Loved it before, but updated & now it's absolutely horrible! Cannot use fingerprint login 90% time now, everytime I get a "technical error" when I try to login by typing my password as well.... only work around I've found is completely unistalling the app/reinstalling. VERY irritating. Don't even try to use this app until they get all the bugs fixed, not worth the frustration!

This app is terrible. Never gives current information. Is always a day or two behind real account balances and doesn't even show alot of pending items. Can take over a week for things to process and checks are extremely slow. Can not pay bills through the system, they send a check from your account but it can take nearly a month. Always need to pay 6 weeks ahead for it to be received on time. Balance not in real time, you have to just use a ledger and do your accounting the old-fashioned way.
The previous version of the app was great. For the current version of the app they took every single thing that was great about the previous version and figured out how to make it as bad as possible. The font is way too large, every icon next to every transaction is the same and makes no sense for that transaction type. Every transaction is the same color. And if you have multiple accounts it won't even show you an overall total. Perfect example of how not to build a banking app.
App used to be great. For some reason they removed a lot of features. You can't check your accounts balances without logging in now. Account activity isn't nearly as detailed. Like if I transfer money between accounts it will only tell me the money has been added/subtracted but not from where. Also the new white on white background has to be the worst possible look, with no option to change it.
Ever since the prior update, which I wish I hadn't done now, it's been terrible. One day the biometrics works and then stops, you can't search any amounts or check #s, when a check does clear you can't see details, etc, etc. I could go on and on! When you call customer service about issues they act like I am dumb and they make all kinds of excuses! DO BETTER!! it's so bad that I am thinking of switching banks!! Just did the lastest update too and the biometrics still isn't fixed!!
I really do not like the new update for this app!! You have to click too many times just to do anything anymore. You also no longer have a quick look to your account balances. Trying to get biometric login has become a nuisance, as it tends to pop up the keyboard instead of the fingerprint option. So very disappointed and extremely frustrated!
It's now slow, big, bubbly, bloated, and bright as hell, so anyone in the vicinity can see and know what you're doing. You now have to navigate theough several windows to get to what you need. You now have to scroll down see all the home screen information. It's very disappointing that they are trying trying to copy social media apps design. I don't want to feel like I am on Facebook when I am dealing with financial information.
Tried to use Zelle from my Android 5 times. Screen freezes up at" Stay safe from common scams". I checkmark box at bottom and it freezes up at that point. There is no" continue" button or anything. Far as I can go. I've deleted and re-installed app twice. Doesnt help. Freezes same point. I can send from Zelle on desktop. I have no other issues with app.
"If your phone is on, your bank is open"? Not true. This app has become unusable and unreliable. Can't move money between accounts. Can't send money with Zelle. App closes constantly when trying to use it. This has gotten progressively worse and I was told it was a known issue when I called 3 weeks ago. Unacceptable for my banking institution to be unreliable.
Have trouble logging in, gives the something has gone wrong. I have to restart phone and then can log in. Also cache won't clear. Why? Old review: 5/3 app is great! I tried using my tablet for deposits and it could not take a picture. Downloaded app to my phone and it worked great! Just takes a few minutes to find your way around the app. and then good to go!
