Very user friendly and convenient. The only thing missing that I wish it had are templates for cover letters. That would really be helpful. I had to pencil write one before sending my fax. Still all and all not bad.

This app is fraud and a scam.. You sign up for a subscription and then gives you no way of canceling!! I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED

This is the Best FaxFree I ever had; it's easy and my first time using my Cell phone to send a fax and it went right through very fast.

Unable to fax. 3 day trial period was spent waiting on a "pending delivery" of 2 faxes. One failed to be delivered and the other is still pending. I guess I'll be notified of its failed delivery after my trial period is over. Just get an email address, people. It's the 21st century.

I have a few issues with this app. First thing was I was supposed to get a free trial for 3 days yet I was charged immediately. Then I tried using the app to send a fax and it will not send anything, not even 1 page. I tried logging in with Google and I wasn't able to because when I press the button, nothing happens. I want a refund but that is not easy or may not be possible (I can't find the link or instructions).

Absolutely horrible app. Says its for free, & there's a 3 day trial. Once you subscribe & input your credit card to initiate a fax, the app says you must sign in to send or receive. The app doesn't let you sign in, even after pressing Google Sign in & attempting to create a new sign in. Nothing Works. I immediately unsubscribed to no avail as I'm sure the scam is to bill you hoping you'd forget & move on.

The app worked perfectly as described but there is nowhere in the app to unsubscribe. I downloaded the app as a trial but I have a fax at work so I have no need for the app. Hoping someone will contact me to unsubscribe me.

It doesn't work; when you click send, they only capture your information and do not send the fax.

The fax I sent didn't even go through, and I am still being charged. Idk how to cancel this. Great idea. If it ever actually worked

I like the app. The problem is that I selected the one-time payment. And they charge me for two payments in the same month in two weeks.

They gave you a 3-day free subscription but won't let you cancel on the third day. I have tried multiple methods to cancel and have yet to succeed I finally had to take my payment method off of it. If anybody knows how to cancel this let me know. Also, I found out that installing the app gave them access to all of my Google data. It is a scam in a big way!!

I have tried to uninstall the app and delete the account but im still being charged WEEKLY for a service I no longer need. I even sent the developer an email. Do not download this app unless you want to be charged forever.

This app is awful. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It does not give a clear way to cancel the service I am going to have to call my American Express Card Sevices to make sure I am not charged for this pitiful excuse for the worst business practices I've seen in decades. It doesn't even warrant 1 star, yet you have to enter a star to complete a review. infinite thumbs down.

I paid for a subscription, and cancelled it. at the time I had eight days left on the subscription. it would not let me continue to use the app. every time I tried to send another fax it would ask me to subscribe again. The subscription window would say that there were eight days left and when I pay another week will be added to my already available days. I was just trying to use my already available days.

Completely useless app that doesn't, I repeat DOES NOT send faxes. It allows you to scan documents, import files, and even create a cover page, but that's the end of the road. Clicking the 'send fax' button does nothing. Clicking the 'connect with Google' button does nothing. This app does nothing. If they charge me after the free trial, lives may end. Don't waste your time on this junk.

was not easy to navigate& more of a racket than a help. I'm sure its come in great handy for some people, alot of people really. it's probably just not the best app for someone who isn't tech savvy whatsoever. anywho. my main issue is in unsubscribing. i have yet to find where it is i can unsubscribe from the app. I looked in my google account and couldn't click on it then went to the app and didn't it on there just saw contact us and a rating thing. so here I am. wish me luck.

My wife uses this app weekly to send in her time sheet for work, and it is very reliable. The fax goes right though to her employer quickly and clearly. It's as simple as taking a picture, saving it, and sending it. Easy to use and cheap. Saves us all the hassle of getting envelopes, stamps, and having to send it snail mail. Instead just click and send. Makes life easier.

This does what its supposed to do and for that its a good app. The issue that I have is that it doesn't "clearly state" anywhere that this app will charge the subscription fee every week. "1 Week Subscription" sounds like a subscription for one week, not a continuous subscription. Even calling it a "weekly" subscription would make this far more clear. I'm sure many people probably use this app not realizeing that its charging them $5 a week.

Decent app to 📠 fax someone. At times some faxes don't go through so you must resend, however it's convenient than driving to Amscot or Ups store. I just really, really dislike how to cancel it isn't easy to do. They need to make it easier how to cancel these Google apps. It should be just as easy to cancel ✖️ something as it is to purchase something so customers "will not feel" so insecure. We are sharing our personal financial info. I am telling the truth.

Running a small auto repair shop, I had to fax a signed parts contract while picking up supplies - no fax machine in sight. Found this app, scanned the document with my phone, and sent it from the parking lot. It was fast, clear, and saved me a trip back. I now use it whenever a vendor needs a fax. It's fast, hassle-free and much better than the old fax machine we rarely used. Totally worth it for last-minute docs.
