I'm a realtor and Fidelity had me download this app at a trade show. The app doesn't work.

I wish I could use more of the premium features. In Michigan these are not compliant because we can not make the brokerage font as large as the agents.

Paying for subscription doesn't let you bypass the inconvenience of limited/locked access and having to wait to be revalidated by a sales rep who doesn't work weekends or holidays like you do.

Features do not work, even after paying for Premium. Been trying to use for 2 months and it takes way to long to load and then wont finish even one post without problems. Needs New Designers and AI incorporated. These Designers are not doing well with keeping g this APP working. If there Is a Competitor, Please let me know and I will 100% switch...

Just learning the program. Is very helpful. Need more practice. Help me to explain what sellers and buyers what to accept.

App simply doesn't function as intended. Extremely laggy, crashes in the middle of calculating cost sheets (work doesn't save), templates or the app itself doesn't load until you click a few times, sometimes you can download an estimate sometimes you can't. I pay for the premium features and truly hope the developers fix all glitches. This despite updating the app automatically whenever an update is available.

It does great for financing a house but not for paying cash. They need to fix that part to get rid of all the other fees. I know it cuts you out, but at least give us an idea what closing cost would be for cash buyers.

I paid for the subscription...in theory a great app...but way too many bugs. Laggy, takes a long time to load/buffers AND after the last update I can't load it/won't open. I click on the icon, takes a while to load the Fidelity logo and then it closes. Please fix this glitch ASAP...I expect to get my money's worth. Thx. July 16th '21: still crashes...app can't even launch/open past the logo page. Screen goes black and the phone asks if I want to wait, close the app or send feedback.

When will the "bug in the app" be repaired? This is an amazing app, and it would be great to have it up and running again. Thanks!
