Reviews for Eviqo
← Back to EviqoEasy install, works great, app is easy to use.
very affordable and easy-to-use. Installation and use with app went very smoothly.
The EVIQO charger is well engineered and has functioned flawlessly so far. The customer service is exceptional.
Was easily installed and works reliably.
Extremely easy to setup and configure, very friendly!
will not connect to Bluetooth. 6 inches away, Bluetooth on phone in add mode, power box app says scanning. No go
This is a versatile charger and I was very happy with the ease of connectivity, charger wire quality and the packaging. Great value for a home charger .
Solid app, good features, I would like to see a few more scenario based programmable options. I also very much the simplicity of setup of chargers great job making this easy!
Excellent level 2 charger for my EV. The charger and all materials & components are excellent quality and the installation and set-up instructions are concise and thorough. The app is also excellent and easy to set up making a great interface to the charger and EV. It's also at a great price point making it a nice value compared with competitive products.
This is an excellent Level-2 charger for our 2023 Kia Niro EV Wave. The charge would sometimes stop due to the car overheating. But the app allows me to adjust the charging amperage to prevent that.
I'd give zero for no support, called/email support no replies. charger is junk reviews are purchased. had it installed by a licensed electrician, won't charge wife's lyriq ..starts charging then says it's complete and stops cycle. checked settings in car, thought we solved it, but said it was done. no support
Nothing works in the app. Must be built in India. Can't add schedules, can't name schedules, can't set time of use rates, can't name vehicles, can't really do much of anything except start or schedule a start.
A solid, well designed, top of the line charging system. The manual is excellent. Don't worry about distance from the WIFI router. Recomended maximum is 25 feet, but my unit was 45 feet and it had no problem connecting. I definitely recommend this product.
The app guide says to click the "..." on the main screen to get to setting so that the rate of electricity can be added. My android app does NOT have the "..." in the upper right hand corner. And I cannot load any of the graphs either. Basically it's a "dumb" charger with none of the features promised with the app.
We had a problem adding a second user and submitted a support ticket the evening before a major holiday. We got an email within 24 hours resolving the issue, on the holiday!! Amazing. Add that to a device and app that, once installed, worked without any issues, and we are hooked.
Gotta say, never been able to figure out how to schedule it. The rate settings are buried 3 menus deep, I had to do a Google search to get halfway there. It's constantly telling me I have a schedule conflict but nothing is turned on. Seems like some basic programming or safeguards would get me there, but no.
this things sucks. it works but barely. its just not as reliable as you need it to be. I keep getting errors and it blows a fuse. I have to go and reset the breaker. After I reset the breaker it will work but man what an inconvenience. I play it safe with my battery and try not to let it get too low but if you are putting on a lot of miles and need something reliable look elsewhere.
I had an old Juicebox 40 amp charger that suddenly quit working yesterday. I could not determine what the problem was but I thought I'd take a chance and order a replacement unit since the juice box was 10 years old or more. Eviqo is it great price on Amazon, has an associated wifi app, and seems to be an upcoming company. I went ahead and purchased it and it's charging my car as we speak. Very happy! I recommend this product based on price and quality!
This is an excellent product. The app is great, once you figure out a few of the challenges to setting up the charging schedule, which after trial and error was able to figure out. I also am having a hard time reading the stats graph. It's a little hard to understand for me. That's being said, it's minor. I do like how simple the app is. It also does not appear to operate with any bugs. Eviqo did not try to outdo themselves and kept it meat and potatoes and made a great product.
