Faxes are unreadable customer service email bounces. It's not actually free and to cancel my auto billing I have no choice but to do a chargeback. Find a better app that works and is reasonably priced. Sending from my local post office is $1 and I send 2 faxes a month so though inconvenient at least it works and isn't crazy expensive
This is a scam, First of all, it is not free as described in its name, it's just a decoy to make you install and use the app, when you hit send, it asks you to subscribe, I paid for 1 week subscription, and tried to send fax multiple times but status for all send requests is always "failed", don't waste your money
The app sucks. Charged me about 10 for weekly subscription and also charged me another 5 or 6 for one time use fee. Faxed 2 pages and cover sheet shouldn't cost 16, especially when they went thru and not even legible. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Edit: tried to send then email thru contact use tab and came back as undeliverable. This whole app is a scam
I wished I would have looked at the reviews. I used it to send very important documents. They were never received. Also can't find a way to cancel. They keep charging me 9.99 for and app I don't want. If they don't respond and cancel my payment I will report it to the correct officials. The contact email has never worked.
I downloaded because I had one fax I needed to send and everyone said it was free, but I was immediately charged. 8.95 for a one time fax and more than that for the subscription which was supposed to be a 7 day free trial. And they wouldn't refund it because I had used it for one transmission. Very misleading.
I tried to contact this app and the address to contact them was no good. I paid for a one time fax and have no idea if it got sent or not. And could not get a hold of anyone to verify after sending an email to the address for contact us inside the app. I probably just got ripped off. Not happy at all.🤬🤬
App is absolute trash. Says 7 minutes to send a page, going on 24 hours and it hasn't worked, no way to just make it give up. Trying to set up another and app won't let me enter a fax number. And pretty sure it double charged me. Avoid it, save your money. Scam.
This app is a scam it had me use a picture of what i was trying to send and when it would ask me to crop the photo, the app would take that photo and leave you in a blank page with a broken continue button and the only option is to go back and try it again. They are collecting screen shots of ppls private paperwork and going through it for personal information that can be used to steal identities and access secure financial information. It's a big phising attempt!
I need to cancel as well. The app not assisting with my cancelation. I don't fax everyday nor every week. Paying every week for something I rarely use is pointless and a waste of money! I need this canceled today! There are other apps I can use and fax free just by watching short ads! Not to mention the fact that this was only temp until I was able to get ink for my All in one printer.
Very diffiult to cancel, charged me during my free trial, sent one fax and it was too dark to read, and now can't click on any of the options like browse or camera, and can't enter phone number. Total scam. I cancelled through the play store and will double check my credit card for extra charges.
