‎Scam Alert!!!I topped up my account, but the credit never appeared. I reached out to customer support several times, but they never responded. Feels like a scam — be careful before adding any money. Very disappointed, i wish i took my time to look at the reviews better.

I had a smooth experience with fanytel most especially their customer support service was so swift to my problem. I find them really helpful to restore my line after it expired and a refund through mail when debited through in app purchase without credit top-up. Though the refund is yet to reflect in my account which I still patiently await to receive.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! - FRAUD BUSINESS. Fanytel is a complete ripoff. I paid for credit, and it never showed up in my account. I sent six messages to their support, and every single one was ignored. It was simple to sign up and pay, but that's where the functionality ends. Their customer service is nonexistent. This app is designed to take your money without delivering the service. Seriously, do yourself a favor and avoid Fanytel at all costs. You'll only end up frustrated and out of pocket.

Its a Scam its Clrearly mention on the website. Monthly: $0.99 Annual: $9.99 (save 20%) Setup Fee: $0.99 one-time I payed monthly, for test. and its not working. their support does not answer. ITS A SCAM

I'd like to use the app but can't even sign up. Using the Sign up with no her option, app can't even verify the SM'S it sends to itself. Doesn't fill me with confidence.

You guys are thieves. I bought q US number and I couldn't even use it at all. I logged out and tried to login again but the app kept showing "unable to initialize with server", jsut withim grw hours.... You guys are scammers! Guys! don't try to use fantytel.

I am very disappointed, I am a first time user on fanytel. I purchased a number two days ago yet I don't receive SMS or code on the app.i have try using it yet no SMS was received. it breaks my heart because I spent money in purchasing that number.

this app is totally a scam I'll recommend you don't download it because they will sell a non valid number for you and there's no way to ask for a refund stay away

it's fake app it's fraud this app is really wasting my time and money there support team is not supportive can't resolve your issues.once you buy your number you can't renew that same number because you don't see any option in the app after that you contact support team they will simply send one msg that you can renew your number by monthly or daily subscription with no any other details

I need someone from support go contact me asap. I factory reset my phone and I can't access my account now... can't login with gmail, and when I try to login with my phone number it says verification failed.

I mistakenly deleted my fannytel app. I just reinstalled and don't seem to remember the email I used to login. I can't access my number. please help me

Change one star today as calling is now not working at all. Misleading blog. Signed up having read various (now presuming paid for) reviews and their blog. Both said that voicemail and call forwarding were offered. I couldn’t find those so asked support. I got the following reply (this is all of it)…” we don't have option for call forwarding?”. I sent the blog link. No reply. Had callers who’ve told me that they just got a busy tone (not on a call). But voicemail does appear to work.

Better than all other apps. I recommend it I downloaded all the other apps, this one is the BEST. My only 2 problems are: You can't see your google subscription to renew your number and you can't block other numbers or edit.

This is a good app. If you need Whatsapp numbers especially, this is great. It's not free but it's cheap. It's actually $1.98 each because there's also a $0.99 activation fee with every number you get. You can get at least four numbers at the same time. Probably more but I did not try. Just not sure how to unsubscribe from all these $0.99/mo. lines now... Overall really great app, if you can swing $2 it's a no brainer.

When I want to make a phone call, it shows an error message saying 'GSM call active, please try after ending the call'. There are no active GSM calls. Contacted the customer services, but they seem clueless as to what the issue is. Extremely disappointed.

Hi I have used this app for a long time and it runs smoothly but one thing is that we only login to this device only single Mobile There are not multiple devices login options I hope Fanytel updates these options as soon as possible The overall experience was good and I am still using this app. Thank you!

After seeing some positive reviews about this app, I decided to give it a try. Paid a 1 month subscription for a virtual number, but didn't get any verification code from any of the platforms I need to register on. Kindly fix this please.

This app doesn't work to reply to any texts. it works fine for receiving calls and texts but I have tried to reply to them and it doesn't work on multiple US numbers. So this is basically a pager service. I tried to get in touch with customer service and it is very unprofessional, they take a long time to respond and they just said "it works fine from our side" and have not offered any other help or solutions despite me having money on my account. Don't waste your money!

Very bad experience, I don't recommend this app! I paid for a virtual number with a one-month subscription, but the number was deactivated after only two days without any explanation. There is no real customer support and no way to get a refund or reactivate the number. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise others not to trust this app.
