I have used FF for about 10 years. Love it. So simple to add your pictures (jpeg, jpg and others, or your PDFs. I have tried others through my work or ones that friends have suggested and this one is still by far the most simple to use. No I am not paid from FF, this is just an honest review.

I've been using the app for quite awhile now on and off for years. My only issue at this time is about security. It says it's HIPPA Compliant, yet in their terms and conditions states that "Electronic communications using the Software may not always be encrypted." They mention unauthorized third parties may potentially access the data. I wish they'd make it a bit more clear what this means. Does it mean a rogue app on a users device may steal data? I would give 5 stars if I could learn more.

Easy to use if you have no problem paying for your fax. Took a couple minutes to set up . You buy credits through goople ay store. No subscription or username setup no free trial. Its way better than driving to the ups store . Moe convenient and cheaper. Cost me 40 cents foe a page.

Love it, you get free 270 Credits the 1st time, which is totally awesome....and it works great! Its best to buy 250 credits when you need more rather than 50 credits if you need to fax more than 5 pages at a time as it's 10 credits per page.... great if you don't want to print then fax from a fax machine!!!!

UPDATE: 03/21/2022 STILL AMAZING, STILL USING IT REGULARLY YEARS LATER! Works great! I have been using this app for years and it has never glitched on me. My faxes send quickly and cleanly, and the app is SO EASY to use. There is a per-page fee, but the cost is reasonable and comparable to other fax apps, certainly affordable, and definitely cheaper and more convenient than postal office or office supply store.

Getting better each time. No more big fax machine with a telephone keypad. This is far better, and the cover page is so easy to use. Even a third grader could use the Fax Cover page with the Fax only App. Simple. Both work together in harmony.

Works so good. Costs me $6 to send a 10-page document. Honestly, if you're in a rush and need something that actually works, this app will do it. Easy-to-use interface. Turns pictures into PDF files. The only thing is you have to download another app for a cover page.

I felt totally comfortable sending my fax here. I lined that there was communication about the process each step. Plus I was able to use my Google account to sign in and buy a minimal amount of points that don't expire in one week! I prior sent a fax 2 days ago with another fax provider and wasn't sure it had even been sent. There was very little communication or explanation. So glad my sister shared Faxfile with me. Much better. Will not be going back to that other place.

6/21/2022-Haven't faxed anything in two years, but did today and credits not expired and still works great. Look no further, install. 10/20/2015-Not crazy about the prices, but I don't need a monthly service since I rarely send a fax so this is great. I've used it quite a few times and it always works and works well. Easy to use, too.

I've been using FaxFile since 2014 and it has worked beautifully every time I've sent documents and never have been told otherwise. Another thing I like is that it stores your sent faxes with date/time stamp. After getting a different phone, I had forgotten about this app and just thought about it today so I installed it, sent a fax, and could see my history of faxes sent since I started in 2014. I also believe they give you 50 credits (5 pages) to start out with. Great app! :)

This app is very user-friendly, affordable, and offers 3 cover sheets. I highly recommend this app. 😃 I replaced my previous app with FaxFile because they decided to charge an expensive membership fee of $99.99 a year! 😕 I lost the credits I still had on my account when they changed their cost policy. 😠 This app offers different sized packages of credits that will fit anyone's needs, and your credits DO NOT EXPIRE! 🙆‍♀️ My fax went through without any issues. FaxFile is great!👍🏻

Super easy to use, to load documents, and to add a coversheet, asking with the option to mark with total pages includes coversheet. My only suggestion is in the last page, before you send... Maybe make the "buy credits" a color Other then gray, if additional credits will be needed to send it, and also make the SEND button a different color than gray... Because it appears like it's grayed out because it's waiting on you to do something or load something, 😂 But worked great! Saved time 4 sure!

It works as advertised. A maximum cost of 50¢ per page (at the smallest bundle of credits), which isn't bad, all things considered. A local library or government office may have free fax machine use, but if you need to fax something that you don't have in physical format already, and you would have to travel to get to one, then 50¢ (or less) per document page isn't that bad for the principle of convenience; it's worth it, especially considering you can fax direct from the popular cloud storages.

Just sent my first fax. It was not complicated to set up. I took photos of the pages I needed to fax. The app converted them and sent the pages to the recipient fax number. Three best things about this app. 1. I can fax from my phone anywhere. I don't have to find someplace like a UPS store to fax. 2. Half price of what most places charge. 3. You only buy as many credits as you need at 50 credits ($2.50) at a time, no large purchase or monthly subscription.

I was surprised at the ease of use of this App. Simple, fast, and no trial garbage. You only pay for what you use. You get the progress status onscreen while it's being sent, and confirmation on delivery. Buy credits through the App using the method you prefer, and you get an email on the charge + tax, as soon as you've made the purchase. Once you have the credits in your account, it displays the balance. You enter your name, the fax #, and away it goes. Thanks for a useful App!

I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of this app. Very easy to navigate with no 'learning curve'. Rates are very reasonable, and having the option to buy play store credits is very handy. It took a few minutes for the fax to go through, and at first I thought it was another bad app. I read the faq and it answered my question as to whether I should cancel and resend. Don't cancel it, just be patient. In the menu, there is a 'status' tab, so you can check there

Fox makes it extremely easy to send a fax...right from your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Gone are the days of telephone faxes or hauling yourself out to find a business so one can send a fax. It is quick, efficient, and at a nominal fee. Fox fax has different levels of credits to choose from...buy as much as you think you will need. If you have any credits left over...Fox will keep it on your account for the next fax you may need to send. It also has an app for a cover sheet.

Very convenient, I just needed to send a quick one time fax. It does charge credits per fax and it varies depending on which country you are sending it to. it was $2.99 for 50 credits, and cost 10 credits to send a fax in US/Canada. That's about 60¢ a fax and cheaper than using the postal service. I prefer the credits rather than other apps that try to sign you up on a subscription and make it difficult to cancel the 'free trials'.

Highly rated! I need to fax a few more documents to the medicaid office, I was quite nervous to do so from an app, but had no choice. The office dis receive the faxed documents! Very easy to use, and pretty affordable. They charge 10 credits per fax, and it's $2.99 for 50 credits. I guess it would be costly for a large stack of papers needing faxed, however, in a crunch, it's a life saver! Very easy to use as well!

I haven't needed to use this app for a few years, but I needed to use it today. I paid for credits (it uses credits you pay for through the Google Play Store) years ago when I last used it. Those credits were still there! It did have some difficulty in sending 7 pages on my home wifi, but it did it in about 5 min. I do wish there was a way to connect it with Cam Scanner, and that is the main reason for a 4 star. This is a great app to have in your tool box. I highly recommend it!
