it's doesn't allow me to cancel subscription. when I log in to app everything is fine but I don't have option to cancel it. but when I try to go on link to cancel subscription it's says my email is wrong

I tried the app. Didn't help me so I tried to unsubscribe and cannot find anywhere to unsubscribe. I've looked where they app tells me to look and still nothing. All this time they are withdrawing money from my account. absolutely disgusting.

Thia app is a scam. I installed it and could not locate the phone in question. Unsubscribbed the same day but my account has been debited. I want my money back. Will report as fraudulent transaction. Do not use it

I am so disappointed. Misleading is the best word for it. They state u get 3 days free trial , I didn't subscribe, but yet still 29.99 deducted from my account. U can't cancel . it's a dead-end road. Don't even look at the free trial. Guys, just scroll pass. They will just get your card info and start taking your money !!!! Seems like it's not a legit business! I need to be canceled and refunded !!!!

So this promised to be able to locate a lost or stolen phone. Put in the number I wanted to track, paid the money for the trial then nothing, no way of tracking the number. Followed the instructions to cancel the subscription and it doesn't show up in payments and subscriptions so now I'm worried that they will take the £40 monthly fee. If someone reads this from the developer, please cancel my subscription with urgency. Thanks.

this app has attempted to STEAL 29.99 and 7.99 from my bank account without permission. this app is EXTREMELY misleading and it's a SCAM. It makes it impossible to attempt to cancel and un-subscribe. They are professional scammers. please do not get this app. STOP stealing money

I just signed up, and i am canceling right away because why the hell would i want to track a family member and have to get their permission. The whole point in tracking them is to know something that they don't know that you know. It is impossible to cancel this mess. you'll better cancel and not charge my account.

I am very displeased with this app they charged me 30.00 dollars and I've never heard of them much less used their app or services I don't need them I have life 360 and location sharing for my family please don't let them charge you all this money for no reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I can't even cancel subscription how ever I even got subscribed is beyond me I'm so mad

This app is very misleading, and the vendors aren't honest with its pricing. This is the misselling of a product. Five payments for a week's trial have already been debited from my card in less than 24 hours since I placed an order. This is absolutely fraudulent, and I would like this purchase to be cancelled immediately. Please send me your cancellation instructions or a link that leads to it.

Scammer Warning!!! They keep taking money from your bank account charges for nothing. $5 here $30 there and it's nothing you agreed to. Plus they falsely advertised you could track a phone just by it's number. Now it's impossible to cancel

This app is a SCAM. I have had bad experiences with other apps and have never had to request a refund and have it denied. The advertisement was via a webpage and before it even started working, I needed to make a payment. After the payment, it instructed me to download an app. The app never worked and in order to find the phone I am trying to find, the app had to be installed previously. This was never explained, described, or warned before submitting payment. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

this is basically like life 360 but not as good and more pricey... it didn't do what I wanted it to do so I cancelled trial before it expired so I would get charged... I got charged anyways. they said bc I didnt cancell my membership soon enough even though I canceled the day after I got the trial. they basically just stole 34.99 from me.. I advise not to even get the trail jn this app bc they will probably steal your money also. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

misguided, unable to cancel/ unsucribe charge details dont appear at the play store or subscribe details so imposible to cancel. already collected £23 for nothing 😑 bad experience. I paid the £2. for a trial and after I was unable to cancel my subscription.

The App is Misleading. I didn't do a proper look up before installing because I was urgently trying to track a friends missing/stolen phone. No results and then you get debited for free trial. I do not recommend.

App is very misleading. I paid $2.99 then they took another 60 cents out for something. You have to download and can't track anyone without them having the app on their phone. Don't waste your time.

The app is definitely misleading. It describes tracking based on entering a cell phone number only to discover after installing the app that it only works with phone numbers added to the account by sending a text to the recipient. If you want to alert your kids ahead of time, then this is the app for you. Update 08/03/25: I do not have a subscription with this app and you attempted to charge my account for $29.99. Please do not attempt to make any additional charges to my account.

Really misleading. Both "tracking" and "tracked" phone has to have the ap installed and / or respond to a text. Defeats the purpose when a phone is lost. Misleading and confusing cancelation procedure. Bait and hook at it's finest. Samsung has the best finder for Samsungs. The alarm works even if the lost phone is off. It does what it says it will. It saved me like I thought this ap would, but didn't. Bottom line, this ap sucks. Don't waste the time.

looks good visually...but super misleading. You will not be able to track anyone just be knowing their phone number like while app implies. its bs.... Horrible does not work.snd its almost impossible to cancel. They make it almost impossible. i have been getting charged for 8 months now...Going to have to close my bank account to make it stop. Google should ban this misleading application from being downloaded.

Do not download this app. it's a scam, a fraud. Once we have subscribed to this app, we cannot find any way to get rid of the paid subscription. So far the app has deducted the subscription twice. Unlike all other paid subscriptions, the subscription cannot be cancelled from the app itself. Not from the Play Store and neither from the web version because it does not allow you to login in their web version.

App is extremely misleading. Especially initially. it has you type a phone number in that you'd like to "locate". then as it is "thinking" you watch the camera start to zoom in on the United States. The screen changes to their subscription options. I'm a sucker. I paid. After tediously and painstakingly going through each and every possible option, sequence of options, setting, and available service, I learned there is no WAY TO LOCATE A DEVICE WITHOUT THAT DEVICES KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSIONS.
