tried everything to get it to work as advertised. it would never recognize w fall. I corresponded back and forth with Fall Alert for many days and did everything i was told and it still would not recognize a fall.

Looks promising-currently not allowing new subcribers (trial and paid). As an technology consultant I was asked to do a full product eval on this and it’s competitors. Right now, the big red flag is not being able to subscribe, which raises concerns on the robusiness of their backend.

great customer service and works just as intended
