Excellent for any serious pilot.

Love the way it makes it easy to study.
Can't believe the low rating of this app, must be NUGITs. Please add Part 139!
Fast and easy. Great arrangement
Highlighting doesn't work, and links don't work. Everything else is good.
Android functionality minimal, at best. App should be updated to have similar functionality for android OS as is advertised for MAC.
Doesn't have up to date information The app states it checks for updates of information daily. AIM 7-1-6 is what made me notice this. The chapter updated in the FAA register in April of this year, this app still hasn't updated as of this review.
Really good app! Way easier than lugging around the large version. Also way easier to navigate than the eCFR
I like the layout and the hyperlinks. Unfortunately the rarity of the highlight function actually working makes this app unusable for study and checkride prep.
My one complaint is the search function is quite limited but this is better than carrying around a book that gets outdated quickly.
Great to have this in digital and way worth the price, but can we get some of the bugs worked out like the highlighting not working?!
Great app, I like that you can study by license or rating. I would like to see the ability to add custom bookmarks and highlight.
Its better on Iproducts, everything works except bookmarks and highlights which can be the most useful tool in this app. Minorly frustrating. Hope they fix it. Still awesome for making quick look ups quick. and useful since they keep it updated.
Recent update made the text much smaller. The section titles etc are still the same size and nicely legible. But when you click on an actual part the text is half the size.
This is so much better than using a paper FAR/AIM. Especially when running a quick search for something specific. I do wish you could highlight Part and Subpart Titles rather than just the words contained within those parts.
All links are broken, and ASA shows no sense of urgency over getting it fixed. I've been asking for some time. The most recent word from Support is, "There is still no update at the moment, this bug will be fixed in the next update, we just do not have a time frame on when that will be." C'mon, guys. This isn't hard!
No (obvious) way to edit search text, and no search history. So if you misspell a search, you must retype the whole thing. Trailing space in search text (added when you tap a suggested word) is erroneously included in the search string and should be automatically trimmed. Section Tables of Contents, as in the printed version, are not included. The "Highlights" page is blank. Given these deficiencies, the GOVREGS app, with it's own minor frustrations, works equally as well, and it's free.
I can't highlight things on my phone or tablet, and have them cross-synchronize. That would make this app invaluable. I usually buy a paper copy each year just to transfer my highlights over from year to year. The search function tends to bring back an overwhelming amount of results, if there were a way to narrow down which section it's searching, that, and the highlight cross-device syncing would bring it to 4 or 5 stars for me.
The app is great I really like, a must have for a professional pilot. I saw that is missing the pilot/controller glossary, the NASA report general form, and the index. The index makes it easier to locate specific information (even easier than the search bar because sometimes you don't know the specific terms).
