Very user friendly and convenient. The only thing missing that I wish it had are templates for cover letters. That would really be helpful. I had to pencil write one before sending my fax. Still all and all not bad.
This app is fraud and a scam.. You sign up for a subscription and then gives you no way of canceling!! I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED
This is the Best FaxFree I ever had; it's easy and my first time using my Cell phone to send a fax and it went right through very fast.
Unable to fax. 3 day trial period was spent waiting on a "pending delivery" of 2 faxes. One failed to be delivered and the other is still pending. I guess I'll be notified of its failed delivery after my trial period is over. Just get an email address, people. It's the 21st century.
I have a few issues with this app. First thing was I was supposed to get a free trial for 3 days yet I was charged immediately. Then I tried using the app to send a fax and it will not send anything, not even 1 page. I tried logging in with Google and I wasn't able to because when I press the button, nothing happens. I want a refund but that is not easy or may not be possible (I can't find the link or instructions).
Absolutely horrible app. Says its for free, & there's a 3 day trial. Once you subscribe & input your credit card to initiate a fax, the app says you must sign in to send or receive. The app doesn't let you sign in, even after pressing Google Sign in & attempting to create a new sign in. Nothing Works. I immediately unsubscribed to no avail as I'm sure the scam is to bill you hoping you'd forget & move on.
The app worked perfectly as described but there is nowhere in the app to unsubscribe. I downloaded the app as a trial but I have a fax at work so I have no need for the app. Hoping someone will contact me to unsubscribe me.
It doesn't work; when you click send, they only capture your information and do not send the fax.
The fax I sent didn't even go through, and I am still being charged. Idk how to cancel this. Great idea. If it ever actually worked
I like the app. The problem is that I selected the one-time payment. And they charge me for two payments in the same month in two weeks.
