it and very easy to use. Edit... So far I love this app. It would however be awesome if I could load a picture on the Vendor section 😉 I can load the picture of her cake under the budget section but not the vendor Edit: Had a very successful sweet 16 party, your app is great. If you could consider suggestions I made it would be awesome 👌

I liked the good app. The main thing is that there is a trial mode and you can try the application for free and then pay for premium access. In general, an excellent event planner in which it is convenient to keep track of the list of guests and tasks. I liked everything, I recommend to try!

Love it!!!!! Just wish it had a helper with how much food to buy compared to how many people are on the guest list. Other than that, it has helped me keep everything organized ized and on track!! Although it seems like it's designed for wedding planning, I've been using it for my kids big birthday bash! Very helpful

Having used the application, I can say that this is a fairly convenient application for organizing events, a simple interface, there are all the necessary tools, it makes it possible to carry out the correct calculation and sequence of actions, even a child will figure it out. Regularly helps to prepare a cool holiday.

Useful and multifunctional application. It is convenient to add tasks, as well as track them in the calendar, there is synchronization with a google account and other devices. The interface is simple and convenient, there is nothing superfluous. I recommend.

Used this app to plan my 40th and it was so helpful. I used the free version throughout, until I needed to print out my event schedule and realized i was being charged $5 to print to PDF. I was desperate, so I reluctantly paid, which I regret because I ended up not using the schedule. This is the reason I took back 1 star. But in general, this app was very helpful.

Strong and easy to manage organizer. Helps to plan for future events (birthday, speeches, etc.). Contacts can be entered either manually or using the list from the device's contact book. The organizer has fine-tuning - you can create a menu (both for each guest and for a category), fill in information about invited artists, purchase flowers, and more. You can calculate and write down everything to the smallest detail. When I was working, the application did not crash or lag.

In order not to forget to invite all the guests and not to miss the details of preparing for the celebration of Halloween, I use this application. I made a list of invited guests, calculated the budget for the preparation of festive dishes and gift souvenirs. I send QR to invited guests and messages to assistants in the organization of the celebration, they help me keep all the preparations under control. Thanks to the app, I didn't miss anything.

good even organizing app. It needs some key features. the tasks when check mark done should float either down or up. I had to go through them to see which ones r not done. tasks should be listed in one list and not only categorized by month. need a notes section to add various information for the event. the category section of vendors etc was not useful for me. this app has alot of potential. add submit button instead of "edit" when completing an edit.

I discovered this planner not that long ago, but the amount of features it has is just incredible. In our friends' company I am always responsible for calculating spendings for parties and etc. With this app, it is extremely easy to track all expenses - you can categorize them into different groups, for example, music&show and transportation. Besides that, you can easily calculate the total amount of money required for every category and the total sum will be shown, which is very convenient.

I really liked " EVENT PLANNER " app . It helped me to get that how much time is left , what to do , work done or not , Invitation sent or not , therefore this app is best for our use . This app fulfilled my all needs . I really enjoyed this app . No app can be like this " EVENT PLANNER " app .

I've honestly loved using this app to plan my husband's surprise party. It's very user-friendly, easy to work, makes collaboration simple, and it features most of the things you want to keep in mind when putting together an event. My ONLY real gripe is that there isn't a desktop site or version for when I'm at home and not on my phone that allows me to work from a computer or laptop. Otherwise, it would be kinda perfect.

For my mom's Last Party (she didn't want a funeral), I tried every party planner app available and this was the only one that was helpful. It's a bit basic and not always intuitive , but useful. I loved the budget and vendor sections. The checklist could display subtasks that needed to be done better. The schedule could use a "completed" option. The main reason I only gave it 3 stars is there is no food/menu planner. I made food planning work with the checklist w/subtasks, but it was a pain.

I tried to use this app to help me plan my daughter's birthday party and it only allows you 20 guests to be added to the invite list before you have to pay for premium to add more. Who only invites 20 people to a party?! The checklist might be helpful to some but you have to input everything you need manually also instead of selecting options from a list so if you forget something it's still on you.
