So here's my take on EZResus. I've tested a bunch of medical reference apps and this one's pretty solid. The content is comprehensive and the features are genuinely useful for dealing with resuscitation emergencies. It's not trying to replace human judgment, which I appreciate. The UI could use some polish, but it's functional. My main gripe is that some of the procedures can be a bit overwhelming to digest quickly in the heat of the moment. But overall, I'd say it's a great supplementary tool for healthcare professionals who need quick access to resuscitation protocols and guidelines.

Description

I’ve been using EZResus for a couple months now. It’s basically a medical reference app for healthcare pros. Helps with all the craziness of the first hour of resuscitation. You know, when your patient is crashing and you’ve gotta act fast. This app won’t replace a doctor’s advice, but it’s a pretty solid tool to have on hand.

Here’s what you can do with it: there’s guides for all the different resuscitation procedures, easy checklists to follow, and even a section for practicing scenarios. It’s got some nice visuals too that help explain things. Took me a little while to figure out all the different features, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been super useful.

Look, if you’re a nurse, EMT, or doc who deals with emergency situations, you’ll probably find EZResus really helpful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a quick reference for that first critical hour.

ED doc here. Great potential, but quality and content do not (yet) justify the outrageously high subscription cost. Alphabetical topic list with no option to browse by category (eg. Shock,...
