constant stuttering is already bad, especially for an app that’s designed for watching live sports. Awful app, with a useless customer service. I installed the app, created my account, purchased a subscription, and I couldn’t watch anything. It kept saying I still needed to subscribe, despite my credit card already being charged. I spent 30 minutes in a chat with customer service and they were unable to resolve the problem.
