Honestly not that bad. It seems to be as or slightly more reliable than other live event streaming services. I do have two issues though. 1. The music they use for blacking out commercials is insufferable and it's only a 20-30sec long and doesn't loop correctly so it sounds like the audio just breaks every half minute or so. 2. This app for some reason decides to stop working with Chromecast casting whenever it wants. We've had to alternate devices because the app will just stop connecting

I would not have paid $100 for the season if I knew how buggy this thing is. Casting hardly ever works. Only way to get it to work is to toggle the wifi on and off repeatedly until it decides to work... sometimes after 20 attempts. Reading the other reviews it seems this is not an isolated issue. Happens on my wife's phone too. you would think they would fix a widespread issue affecting basic functionality. When casting does work the stream drops too often.. I'm on gigbit. refund please.

Editing review to drop from 2 to 1 stars. Support has been terrible, escalated on 7/3, zero contact since. Canceling subscription. It's fine until going to every half inning, coming out of ads, the FanDuel splash screen just spins, and never makes it back to the game. So as a customer, one has to back out to the main screen, then open the game again to see it. This is 18 touches to watch a game. Does this on Android phone, Google Pixel tablet, and MacBook Pro through the browser.

I can't pause on my TV, but can on my phone, and the app isn't available on my 5yo LG TV. Now I'm on vacation in Florida and can't watch the games. They claim you get 30 days out of market to watch your home team. I got 0 zero days. App doesn't know how big my Samsung S24u screen is - about 85% of the score box crawler is off the screen. The video is overall about 120% larger than my screen. Tech support has proved useless.

sometimes the app will work on TV's, sometimes all you get is a black screen. when watching on a phone in full screen mode, you cannot see the scoreboard at the bottom of the screen. I reached out for help, and they don't care. They seem to be perfectly happy taking your money regardless of how terrible your experience is or how badly the app performs. Unfortunately, it is the only way to watch a ball game. I miss cable...

5/28/2025 Part 3 This app gets worse and worse on Roku. Tried to watch the recorded version of the game from earlier today. Had to sit through commercials. And FORGET about rewatching key plays. Click back one time and you're shot back random amounts of time. It could be 1 minute, could be a half hour. Spin the Wheel! Inferior product for a premium price. They've got you by the base"balls" and couldn't care less. 7/1/2022 Part 2 (4 Stars)

terrible, freezes coming out of commercials, drops live feed constantly, randomly reverts back in time in the broadcast without user input. Worst streaming app I've ever used. update: 6/13/25 - your mobile app still sucks, but now even your android app doesn't work. Crashing after literally just a second or two after launching the feed. Should got my money back when they charged my subscription a day early before my 30 free trial ended. at least the apps worked then. Back to MLB for Network.

Can't open other windows on desktop or it pauses, every time I go to any other app on mobile and come back, the "stats and odds" gets automatically reselcted. I didn't think there'd be a more worthless app than Bally, and I was very wrong. If you're going to be this greedy, offer a better product and maybe listen to customer feedback.

What an awful app. Every single time it comes back from commercial during a baseball game it buffers indefinitely, so I have to back out and restart the broadcast just to resume watching. And half the time when I restart the broadcast it starts from the very beginning, so I have to back out and restart the broadcast again! Aside from this I despise that they cram an ad in front of you during every highlight reel play (HR, Double, etc.). 20 dollars a month for this product is just plain sad.

constant stuttering is already bad, especially for an app that's designed for watching live sports. The worst thing though is the 3-5 second sound bite loop, when there's a break in the game, on the we'll be right back screen. It is by far THE. MOST. ANNOYING. thing I have ever heard. Just do better!!!!

This app behaves so poorly!! On both TV and phone, I get the blue-bubble screen of death often, miss part of the game. I'd literally rather watch ads than listen to the music that goes with it. Just today: it got stuck there & sounded like a record skipping; was playing and then suddenly was on the homescreen; and now is the "we've encountered a problem loading your video" screen. So unprofessional! I get more quality for less money on other apps! But it's the only way to watch The Angels.

Boo- Pixel 9, screen expands in landscape mode to where you can't read scores or outside, balls, strikes, and you can't adjust it. Streaming on TV, you can't scroll forward or backward by holding down button, only allows for 10 second advance/rewind with ONE PRESS of the button each time. You can only see the last recorded game, so if I'm at work for a couple of days and want to catch up to a game 2 or 3 games back, I can't do it. Closed captions streaming on TV can't be turned off. Needs work

Awful app, with a useless customer service. I installed the app, created my account, purchased a subscription, and I couldn't watch anything. It kept saying I still needed to subscribe, despite my credit card already being charged. I spent 30 minutes in a chat with customer service and they were unable to resolve the problem.

Do NOT spend your money on this app! I have a brand new S25 Edge, good home wifi (300+ mbps) It will not run on WiFi for casting, it actually kicks me off WiFi. Any other streaming app I tried this with does not have any issue, much less one this bad. They don't offer an app for my LG smart TV (within last 5 years, android based) I tried multiple web browsers on my desktop, and it just pops up "unknown error" when I attempt to login. In short, if you wanna waste $20/month, do it elsewhere.

Has issues and many games, not available. Often, "Missing Token" error loading application. Occasional "Unknown Error" once loaded for a while. Also, too many commercials for a paid sports App. What makes this application only a one-star is that all games are not available on just one paid to watch sports application. So, if you plan on watching a great match-up, plan on spending more money for another application. MLB may be at fault, but it was not stated during purchase. Unacceptable.

I like watching Reds games and I could watch it in 4K on my TV, but the season's over and I wanted to cancel (I was on my PC) but it wouldn't let me. It kept saying to go through the device I signed up for the app on. So I tried canceling on my Fire Stick, my phone, and even Google Play but it kept saying my account was active. So I've canceled my credit card and ordered a new one. I bet they'll get the message now. I shouldn't have had to do that, but I'm not paying for it anymore.

I was wrongly charged last night for a subscription. And even though the refund has started, it over drew my account. the refund will take 3 to 7 days to be back into my account. They offered nothing! The only way to "speak" to someone is over chat. No number to call. I canceled my subscription and won't spend another dime with them ever. Terrible customer service!

Probably the worst app I have ever paid for. I pay for it to watch Blue Jackets games because I don't want to pay for a bunch of channels I don't watch. I can't cast it to my TV 90% of the time so I either watch it on my tiny phone screen or I don't watch. You would think with all these 1 star ratings they would figure something out but apparently the either don't care or are incompetent. Fix your app!! Edit: if you happen to have an Xbox just get the app on there. Managed to stream the game.

When the pregame ends, it should auto switch the the main game. Sometimes, I have to force close the app due to not finding it. EDIT : now the screen shrinks for an ad when the game is going on. Fix that, it should not be happening while in play. It's sad sailing the high seas offers a better viewing experience. Shame on you guys.

Needs lots of work!!! Video quality on an Android is awful, but works well on iPhone. App in general isn't great. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because it will error out and say I don't have access. After uninstalling and then reinstalling, it opens without issue, but if I rewind and then try to fast forward back to the live broadcast, it will shoot me back to almost the beginning of the broadcast and then error out saying no entry access available.
