Been using FidelityAgent ONE for a couple months now. It’s basically a real estate app that helps you generate quick seller net sheets and buyer cost estimates for your clients. Pretty solid if you’re a realtor or mortgage broker.
Here’s what you do: you can input property details and it’ll spit out all the closing costs and fees. There’s also some tools for things like commission splits and fee calculations – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful. And you can save templates to reuse for different clients, which is a nice time-saver.
Look, if you’re a real estate professional, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a simple closing cost estimator.

So here's my take on FidelityAgent ONE. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The calculations and cost breakdowns are accurate, which is the most important thing. And I like that it has some extra features like commission splits and template saving. The UI could use some polishing, but it gets the job done. Definitely better than manually crunching the numbers.
