tried everything to get it to work as advertised. it would never recognize w fall. I corresponded back and forth with Fall Alert for many days and did everything i was told and it still would not recognize a fall.

Looks promising-currently not allowing new subcribers (trial and paid). As an technology consultant I was asked to do a full product eval on this and it's competitors. Right now, the big red flag is not being able to subscribe, which raises concerns on the robusiness of their backend.
