Possibly the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. It takes forever to load, and nothing works correctly. On the rare occasion that tracking info actually loads, it disappears when you select it to see detailed information. It's not my phone, wife has a different phone, and it does the same thing to her. Also, my phone and all apps are up to date.

It seems they default to "clear" when I open one, and after clearing that setting, half the time I can see a list and the other half I get an error. Notifications error out when the app pops up. The website doesn't seem to like Chrome either, so using a PC wasn't as easy as I hoped. Overall, just a lot of disappointment.
This is app doesn't respond to taps on the physical screen to change menus. This app ROUTINELY loses packages. It's there in the tracking screen and then it's not. There is NO EASY way to find the package. Stopping the app, clearing the cache and ultimately deleting the app and reinstalling it DOES NOT WORK. Android 16 with all the latest updates is on the phone.
So my issue with the app is simple. It is very buggy. Some times the app won't open sometimes features like tracking won't work. Sometimes it won't notify me when a packages has been delivered even though it's on. Now, at the moment the delivery tracker map isn't working. It tells me I can track my package on the map during estimated delivery time. Yet I am trying during the estimated delivery time and it's not working. If you guys need a new developer team let me know.
Has some catching up to do to match the features of competing apps: It's missing real time updates or location. Also missing any notification that your package is nearby, about to be delivered (helpful when I need to sign for it) A few bugs, the AI chat help frequently says it's offline bc it thinks I don't have Internet. Also when trying to redirect packages to hold at a FedEx location, I always get the error "there was an error, please try again I. a few minutes".
I like that I'm always knowing where my package is at all times. I don't like when my package gets rescheduled for delivery in the middle of the night/wee hours of the morning, but hey that's a processing thing not always going to be perfect at least we know when and where they are, the estimated times stay accurate past " out for delivery", and the deliveries are always undamaged.
Since the new version of 8/29/2025, had lots of issues, but getting better. Seems to be somewhat working. Everytime I open a delivery to see detailed tracking, it asks me to update Push Notifications. If I do try, it says "The action you requested could not be completed at this time. Please try again in a few minutes." Annoying that it happens repeatedly and so far, won't ever let me save/update. Home screen does not show today's deliveries. Must click to View All.
App is basically useless since it can't keep me logged in. I'm reposting most of Joshua's review since my experience is exactly the same: "1 have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app every time try to access it. Can log in once after the fresh install, but then l'm logged out the next time and neither biometrics or password login work. Think most people are better off just using the website." Yep!
Was actually working well until new and improved update. App is much slower than before. Trying to view tracking so I can be ready and available to receive package. Have work to do on property away from house, don't want to have to sit and wait because I can't tell how far out delivery driver is. App takes too long to come up. Tracking doesn't come up at all. Preferred previous version, doesn't waste time being cordial. Just give me the info I need. Not just the app, FedEx is the worst!!!
Hi, i have loved your app for a while until recently. I am running v9.25.1 (8) on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. At the login page entering my login & password, it does nothing. I cleared the data & cache, restarted the phone & that did nothing then finally uninstalled the app & reinstalled. It worked for a day, then reverted back to getting stuck at the login page. Receiving notifications just fine, just cant log into the app, which is frustrating!
Terrible- always a gamble if it will work or not. If the app opens, sometimes my saved tracking numbers are there, and sometimes they're not. Don't bother naming your packages, the details never save. You can ask for push notifications, but sometimes that doesn't save either. A year ago this app was much better.
Summary: super slow, can't change notifications. The app takes a long time to show status updates. Every time I open it, it pushes me to change my delivery notification from SMS or a phone call to push notifications, but when I make the change in the app, it throws an error when I try to save it. Given that the app's push notifications are horribly unreliable, I'll stick with the phone call method. Now stop nagging me about it.
Issues with opening.... When this app wants to work, it's very good. However, when I receive push notifications, there are times when the app will not open. The spinning wheel just keeps on spinning and spinning. This has been occurring more and more lately. I've tried to restart, clear the storage, etc... still nothing. Last few updates have been issues apparently.

The Tracking Summary page jumps up or down or starts to scroll down then bounces back up. I change the login password, try to log in, and get a message that this action can't be completed at this time. I start over and the app says the password changed recently, I change it and it fails again. The login page freezes, no error message. Does not accept Special characters. I have 6 verification codes now and still can't log on. A mess!
COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. APP BLOCKS ME FROM USING IT. Upon launch the app claims my device is rooted and says my access has been revoked. My device is not rooted. Stock Pixel 8 Pro. Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere! Before this, app was barely usable anyway, incredibly slow and unreliable with constant crashes. You will be much better off using a third-party tracking app. Frequently, all packages disappear from the app. It also constantly logs you out.
It was already bad because it didn't always register all of my incoming deliveries. Now it's useless for me, because it's no longer compatible with my phone after the recent update. Really bad timing. I'm expecting an extremely important package tomorrow, and have no way to update the delivery preferences with my building's security code, or set a hold preference.
In the evening the overview screen always says delivery 'today' when it really means tomorrow. Slow. Every single package I click on for more details produces a popup asking me if I want to turn on push notifications. Current out for delivery items didn't show on the main screen. It's really annoying, I'll be going back to using the website because I need to stay on top of my deliveries because their actual service is worse than the app.
Widget doesn't work. I have packages coming to me, and they show up in the list in the app, but the widget shows nothing. Update 3/26/2024 Now the app doesn't work at all. Keeps crashing. Update 8/2/2025 App no longer crashes, it just randomly chooses to not show me any of my deliveries. Kill the app and reload, and it might show them to me. Or it might not.
Update - The speed has improved some but still super slow. **** In the past several months your app has been terribly slow, even typing in a tracking number manually doesn't keep up and you wait several seconds to have the numbers you type show up. Also once that happens it's very slow in showing tracking, slow going between details and summary tracking too. What happened? Something is terribly broken.
