Reviews for FAX - Send Fax from Phone

← Back to FAX - Send Fax from Phone

Fax quality was horrible so I unsubscribed two days after I downloaded it. I have an email to confirm that. They still ended up charging me saying it's because I used their services. One month free trial does not exist, I keep getting automatic email replies and no one is willing to speak to me. DO NOT INSTALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHARGED $20!

I've used it for Single pages multiple times just fine, but I needed to send 15+ pages urgently recently & did a trial for the unlimited fax plan. I have to say, I'm very happy with the way it has performed for me. Prices for pretty much any "Fax App" are high so that's totally subjective. (Any that I've ever seen, & I've seen a good amount) But as far as doing what's advertised, Sending Fax from your phone, Def Delivers! (Pun intended 😏😉)

Makes it very hard to cancel subscription. There is no profile settings. And the END PLAN OPTION, does not work. Goes to blank page. So I sent in an email request to cancel. Let's see how that goes... Then I'll change my review. UPDATE: I finally got it cancelled but not through google play, google play had it listed as a subscription but didn't leave an option to cancel liked it does for my other subscriptions.... But After uninstalled the fax app, a message popped up allowing me to cancel.

Great app, definitely over priced, but user friendly and great functionality. Shady company though. Just like everyone else, i had issues canceling. I had to email and wait 24 hours for an automated response, and another 24 for a person to tell me to cancel in playstore. It clearly says in the app to email for cancelation.

I thought I had unsubscribed and uninstalled this just a few day into the free trial and was charged $89.99! This over drafted my account. We needed to fax one document to unemployment it took 45 mintues to send. Overall would not recommend. I want a refund. Was also under the impression that reminds would be sent about the charge which I did not get.

An unbelievable waste of time!! I took 27 pictures had to edit every single page to fit the picture. Then once I was done and ready to send it failed to send on top of telling me I needed to upgrade my subscription in order for it to work. I will never try another fax app again simply because that was insane. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. God bless.

If you plan to use this app, make sure you cancel your subscription directly from the Google store. I tried to cancel my subscription directly within the app interface, and I got an acknowledgement email from the developer, making it seem like my subscription had been cancelled. So I didn't think anything of it. Needless to say, I was still charged. Why?? Don't trick users into thinking you're actually reviewing requests to make extra money. Shady af

As easy as 1,2,3. If your business requires on the go fax app this could be a great solution. It supports multiple page faxing as well as basic cover page templates. Will need to sign up for a free 6 day trial before you can send your first fax. Be sure to decide by day 6 if you will cancel or subscription will begin on day 7. Should you have any issues/concerns/comments developer responds swiftly. I do wish this app had an option to pay as you go or purchase points to use as needed.

The app let's you use the service for free for a week after you sign up, and then you have to pay. How ever, I tried using this app and it didn not work in sending my documents. So I unsubscribed before deleting the app, but they still tried to charge me $90 for a subscription I canceled. And I made sure I requested to cancel. I do not recommend this app. Who knows how many people they ripp off that way.

App faxes documens. Here's the things I have issues with: it takes forever and several attempts to send 1 fax (no matter if it's 1 page or if it's 10 pages) regardless of my internet/cell reception. Also there is a 7 day trial period (which I signed up for) but they charge you the $99/year fee (same price as Amazon Prime), about 4 days before the trial actually ends even if you cancelled by the 2nd day. You then have to contact customer support to get reimbursed & wait about 7-10 business days

I was so disappointed it claims it's a free service I had an extremely important, time sensitive document that needed to be sent. I wasted all my time setting everything up to only miss my deadline. It requires payment even though it stated otherwise, I was in a bind because my debit card was frozen hence the reason why I was looking for something that was free. I literally rlost thousands because of the false marketing.

Don't bother. I paid for the service and tried to send the documents, but an error message kept popping up stating "you've exceeded fair trade limits." I have no idea what this means, and something that was supposed to be convenient has cost me time, money, and patience. I only needed this to send one fax, and I was trying to save myself a trip to use an in-person fax service. Fail.

TERRIBLE Experience - DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING THE TRIAL I downloaded the app and I just needed to send one fax. I started their 'free' 7 day trial and then submitted a cancel request through the app. 7 days later, I was charge $89.99!!! Yes, $89.99! I emailed the support team and they told me that I have to cancel it through my play store settings with subscriptions. HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO HAVE A CANCEL OPTION IN THE APP IF IT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING?! Sneaky & greedy!!!! 😡

I could do zero if play store would let me, so the service works as advertised. Only thing is if you're here for the free trial, don't. The app will give you an option to cancel before the free trial is up, so of course I used it, the app conveniently doesn't tell you you have to go into the play store itself to cancel. It could he said that I should have paid more attention. Take into account I needed this for medical reason in a very hectic an busy time of my life. Try another app.

Technical Issues Galore & not very user friendly!! In fact, I never even got to "TRY IT" during the "Trial Period". I was kicked off continuously after attempting to crop the scanned document. Cropping was difficult, as user is left to figure out they can only use the 4 corners of the box to crop, but shown 🔄 🔃 to adjust entire document. After "Creating & Saving" the "Cover Sheet" and getting booted off 5x's or more. I GAVE UP! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I felt like a 🐀 in a maze!! I QUICKLY CANCELED.

Was charged $94.95 when I wasn't even able to send a flipping fax!!! Tried multiple times to unsubscribe before free trial was up due to qpp not sending a simple fax! They robbed me and I can't even find a number to speak with someone!!!! They are thieves!!!!!!!! Also came up on my bank statement as dingtone... Not even sure what that is. Don't waste time or money!!!! In a time of such struggle they put me down even further!

BEWARE! The app worked for sending my faxes, but when I went to cancel the subscription several days before the free trial ended, I received an email that seemed like it was confirmation of cancellation. The info for cancelling was within the email, but it was deceptively hidden towards the bottom of the text. Later when I saw a charge for $19.99, I was surprised as I thought I had cancelled. After contacting the developers, they refunded only half the charge. Be careful if you use this app.

Charged me $19.99 for four months before I realized it. Tried the app and canceled within the free trial period. Or at least I thought I had. Really disappointed in the people who set up the cancelation process in such a shady way. Why must consumers constantly be on guard for data leaks, personal information being sold to 3rd parties, and apps that stick it to you by giving you the impression that you've canceled something within the free trial period. $80 spent for nothing. Thanks.

First of all, this app costs $20 a month for basic outgoing faxes. Secondly, over 3 months time I was able to send 3 faxes successfully after several attempts at each one. The last one I tried to send over a 2 day period, and it still never went through. I got a different mobile fax today and it went through on first attempt, so it's definitely the app at fault. Just get HP mobile fax and don't waste your money and time on this one.

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased the unlimited year package hoping to get me through working from home through the pandemic. I paid $90 plus taxes for the 1 YEAR UNLIMITED plan and after a month was told I had exceeded my fair use. I've contacted the company to no avail. I've read over all the information here in the app store and on the actual app (which is very limited to be honest) and still can't find anywhere stating I would have a limit on an UNLIMITED plan. I'm furious and want my money back!
