Reviews for Fasting App & Calorie Counter

I love this app. the only thing is I wish we can edit the times if we forget stop and start the fast. I thought the app did that automatically but it doesn't. which is okay I'm still on track just wrong data. but great job ! the calories part I'm in love with. it helps me a lot! plus the intake notification for water. also loved where you can find your exercise or active activities as well and add them. overall in short I recommend this fasting app to everyone.

Tracking fasting is a (5) star. The reason I've given it (1) star is that it keeps prompting me to subscribe after I've already subscribed. Contacted customer support and they spent the better part of the email blaming me for logging in and out of the app. Only I've never logged out of the app. I have no idea what's going on. I've provided my Google subscription code for this purchase but I'm still being asked to subscribe to an app I've already subscribed to.

Wonderful app, all in one! Super easy calorie tracking! PLEASE update it to allow for us to input our steps each day. My old app has this option, and I loved it as sometimes the syncing doesn't work properly, and it's driving me crazy that I can't update my steps to the proper amount. Also, adding a spot to track measuremets would be amazing!! It's totally worth 5 stars once these changes are available, in my opinion! 🙏🏻🩷

I'm not paying 40 dollars per year when other fasting apps provide their basic fasting/calorie tracker for free. REPLY: It's one thing to include no ads or helpful guides and videos behind the paywall and you should consider doing that. A lot of people will pay for no ads. Instead, your whole app's basic functionality is locked behind a paywall, and there are simply too many other apps that provide those same features for free (and just as good) to make me want to pay money to access yours.

Simple and easy to use. Don't care to much about logging food in. To tidious. This application is simple for fasting. What I like about it. Is that it monitors that open window left time to eat. It will alarm you have one hour before fasting begins. It will keep track of all your fasting. So if you're an experienced or beginner this is very simple to use. I have bought a a very expensive application in the past. Drove me bananas to many frills. Also like that it has a water fidget.

so far it's amazing. I thought at the end of answering all the questions it would make me go and pay for everything but it's optional... so far... most apps like this that you download will make you pay for it even of it's something extremely basic. I've been struggling with my physical appearance (my face) and downloaded this to make changing my life around easier. I recommend giving this app a shot. the most that'll happen is you'll get upset about how the app is bad and then you'll delete It.

App generally works great. I paid for full version. However, it would be nice if what meal you're adding to (breakfast, lunch dinner) auto adjusted based on time of day. Also the scanner doesn't include lot of foods, I wish this was improved. I wish quick entry gave you option to enter the macros, since sometimes the focus is x amount of calories and protein, and I don't want to fill out the rest of the settings. There should be option to scan bar code and then add the details of the item.

This is a great app! I first bought the app simple, but I got annoyed with it and the cost. This one's just as good as the paid one. Sometimes I'll forget to hit the fasting button, but you can easily fix that for the correct date/ time. The ONLY thing I could think of that's was a bit frustrating at first was when you're adding foods the amounts come up in grams. I don't weigh my foods, I like to add it by the amount in cups. But if you know the calorie count you can work around that .

I really like this app except for one big issue; it doesn't log my steps, at all. I have tried carrying my phone and 0 steps. I have a Ring that logs my sleep, steps, BP, glucose and all the stuff but cannot link this app to the Ring. unfortunately I will be looking for a different app for fasting bcuz it's actually working for me!!! I've lost 7lbs in a week.

I gave this app a try, it said it was a free app. It's not. It's free for 7 days. Very misleading. I liked the free version access. It had a few issues, wouldn't track my steps and when you enter your food, they never have the brand you listed. But you can scan the bar code, which is helpful. Just disappointed they falsely advertised a free app.

The ability to scan UPCs for calorie information is fairly limited and requires a lot of manual intervention. After trying this app for a few days, I became frustrated and decided to delete it. Assuming there is a subscription fee, I expected the app to have a better source of UPC data. The majority of entries appeared to be user entered which is not bad per se but is not as robust. I found the interface interactive and engaging and the intermittent fasting portion seemed pretty good.

I love this app OMG!!!!!! The only thing is... I may not end up using it because.. I wish we could plan our meals using the foods and then check them off when we eat them. I'd also like to be able to adjust macros for each meal and see them as daily goals. And there's a lot of nutritional facts missing when entering in a new food. I'd like to be able to calculate with Net Carbs as an option to turn on/off. It would be nice to have a section to add body measurements & pictures. GREAT aesthetic!!!

Used it for the 7 day trial, really liked it, but it would never offer me any discount again. Uninstalled & re-installed, this time chose the discount offered up front, purchased thru Gpay, then the app tried to offer me another free trial. Turned that down since I just paid for it, but now am locked out of the app trying to force me to pay another full subscription! Very poor experience...

app is great as long as the trial period lasts for... then you have to sign up for a subscription just to log calories that you have to load into the system yourself anyways.... if it was a 1 time purchase I'd give it 5 stars or even had its own catalog for food but to require a monthly subscription just to use a spreadsheet that you have to generate all the elements for.... thanks no thanks

There's so much I love about this APP!! while struggling with my high blood pressure,I was able to find a plan that fits my lifestyle and medication intake. I talked to my doctor first about IF, and together, we found this app to be the most helpful. though the calorie count isn't 100% accurate, i still love the fact I can log my food intake and see what I was eating daily and adjust my meals to a healthier option. I also love the water tracker. the only complaint I have is the step tracker.

I would give five stars UNTIL I decided to install the app on my tablet, too. I synced my data after going through the series of set up questions again. We should be prompted with opportunity to sync data when first opening the app, before wasting all that time. Anyhow, after syncing my data from my phone, I see it shows everything accurately, but the recommended daily kCals is not the same. The tablet version tells me my budget is 523 kcal MORE than the phone version. They should be the same!

I should have tried it out before I paid. There's absolutely nothing on here that you can't do free on another app. It doesn't have a weight chart to show progress, no meal plans or recipes, no workouts to follow or exercise logging, only steps count which you have to link to Google fit and I have a watch linked to a different app and it won't let me manually add. it's extremely basic. It has you put in your weight, pick fast time, add what you eat and set a water goal. Not worth paying for.

I don't like being TRICKED. It's NOT disclosed upfront ANYWHERE, that you ONLY get a 7-day trial, after which you CANNOT use ANY part of the app because it's ALL behind a pay-wall. You will NOT be able to even log your fasts after that 1st week, or view your past week's activity. You get locked into just the one screen you see when you open the app. Wasted a week of logging my fasts, I could have been using Zero app that at least lets you log fasts in the unpaid version. Deleting and going back!

Not customizable-even with payment. App looks better at first glance than it actually is. Says you can customize, but you can't do much. You can adjust your calorie goals but not carbs or protein. I wanted the notification bar flame on only when I could eat. Can't do that. Building nutritional content off a recipe was a nightmare and inaccurate. Cluttered pages with 'tips' makes you feel like you're getting more app than you actually are. If you want real flexibility, I'd keep looking.

unusable after free trial unless you pay. there is no indication while setting the app up that it will block you from all features (including the settings) as soon as the free trial ends. once you set it up there is a small banner ad that tells you that it's a free trial. I assumed I would still be able to read what I had logged after the trial. tapping the screen at all brings up the subscription prices. at least the prices aren't terrible.
