This app sucks. I keep buying everything that's on the Sin 2 get 50 cents off. It promotes this 50 cents off. Thing and then never gives me the credit it's a scam at this point I feel like it's false advertisement and i'm going to get a lawyer

Could be a data collection scam. Gave this app my personal info to create an account now the app won't let me log into the account that I just created. Tried creating another account using the same info but the app says my account already exists.

hardly ever works...constant errors...most definitely owes me $$$'s in rewards which I earned but never got a chance to use. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION 100% THEY'LL SELL IT OR HAVE A " DATA BREACH"

their are signs for buying two and get .50 cents off gas they sings clearly say daily but it will not add them in it there are signs that say get up to $2.00 off by stacking the point earned but they don't give you all the points and then they will disappear before you can use them. this months points are .50 for reeses .25 for gatorade, i am in my local store 3 to 5 times a week and buy both, but I will only get one .25 all week and the just the average points after I know I'm not the only one

false promotion. takes forever to verify and when it does it doesn't apply any discounts.

Its usable, but the UI is awful, definitely needs more work.

app hardly works, the devs need to completely redo it..... can add gas to wallet without having enough points to use and then the points you did add, are gone.... get errors on refreshing the page even, this was a waste of an app...

They made me install the app to change a compromised password, to say they will send me an email that I never got. Glad I don't use their rewards anymore, just wish I could be sure I don't have any personal info or card info on my account.

Doesn't function. Can not redeem points. I've cleared cache, reinstalled, disabled VPN, just about everything. Still can not redeem points.

I like stacking this with Upside and a cash back CC. It would be 5 stars if deals were consistently honored. Bigger item deals for 50 cents off gas are limited to weekly buys (for the gas savings for that specific deal). If they documented that it's in small print somewhere and the store clerks are clueless. Support number and email is useless. Just be happy when it works. Looking through posts on Reddit and these are common complaints.

This app sucks! It doesn't work half the time. There's always one issue or another where you have to force stop the app and go back in to work or it will only work if you connect to Prides wifi, even then it doesn't always work. Went to get gas today and was told the app has been down since the night before. So much for getting the reward points and having to pay full price for gas. I really wish Pride didn't switch to this app!

Very upset... I have been using my card for over a year now... I scan it every single time I buy anything at admiral... so one day I asked how do I use my points... I was told, download the app, link the card... pick what you want to use points on... easy peasy... so tonight I did that. I downloaded this app, I pushed the link existing card, which had over 2 grand worth of points and once I put the card number in and linked it, it set it to 180 points. That's it. My point balance was gone!!!!!

So far I enjoy this app. Its user friendly. Everything you need to know is at your fingertips. The only thing I'm not liking is the "turn location services" on every 5-10 seconds. I keep hitting "No" and even the "do not ask again" button, yet it continues. I have no problem telling my location, I just dont want any tracking on my phone if possible.

The app says my physical card doesn't exist. I've been using it for years, on a daily basis. I use it to fill my work truck every week. I have a lot of points built up on it, and the app doesn't recognize it? If I have to start from scratch, losing all my points, let me inform fasrewards about a simple fact. I'm surrounded by gas stations of every brand, where I live. I can start a new rewards card at any of them. It doesn't have to be at the Admiral.

This app is HORRIBLE!!!! It has never worked for me. I even trashed my card and got a new one and that still did not work. I get totally frustrated when stopping by the store. I miss out on all promotions, dollars off and much more! I stand to the side when checking out and when the cashier is done with customers she and I work forever trying everything we know to do and it still does not work. I am beginning to think that I should go to another store and forget about what used to be my favorite

I really hate to have to leave this review I have used the card for years and loved it. I had never.had.any problems with the app until a couple of days ago. I really hated having to go on the app to put my points for my $1s off in my wallet. Buy as long as it worked it was ok. Now the app won't work at all, it won't even open. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times and it still won't open, so there is no way I can get my dollars off add to my wallet so I can't use them. FIX!!!

Sale advertised all over store. Was told I had to add the coupon to my wallet, but coupon was not available. The date was good. I think this coupon system is a pain. Just make the deals available to customers that have the app, no need for all this confusion. It's too much work to use this card, too little reward. If here I might use it but won't go out of my way. The lady working was friendly and helpful and tried what she could do.

Fas Rewards is advertising a free 5 hour energy this week. All you have to do is download this app and add the coupon to the mobile wallet. The coupon is there, but there's no way to add it to the mobile wallet. I assumed maybe it added the deal automatically, nope. I went to two different stores and was told I can't redeem the offer unless the coupon is in my mobile wallet. I even showed the cashiers that it's there but no place to add it in order to redeem it.

After years of utilizing the card frequently, the app works and registers points about 2% of the time. Clunky & poorly designed, makes it almost impossible to access your points and use at the store. They've added about 17 steps to validate points. Honestly, at this point, I'd rather just pay full price for gas than spend 25 minutes at the register while both the clerk and I try to get the stupid app to work. Far worse than any other "rewards card" for gas stations, and it used to be the best.

not helpful. it lies. it tells me I have money off, or discounts, but they never make it to the register. no location list. there was a "bonus" page in the app where things could be added to the card. now, instead of just clicking what I want, I have to add to cart, add to wallet, but there is no add to cart option. nevermind I don't use an electronic wallet. I use cash and chip cards. useless waste of time and space
