Faxes are unreadable customer service email bounces. It's not actually free and to cancel my auto billing I have no choice but to do a chargeback. Find a better app that works and is reasonably priced. Sending from my local post office is $1 and I send 2 faxes a month so though inconvenient at least it works and isn't crazy expensive

This is a scam, First of all, it is not free as described in its name, it's just a decoy to make you install and use the app, when you hit send, it asks you to subscribe, I paid for 1 week subscription, and tried to send fax multiple times but status for all send requests is always "failed", don't waste your money

The app sucks. Charged me about 10 for weekly subscription and also charged me another 5 or 6 for one time use fee. Faxed 2 pages and cover sheet shouldn't cost 16, especially when they went thru and not even legible. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Edit: tried to send then email thru contact use tab and came back as undeliverable. This whole app is a scam

I wished I would have looked at the reviews. I used it to send very important documents. They were never received. Also can't find a way to cancel. They keep charging me 9.99 for and app I don't want. If they don't respond and cancel my payment I will report it to the correct officials. The contact email has never worked.

I downloaded because I had one fax I needed to send and everyone said it was free, but I was immediately charged. 8.95 for a one time fax and more than that for the subscription which was supposed to be a 7 day free trial. And they wouldn't refund it because I had used it for one transmission. Very misleading.

I tried to contact this app and the address to contact them was no good. I paid for a one time fax and have no idea if it got sent or not. And could not get a hold of anyone to verify after sending an email to the address for contact us inside the app. I probably just got ripped off. Not happy at all.🤬🤬

App is absolute trash. Says 7 minutes to send a page, going on 24 hours and it hasn't worked, no way to just make it give up. Trying to set up another and app won't let me enter a fax number. And pretty sure it double charged me. Avoid it, save your money. Scam.

This app is a scam it had me use a picture of what i was trying to send and when it would ask me to crop the photo, the app would take that photo and leave you in a blank page with a broken continue button and the only option is to go back and try it again. They are collecting screen shots of ppls private paperwork and going through it for personal information that can be used to steal identities and access secure financial information. It's a big phising attempt!

I need to cancel as well. The app not assisting with my cancelation. I don't fax everyday nor every week. Paying every week for something I rarely use is pointless and a waste of money! I need this canceled today! There are other apps I can use and fax free just by watching short ads! Not to mention the fact that this was only temp until I was able to get ink for my All in one printer.

Very diffiult to cancel, charged me during my free trial, sent one fax and it was too dark to read, and now can't click on any of the options like browse or camera, and can't enter phone number. Total scam. I cancelled through the play store and will double check my credit card for extra charges.

I purchased for a week and then canceled so i wouldnt forget to cancel in a week time..according to playstore my purchase was good through March 1st, I needed to send another fax 2 days after my purchase and the app wanted to make me re subscribe..nevermind I already paid 9 dollars for the one week and 1 fax but pay again..ugh no. There is no way to contact the app even though they have a "contact us" option under setting. Will never use again and ended up paying a better app to use.

Bait & Switch!! This app is absolutely NOT free so clearly there is fraudulent and deceptive practices going on. Also this app doesn't support PDFs and only photos from your gallery can be uploaded. Documents are NEVER stored in a jpeg or png format so I have no idea what that's all about. Overall this is a huge scam and I would suggest everyone steer clear!!?

first fax was free, providing that it actually went through and was received at the other end. It was super easy to navigate through and use. Very simple and straightforward. All in all, it's a good app. I will update once I'm 100% sure that everything worked out the way it was supposed to.

I tried to send a fax and it did not go through according to the history section of app even though payment was accepted. I tried it again thinking I had done something wrong, and same thing again. I have been double charged, no fax sent, and no reply from support.

fax free....... had to pay $6 through the app for a fax and then i still have to pay the people at the truckstop for printing the fax. it makes you subscribe so you can catch hell trying to subscribe. I'll say this, the app works fine for emergency use. it shouldn't be a subscription. Hopefully I can make it home to pick up the mobile printer I ordered.

Used it once but the receiver didn't get it. I went to cancel the subscription and couldn't find anywhere in the app apart from a menu it saying "renew subscription"... When I clicked on it to see if it would show more options it automatically charged my card for another week! I had to go to Google play store to cancel from there.

Does not work as it claims to! I tried to send a 1 page fax with the "optional" cover page, but the app told me I had "exceeded my daily limit of 1 page" being faxed. So I unselected the option to have a cover page, and tried again but got the same alert about "exceeding my daily limit", which I continued to send my 1 page fax. Then, the app stated my fax was being sent, and that it could take up to 7 min to send...all "13 pages"(!?!?). Not sure WHAT 13 page doc was sent without my permission!!

Horrible experience. It worked great the first fax sent. After paying for a subscription, the app kept taking me to the subscribe page when tapping the send button and would error saying I've already subscribed. After buying both 8.99 and 24.99 subscription, I still wasn't able to send a fax. When I reached out about the problem via email, the email wasn't valid. This is a scam! It will take your money and then states there is no refund! DO NOT BUY!!

Highway robbery. Doesn't allow more than 1 page. Wants you to sign up with payments. If you want to send more than 1 page & not sign up, you can make a 1 time payment. Which then STILL DOES NOT allow to send the fax. It continually demands payment. And there is no way to contact them other than by email, which does not work as well. So it's a scam.

This app is trash, very bad optimized. I sent a fax yesterday, it didn't go through, and today I have to pay for send another one. When I select to upload an image I got stuck most of the times, and when I finally select 1 picture, it count as 2 for no reason, then you have to pay for it, obviously. Also, most of the time you cannot enter the number, the keyboard simply doesn't pop up.
