I've been a premium member for maybe over 2 years. Not only is the pricing model abhorrent with charging for my existing uploads. They changed the monthly credits from 50 to 20 per month. They also removed so many features. One example is ai photos that were perfect and super easy to use gone. No longer available to use. Uninstaller, unsubscribing, DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP ZERO STARS !

This once was a great app. I have paid the subscription for months now. And, could usually swap face with anything not anymore. I do believe that if people are paying for your subscription price they should get what they paid for. No your limiting what faces we can swap. Look at your rating face off. Know your ratings of one are more than five stars. If you care. 03/06/2024

Only used the free version, it is a bit limited on available features (understandably). But I was unimpressed with what is available, so no interest in upgrading to a pro account. You can do some face swaps but they are not all that great. Hard to tell the face was manipulated, and who it is supposed to be.

Why did you change everything? It used to be 50 credits a month... then it went down to 20 credits... now... not only do you not allow me to save the uploads that my credits pay for... you charge 2 more credits just to use a different face? I've spent a lot of money on this app... and you need to either fix it or refund my money because this is not what I paid for!

Really crummy that after I pay for the pro subscription (which says gives you "unlimited" uploads) it doesn't explain that you only get 20 charges for $10. Next I still haven't actually found a place where you can view the number of charges you have left. Finally after spending extra money for more charges after I realized how it actually works the app all of a sudden has a bug making the money I spent useless until the developer fixes it. 2 stars because swaps work well.

It's fine when it works, but if you see this message 'Exception: Photo Conversion Failed' then you won't be able to use the app and have to uninstall and reinstall and that might help it work but most of the time that's the only thing that pops up. Plus now you have to buy points if you want to faceswap. It use to be that you got a certain amount of points a day.

I like this app. Unfortunately the devs have made some changes that has brought down the utility. They've added watermarks. At first, a logo of the app name. Now they've dropped the logo and stuck in a "Created by AI" watermark. I want NO WATERMARKS OF ANY KIND ON THE GENERATED IMAGES. Especially for a paid subscriber. The other problem being the too-frequent "inappropriate content" image refusal which crops up on images that are head-scratchers as to anything being wrong with them...irritating.

Just happily canceled my subscription. Had it for a couple years and it WAS great. They changed their model for pricing and the product never matched what they were charging. The telegram chat they have for support is also not very helpful either. There are much better apps to donfacw swaps FOR FREE. Save your money and time. Do not download this app.

While the face swap technology is great, this app has issues with its premium subscriptions. I purchased an annual subscription and randomly had a large amount of my accumulated remaining swaps disappear from my account about 6 months into my subscription. I contacted support and they eventually credited me with *some* swaps but I it was way less than what I had before. But I have no means to prove it so I'm forced to accept what they give me. For this reason be wary of paying for this app.

The app is really good, until you get a new device and attempt to restore the purchase you already made. None of your credentials register, essentially forcing you to pay for another subscription. And with no contact information on the app itself, can't even get any form of assistance. Advice, don't subscribe and upgrade your device. You'll be forced to pay for a new subscription.

I've stood behind you even despite the ratings drop after the new prices. But this last update really ruined things. The inappropriate content filter is way off, flagging everything. It really bad., including non celebrity faces. It's impossible to work with at this point. I don't want to find a new app, I love this one and have my library well established, but unless the content filter gets adjusted, I may have to move on.

This used to be a great app but now they make you pay for everything. you used to be able to have unlimited photos now you have to pay a Fraction of a credit. you can't redo photos or videos with other peoples faces that you've already done once and paid money for anymore either. not as good as it used to be, they should definitely go back to the way it was,they're gonna to lose customers this way trying to milk every buck they can for everything. Not smart business "penny smart dollar stupid"!!

DONT GET THE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION! u get a month for 10 bucks and (with this idiotic new system) u get 20 "credits", and when u buy the year subscription? Can u guess? Oh sure it doesn't cost as much as paying for month 12 times, but u only get 20 credits!! And just being subscribed gives you nothing, not anything, so u have to buy more credits to do anything. So you end up paying what these liars say u save. I'd demand a refund of my money but I won't get it, or the 220 credits I should have.

Does not work. I paid for the pro version which costs 10 dollars. Then I found out in order to upload my own video and swap faces, you have to buy credits. So, I paid another 10 dollars for credits. I went thru the steps and when I downloaded the swapped face video, there was nothing changed. The video was the same way I uploaded it. So, after several tries, more dollars, same results, I have determined this does not work. At least for me.

What a waste! This is not free with adds. I don't mind adds, but 1 minute with 2 or 3 adds every time you do something and it always interrupts to try and get you to buy pro after every step. These idiots think that people are dieing to have this app no matter what. If you don't let people play with it for a time how are they supposed to make the choice? It is so annoying from the beginning that we just delete it.

Ok The 90% people are getting stuck at, DOES happen, but it resolves itself, just give it a minute or two. Seems like it should be super fast cuz it gets to 90% quickly, but then that last 10% is SLOW! Pix are ok, but absolutely do NOT resemble the pic you upload. Uploaded my pic and it simply overlays on whatever pic you choose becoming an amalgam of 2 people, occasionally hideous, usually not, but not looking like me at all. I've shown it to others without telling and nobody guessed it was me!

It's an okay app, but I paid for the yearly and there's way too many restrictions. You only get so many uploads a month which is understandable, but also the ones you upload have a limit how many times you can use them which is unacceptable if you paid for a year. The technology is good. If you have to pay to upload things there should not be a limit on how many times you can use that upload without having to pay to upload it again, as you don't always get the desired results on the first try

If you need support in any way, even after they raised the prices, when you send in the email they just pretend they don't know what you're talking about. About. I sent an email saying that I was not being credited my monthly credits for an annual plan and then they keep sending me the same email over and over again telling me to resubmit. Give them my ID sales ID all these other IDs. But when you write the complaint inside of the app it already sends that information in the email. I am very mad

Pretty good app, just a few issues. -Its library is limited. In order to upload your own stuff, you need to pay for the subscription, so not really worth the free version. -On my S8 at least, when you save something, it stores in its own folder in your phone. It'd be nice if it was in the gallery, but no. This folder's in your phone's general app data directory, which was a pain to find. -Sometimes it just doesn't detect faces on uploads. I can't seem to find a common factor with failures either

I've used the pro subscription of this app for awhile. It was a good product with cool features and you seemed to be able to do a lot with it. After updating the app and re subscribing for yet another month, suddenly you can't use a clip from your library more than twice without using credits, images now cost .1 credit ( really?!) and the quality has dropped significantly. Also your videos are watermarked which was a feature before. Going to use my remaining credits then UNINSTALLING.
