this casino sucks I used to like it till I went to support cause it kept crashing and to ask why I missed out on $28 in casino credit. literally asking a question and they wouldn't answer said I was requesting courtesy credit no I spent thousands in this casino in the last 2 weeks now it's crashing and I'm opted in for loyalty credit drops and don't get them ever but when I ask a question as to why and ask for a manager I'm told I'm no longer allowed access to support or to my account.

this app sucks and it let me play once and now it doesn't load saying an error has occured and when you spin to win it's a joke because you never win anytime I spin it says better luck next either fix it for a chance at winning spins or take this joke of an app off and you cannot win and you don't get free 500 spins when u sign up and when you have a credit of a dollar the app says not enough to play a game on the app and spin to win is a joke you can't win and I never got my free spins a joke

This is an absolute scam. I decided to try it, and I got up to $233 from $20 and tried to withdraw. The next morning they denied my withdrawal and banned my account for no apparent reason. Their support is basically useless, because once your account is banned you can't chat with them. Do yourself a favor and don't download this app, there are thousands of reddit users saying the same thing happened to them.

Super shady business practices. I have an active offer that I deposited against. Customer service told me the offer is an display error and would not refund me or fulfill the requirements of the displayed active offer. Beware of this company. I have pictures showing issue and conversation. This is not the first time there has been an issue with an offer. I have had to request follow up on another offer that they did not fulfill. I had to tell the rep to look at when the offer was opted into.

Never a problem getting your withdraws,. I'd say that 9 out of 10 times, your money is deposited in your card within TWO MINUTES!! So if you want to deposit money, that's fine. You try to withdraw from your account THAT'S "suspicious activity", they'll close your account and keep your cash.
