Description
I’ve been using the Fall Alert Wear3 – MMW app for a couple months now. It’s basically a smartwatch app that uses sensors to automatically detect if you’ve taken a bad fall. If it senses you’ve fallen, it’ll call emergency contacts and alert them to come help. Pretty solid for older folks or people with health issues who live alone. And
There’s a bunch of cool features – you can set up your emergency contacts, adjust the fall detection sensitivity, and it’ll give you updates on the status of the alert. It’s got a 30-day free trial so you can try it out. Took me a bit to figure out all the settings, but once I had it set up, it seems to work pretty well.
Look, if you’re worried about falls or just want that extra safety net, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the monthly subscription is a bit pricey – but overall it does the job. Gives me a bit more peace of mind for my grandparents.
Editor Opinion
In my experience, Fall Alert Wear3 - MMW is a pretty good smartwatch app for fall detection and emergency alerts. I've tested a few similar apps and this one seems to be one of the more reliable options. The automatic fall detection works well and the alert system is straightforward. That said, the monthly cost is on the higher side compared to some competitors. And the setup can be a little tricky if you're not tech-savvy. But if you need that extra safety and don't mind the subscription, I'd say it's worth giving it a try.
