Honestly not that bad. It seems to be as or slightly more reliable than other live event streaming services. I do have two issues though. 1. The music they use for blacking out commercials is insufferable and it's only a 20-30sec long and doesn't loop correctly so it sounds like the audio just breaks every half minute or so. 2. This app for some reason decides to stop working with Chromecast casting whenever it wants. We've had to alternate devices because the app will just stop connecting

I would not have paid $100 for the season if I knew how buggy this thing is. Casting hardly ever works. Only way to get it to work is to toggle the wifi on and off repeatedly until it decides to work... sometimes after 20 attempts. Reading the other reviews it seems this is not an isolated issue. Happens on my wife's phone too. you would think they would fix a widespread issue affecting basic functionality. When casting does work the stream drops too often.. I'm on gigbit. refund please.

Editing review to drop from 2 to 1 stars. Support has been terrible, escalated on 7/3, zero contact since. Canceling subscription. It's fine until going to every half inning, coming out of ads, the FanDuel splash screen just spins, and never makes it back to the game. So as a customer, one has to back out to the main screen, then open the game again to see it. This is 18 touches to watch a game. Does this on Android phone, Google Pixel tablet, and MacBook Pro through the browser.

I can't pause on my TV, but can on my phone, and the app isn't available on my 5yo LG TV. Now I'm on vacation in Florida and can't watch the games. They claim you get 30 days out of market to watch your home team. I got 0 zero days. App doesn't know how big my Samsung S24u screen is - about 85% of the score box crawler is off the screen. The video is overall about 120% larger than my screen. Tech support has proved useless.

sometimes the app will work on TV's, sometimes all you get is a black screen. when watching on a phone in full screen mode, you cannot see the scoreboard at the bottom of the screen. I reached out for help, and they don't care. They seem to be perfectly happy taking your money regardless of how terrible your experience is or how badly the app performs. Unfortunately, it is the only way to watch a ball game. I miss cable...

5/28/2025 Part 3 This app gets worse and worse on Roku. Tried to watch the recorded version of the game from earlier today. Had to sit through commercials. And FORGET about rewatching key plays. Click back one time and you're shot back random amounts of time. It could be 1 minute, could be a half hour. Spin the Wheel! Inferior product for a premium price. They've got you by the base"balls" and couldn't care less. 7/1/2022 Part 2 (4 Stars)

terrible, freezes coming out of commercials, drops live feed constantly, randomly reverts back in time in the broadcast without user input. Worst streaming app I've ever used. update: 6/13/25 - your mobile app still sucks, but now even your android app doesn't work. Crashing after literally just a second or two after launching the feed. Should got my money back when they charged my subscription a day early before my 30 free trial ended. at least the apps worked then. Back to MLB for Network.

Can't open other windows on desktop or it pauses, every time I go to any other app on mobile and come back, the "stats and odds" gets automatically reselcted. I didn't think there'd be a more worthless app than Bally, and I was very wrong. If you're going to be this greedy, offer a better product and maybe listen to customer feedback.

What an awful app. Every single time it comes back from commercial during a baseball game it buffers indefinitely, so I have to back out and restart the broadcast just to resume watching. And half the time when I restart the broadcast it starts from the very beginning, so I have to back out and restart the broadcast again! Aside from this I despise that they cram an ad in front of you during every highlight reel play (HR, Double, etc.). 20 dollars a month for this product is just plain sad.

constant stuttering is already bad, especially for an app that's designed for watching live sports. The worst thing though is the 3-5 second sound bite loop, when there's a break in the game, on the we'll be right back screen. It is by far THE. MOST. ANNOYING. thing I have ever heard. Just do better!!!!
