The most important part of a book is that it pays its players. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever a player at a sports event, bets on their app from their seat, must put in a payout request and wait 2 days to get paid at the on-site counter. You must come back to collect. That's insane. Caesers doesn't do that. They are pros, with on-site real time payouts from their app. FanDual is a 3rd rate book with an inferior product. Clowns. You'll get paid faster in Bitcoin from offshore books.

This app has diminished over time. It continues to lag everyday. You have to press an option multiple times before it registers, once it highlighted it's a 15-30sec wait for it register. When it gets close to game time it's a serious delay as if the system can not handle all the users or all the games starting at the same time. The performance is not great at all. Great betting and options and promos. Also they continue to keep up with the competition (betting options and sports)

How are you going to put out an update for the app that not only makes the layout look like it's running the 2018 version but runs like it was programmed in 1918? Click on whatever you're trying to bet, 2 seconds later it leaves the betslip and you have to redo it AT LEAST 2 to 3 times and don't even get me started if you're trying to put in a parlay... a 3leg slip used to take 30 seconds max to put in, now it takes over 2 minutes bc of picks just leaving the bet slip WITHOUT BEING REMOVED

Need to finish last review. Anyway so I haven't gotten the last 3 or 4 happy hour bonuses, and no one will help me find out why. All they tell me is the usual clear this, reinstall that, or my connection is slow. It sure is fast enough to deposit though and play when I want. Just can't accept any of the rare free bonuses you can get. Sounds like they dont know why or they ain't able to handle the traffic they are trying to bring in. was told to email them and have. well see what happens

This app has become complete 💩 since the update. They're about to lose a lot of customers as bets do not calculate properly and you must restart the app (sometimes multiple times). The screen freeze doesn't help and the ability to see live events is rare. Also, you have to click on picks multiple times due to the touch not recording on the first tap or it's just super delayed. There are plenty of other Sportsbooks available... You've been warned!

Ever since their "update" to the app about a week ago, it runs awful. It doesn't load properly, sometimes not giving you the option to see live events. Some of the profit boosts don't work with the appropriate sport and odds, and they stopped doing deposit matches. Go to a casino instead. Edit- After a recent update, money was taken from my actual bank account w/o authorization. They denied it, and I'm currently involving my bank. The bank said the company committed fraud. Avoid these thieves.

Again with the Fantasy app! I'm in agreement with everyone on here who stated that the customer service is horrendous. I can't even get the stingy company to refund me $2 that was their fault. They are petty, half the time rude, and definitely do not go out of their way to keep loyal 5+year customers. The fantasy app keeps giving me the same location cannot be verified deal. I uninstall the app, reinstall, it goes away and comes back. Might try updating your apps Fanduel. So long for good!

cool app but bonus money doesn't work properly. if I start with $35 in bonus money and $65 total balance, how do I end up with $12 in bonus money and $14 total balance even after getting wins on slots? and if I'm playing a game like take off, and the location verification pops up in the middle of the game, it should at least pause the game. otherwise I'm just left to wait until it goes away and by then the plane already took off and I lose my money. I feel robbed by this app

Love the actual content and way the app is set up. But, about every 3 times on it, I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. 1) Sometimes, it won't log you in after putting credentials in. 2) Lately, it won't verify my location. I try wifi on and off. The only way to get it to work is uninstall and reinstall. Both issues are very frustrating when trying to get a bet in.

Whatever they just changed for location verification is complete garbage. Tried loading a slot game to use the free spins they gave me, said it needed to verify my location and could take up to 2 minutes. 10+ minutes later it still didn't load, told me to install some location plugin? Guess this is a good time to switch to a different betting/casino app. or maybe they just really don't want people to use the free spins? Who knows.
