I cannot confirm my email. It says that an email is sent but I sent it again and again but nothing in the inbox. I cannot even cancel my subscription. Please help me

This doesn't work. I want to cancel. as of today. But where do I go to cancel. This is another reason for me to cancel. I have no one to speak to regarding my issues. I definitely will contact my bank and stop any payments going toward this rip-off company.

Dont put ur card info on this app .I was able to retrieve my lost phone back yesterday with the help from Proficienthacking ongmilcom ..they provided me with phone exact location right away

this app is a scam. do not share your card details as it will not give you option to remove card details and start deducting subscription fees

This app can't locate and track someone in roaming. I am so disappointed

This app is really stupid if I'm trying to locate someone and I don't want them to know why would I send them a message for them to confirm their location please you all should stop bullshiting people out of their hard earn cash... This is false advertising and secondly it requires $0.99 for a trial but when it charges your account for $5 or more for the trial and there is nothing you can do with this app I thing Google should start doing a better Job of not letting these people scam their cust

I just wanted to see how it is, or if it is working. After I made my account, I had to pay for one week 10€. I was ,oke. and after that without my consent thay made me an abo for 40 €. I had a few email with them bla bla...we can't givenu the money back, back that I told them to cancel my abo, and nothing...now I just receive an email that în the next 2 days a payment with 50€ for the next month....same on u!!!!

i deleted the app still they deducted amount from my debit card... thieves I just bought the trail pack but they automatically deducted the money without any confirmation

This app took an amount directly from the credit card the minute it was entered. There is no option to cancel or unsubscribe the app. what is the solution? 4.99 dollars taken once and then 9 dollars . how can we get the money back? and how can we cancel the subscription? when we go to the google play store, this app doesn't appear in the subscription list but the amount was deducted straight away from the credit card? can anyone help?

this app is the most useless app ever very useless and putting your atm card number on this platform is a big risk and mistake they'll will automatically debit you without using the app and this nonsense needs to be stopped with this useless app, I wasted my data downloading rubbish familo app, I was charged while registering and I couldn't get any help or usage from the app only for me to get debited huge amount after deleting the app and my account yet they plan to debit me again

You have to pay 19.99 a month. Ugh, say, why not let people try it for free WITHOUT ASKING FOR A CREDIT CARD to see if the app works for them. I thought the 14.99 was reasonable. Then it jumped to 19.99 after viewing a short display of what the app can do, a teaser really. And an offer, 3 day trial for .99 cents. Some people can't even afford food now a days. 19.99 is too much for me. 14.99 was pushing it, but maybe it's worth it. I can't say becuz there is AGAIN: NO FREE TRIAL.

Used to love this app, despite not being able to remove people from groups and various intermittent failures to track anything. Now, with the nonstop notification of absolutely nothing except that the app is updating itself, it's days are numbered. Fix this, devs, or your app is now utter trash, we'll replace with any number of less obtrusive alternatives and not look back.

As someone who has used this app for 10 years, the fact that I'm being asked to now pay a ridiculous $11.99 A WEEK for the simple GPS location that was once free is ridiculous. Multiple other apps offer this for free and have much lower MONTHLY premiums. I simply want to make sure my family gets to work and home safely, I don't need or want the extra features. Very disappointed with how much this app has changed and I no longer receive location updates as I won't pay for the "premium" features.
