it's doesn't allow me to cancel subscription. when I log in to app everything is fine but I don't have option to cancel it. but when I try to go on link to cancel subscription it's says my email is wrong
I tried the app. Didn't help me so I tried to unsubscribe and cannot find anywhere to unsubscribe. I've looked where they app tells me to look and still nothing. All this time they are withdrawing money from my account. absolutely disgusting.
Thia app is a scam. I installed it and could not locate the phone in question. Unsubscribbed the same day but my account has been debited. I want my money back. Will report as fraudulent transaction. Do not use it
I am so disappointed. Misleading is the best word for it. They state u get 3 days free trial , I didn't subscribe, but yet still 29.99 deducted from my account. U can't cancel . it's a dead-end road. Don't even look at the free trial. Guys, just scroll pass. They will just get your card info and start taking your money !!!! Seems like it's not a legit business! I need to be canceled and refunded !!!!
So this promised to be able to locate a lost or stolen phone. Put in the number I wanted to track, paid the money for the trial then nothing, no way of tracking the number. Followed the instructions to cancel the subscription and it doesn't show up in payments and subscriptions so now I'm worried that they will take the £40 monthly fee. If someone reads this from the developer, please cancel my subscription with urgency. Thanks.
this app has attempted to STEAL 29.99 and 7.99 from my bank account without permission. this app is EXTREMELY misleading and it's a SCAM. It makes it impossible to attempt to cancel and un-subscribe. They are professional scammers. please do not get this app. STOP stealing money
I just signed up, and i am canceling right away because why the hell would i want to track a family member and have to get their permission. The whole point in tracking them is to know something that they don't know that you know. It is impossible to cancel this mess. you'll better cancel and not charge my account.
I am very displeased with this app they charged me 30.00 dollars and I've never heard of them much less used their app or services I don't need them I have life 360 and location sharing for my family please don't let them charge you all this money for no reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I can't even cancel subscription how ever I even got subscribed is beyond me I'm so mad
This app is very misleading, and the vendors aren't honest with its pricing. This is the misselling of a product. Five payments for a week's trial have already been debited from my card in less than 24 hours since I placed an order. This is absolutely fraudulent, and I would like this purchase to be cancelled immediately. Please send me your cancellation instructions or a link that leads to it.
Scammer Warning!!! They keep taking money from your bank account charges for nothing. $5 here $30 there and it's nothing you agreed to. Plus they falsely advertised you could track a phone just by it's number. Now it's impossible to cancel
