Works like a dream. I've been working through a mountain of receipts. And the spreadsheets that it provides look good too!

works as advertised. saves lots of time. however does take several hours for the expense reports to be generated and emailed back to me.

there used to be a huge problem with missing receipts not sure if it was users on the other end or what but that problem has been resolved, seems to be working great

actually surprisingly accurate for most currencies and situations even when you travel a lot. better than a roll of receipts in a bag after a month of business travel!!

I'm really digging the fact this will allow me to: upload photos of receipts; take photos of receipts; email receipts; and probably a boatload more stuff I haven't figured out. My accountant thanks me.

Very user friendly, just need more room for larger work order numbers. After about 8 characters, the number disappears.

Having had to jump through hoops with the traditional company expenses forms, combined with the endless levels of sign off, this app is a breath of fresh air. It is simple, fast & the process is efficient. Excellent product.

i was a bit reluctant to adopt this app when my employer required us to but must say it is dead easy to use and after several submissions there have been no errors with the ocr at all. yep, i'm a convert.

Super useful. However UI could be updated to a more recent look, and extraction of additional info from invoices would have been great addon (I had to manually add info to the report)

Very good a speeds up everything! Minor errors occure- numbers change, but very infrequently. You'll catch it when you verify your generated expenses report against the receipts.

Absolute must for the busy business traveler. Not only is the receipt capture accurate, the one time I had an issue with my account the service team had it resolved immediately. I highly recommend this so app.

I tested this system two years ago. It was fine, but I found something else. Since then they refuse to stop sending me soliciting email about this product. If they will not update a simple mailing list with unsubscribe requests, I can't imagine what they are doing with your other data.

We use it as Corporate tool to submit expenses. Quite impressed with its ability, speed and quality of data. It can save a lot of typing time / avoid many human mistakes. Definitelly would suggest to others. Thanks.

Downgrades picture quality of every picture i take which makes the receipts too difficult to read. Screenshots get even more downgraded in quality. Would really like to see an option to put the WO# on the picture itself. It would be much easier to search recipts in email if any basic information was in the email and not the attachment such as WO# and purchase date.

Works really well. I've been using it for years, taking pictures of receipts as expenses are incurred, or snapping and uploading screenshots of Google pay or email receipts. It has a section for mileage. I copy the rows with expenses from the spreadsheet they send and paste it to one I've customized to add consulting time and rates.

There are a few problems with the app that need to be corrected. 1) Have the option to turn your flash on when your taking a picture with any sort of light. I often take pics with a shadow and it's frustrating. 2) Uploading screenshots are often blurry and can't be corrected no matter how many times the same photo is uploaded. STILL NEED THE ABILITY TO TURN ON FLASH ANYTIME I TAKE PICS OF RECEIPTS. HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

I can't beleive this app is free. Its slashed my time needed to maintain expense records by at least 70%. Not only that, it automatically calculates the currency the receipt was made in so if you travel around multiple countries it will handle that automatically on the report. Once you've photographed your receipts and sent them in, it can take 24 hours to get the report back but that's no big deal for me. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use. On a test run of 44 receipts from about 16 different UK retailers, I was impressed by the OCR - the gross total was always correct, the receipt date was correct 90% of the time, but the VAT always needs checking: about a 50% error rate. A variety of data export options, I used Excel so that I could easily make the VAT corrections. Great app, thank you for saving me a lot of time!
