Crashes my phone constantly. My phone freezes after a call. Screen locks, unlocks, turns off, turns on, touch unresponsive and then the phone eventually restarts. Same behavior on s24 ultra and s21 ultra. Selects the wrong language, doesn't let me change it. Uses the language different from what I've set in settings.

works very well. Calls are clear and you can actually hear the other caller speak, so that does make it more personable. the delay in translation is the only downside. But it's understandable seeing as how the app needs a little time to interpret. But it's not too long, so I'm giving it 5 stars
Unbelievable. Awesome. I would love for the voice to be more natural like elevenlabs, or like Havier Meilei's speech translation, that would be cool. But i cant complain! We get plenty of awesome stuff for free!
this app is not good at all as I think . it didn't translate what I talk in nepali language and tried to translate in English. it just listen half part of our voices and translate half only . it is so irritating so my honest review in this app is 2/10 . so this app should have improved and have better performance in update.
This app is really cool! Highly recommend trying it out. I've used it to chat with a Spanish speaker and I don't speak Spanish very good and it worked well! Voice messages work great too. Also, support is very helpful. They are frequently updating the app, so it's nice that they are actively making it better.
Pity it does not have more languages like tagalog etc. Otherwise its a great all.
the idea of this app is amazing. Unfortunately the execution isn't quite there. Too many bugs. I've used the app for 1 day. The voice message translation worked yesterday. I was very impressed with the sound of my own voice speaking a foreign language. However, the phone call function was unusable. It seemed to do fine translating my side of the conversation into Spanish. But the return was a jumbled mess that was completely unintelligible. Today, the message function stopped working completely.
Have subscribed and i couldn't make any calls and have cancelled the subscription now i have been charged for not using any of its features.
False advertising, but, the software works. You are lead to believe only ONE person needs to install the app for it to work, which is true...for TEN minutes of use PER MONTH!! In order to have unlimited use for the paid period, BOTH ends need to have the app installed. I feel like I wasted my week of service because until the other person installs the app, this is USELESS to me!!
there are some things that can improve and the subscription i don't like to have to pay but overall it does the job. also you can't use GiF only photos
This app is completely useless. When I speak to translate something, it translates something else. It also runs very slowly. I didn’t like it at all; it doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
I so wanted this app to work! I have been looking for an app which allows video chat translations similar to Skype. The issue with EZdubs is that the translations are extremely slow and often non-sensical. The app developer claims it is better and faster than Skype but my experience with it was very frustrating. I just sadly cancelled my account.
Absolutely amazing! Do you know how much smaller the world just got? This app has allowed conversations that are much more personal than text alone. The speed at which it works in an audio call is very good. I haven't tried the video yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I would recommend that you have your phone on speaker and watch the screen as it records and translates, as I did see a few misunderstandings that I was able to address quickly to avoid any issues with the other party. Amazing!
Despite tech services efforts App does not work reliably in the country I needed. Numerous phone numbers (too many) are unavailable and severe broadcast voice glitching exists for those that do work.
after the recent update there have been a lot of bugs, it hangs a lot, it is very slow, difficult to load and sometimes it just turns black on returning to the app 😞 It is very sad and needs fixing
app is not at all working ,I tried to call more than 20 times the opposite person is not receiving any calls and raising request via app ,no one responding properly,I need this application for my work to talk with clients. very frustrated
It is extremely convenient, It's a fantastic app. it's also a good way to help you learn another language. The only thing I'm requesting to fix is the directness of the translations and make it a more natural translation instead of being direct, often the translator misunderstands what we're saying or translates weirdly. That and the fact that it takes long to work sometimes, loading in contacts or just the text prompt in general, the app just doesn't feel very responsive sometimes..
Was looking for an alternative to Skypes' amazing realtime translation features for video calls, and this app can barely hold it's weight. The translations constantly glitch out due to the "AI" voice trying too hard to sound like the other person, but I'd heavily recommend implementing just having a basic text to speech voice as an option so that at least we can get accurate translations and understand what is being said in context. $20 a month for this?? 🙄
The translations are terrible sometimes. When you speak more than one language you realize that pretty quickly. It completely changes the meaning of some things making conversations confusing. Also, why are phone numbers exposed ? I should be able to hide my number and manually insert someone's name in the app. PS I'm concerned about exposed phone numbers on the app and you want me to contact you through the app ?
