I just downloaded this app because I saw an interesting story on Facebook. Now I can't purchase coins or finish the story. Maybe if they fix the payment problem...

paywall. Have to watch 3 full 1 minute ads to get 1 free chapter.

it's a good app just that I don't like spending actually money on coins is all but other than that it's not to bad...

I do not like the fact, the story that you are reading doesn't come up - you have to go hunting for it. I don't need to spend time doing that! To me I have wasted 10 minutes of my "down time" searching for my current story.
