I've been a premium member for maybe over 2 years. Not only is the pricing model abhorrent with charging for my existing uploads. They changed the monthly credits from 50 to 20 per month. They also removed so many features. One example is ai photos that were perfect and super easy to use gone. No longer available to use. Uninstaller, unsubscribing, DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP ZERO STARS !

This once was a great app. I have paid the subscription for months now. And, could usually swap face with anything not anymore. I do believe that if people are paying for your subscription price they should get what they paid for. No your limiting what faces we can swap. Look at your rating face off. Know your ratings of one are more than five stars. If you care. 03/06/2024

Only used the free version, it is a bit limited on available features (understandably). But I was unimpressed with what is available, so no interest in upgrading to a pro account. You can do some face swaps but they are not all that great. Hard to tell the face was manipulated, and who it is supposed to be.

Why did you change everything? It used to be 50 credits a month... then it went down to 20 credits... now... not only do you not allow me to save the uploads that my credits pay for... you charge 2 more credits just to use a different face? I've spent a lot of money on this app... and you need to either fix it or refund my money because this is not what I paid for!

Really crummy that after I pay for the pro subscription (which says gives you "unlimited" uploads) it doesn't explain that you only get 20 charges for $10. Next I still haven't actually found a place where you can view the number of charges you have left. Finally after spending extra money for more charges after I realized how it actually works the app all of a sudden has a bug making the money I spent useless until the developer fixes it. 2 stars because swaps work well.

It's fine when it works, but if you see this message 'Exception: Photo Conversion Failed' then you won't be able to use the app and have to uninstall and reinstall and that might help it work but most of the time that's the only thing that pops up. Plus now you have to buy points if you want to faceswap. It use to be that you got a certain amount of points a day.

I like this app. Unfortunately the devs have made some changes that has brought down the utility. They've added watermarks. At first, a logo of the app name. Now they've dropped the logo and stuck in a "Created by AI" watermark. I want NO WATERMARKS OF ANY KIND ON THE GENERATED IMAGES. Especially for a paid subscriber. The other problem being the too-frequent "inappropriate content" image refusal which crops up on images that are head-scratchers as to anything being wrong with them...irritating.

Just happily canceled my subscription. Had it for a couple years and it WAS great. They changed their model for pricing and the product never matched what they were charging. The telegram chat they have for support is also not very helpful either. There are much better apps to donfacw swaps FOR FREE. Save your money and time. Do not download this app.

While the face swap technology is great, this app has issues with its premium subscriptions. I purchased an annual subscription and randomly had a large amount of my accumulated remaining swaps disappear from my account about 6 months into my subscription. I contacted support and they eventually credited me with *some* swaps but I it was way less than what I had before. But I have no means to prove it so I'm forced to accept what they give me. For this reason be wary of paying for this app.

The app is really good, until you get a new device and attempt to restore the purchase you already made. None of your credentials register, essentially forcing you to pay for another subscription. And with no contact information on the app itself, can't even get any form of assistance. Advice, don't subscribe and upgrade your device. You'll be forced to pay for a new subscription.
