RIDDLED WITH FAKE SCAM PROFILES. Overly priced and customer service refusing to issue refund claiming "I used the premium service already" despite sending a refund request under 2 hours after making payment. Chargeback filed with bank and complaint escalated to Google. DO NOT PAY OR DOWNLOAD. (for their response below) And of course I read and responded to messages after spending a ridiculous amount on the membership, genius. How else did you think I figured out they were all scam profiles?!

I took the subscription of platinum after that also app is always asking for me to buy the subscription. I cannot message to anyone I cannot view profile who seen my profile who likes me nothing. This kind of feel scam.

They have so many fake reviews, lol. Nothing but spam accounts trying to defraud. In less than 24 hours i've had to block over 250 accounts! Got so sick of it, In less than 24 hours I unsubscribed! Save your money! I got a message every 10 seconds! insane how infested this app is with fake accounts! 🗑 🔥

This App used to be really good. I actually met my previous partner here. But guys, please do something about the scammers and bots. I decided to upgrade my membership. I would say 90% of my messages are bots and scammers! It's difficult to find who is and isnt real (some of it is common sense obviously). I would not recommend using this app until they have a better way of removing the false profiles.

Glitchy. It keeps deleting my profile picture and the crazy thing is, there is no support to contact, even after paying £32. The most expensive dating app subscription I've ever heard of. They only have FAQ. No email. No support. Also, there's always a huge bar across the bottom of the messages that says "reconnecting", totally obscuring the most recent reply. Why would they design it like that!? lol. Maybe they outsourced all their programming to Bangladesh.

GARBAGE!!! Do not pay for this app. Most of the profiles are fake. You continue to receive Ads even after you've paid a lot of money. You get fake messages from BOTS or scammers. I have yet to talk to a real person. Do not waste you're money you will be very disappointed.

This app is a nightmare full of bots and Nigerian scammers and the developers know this after I told them my subscription was permanently suspended because I reported all the fake profiles they had the nerve to say that I had two profiles. It's like they don't even do the research to see who is real or not I've seen 10 different profiles with the same photos different names and locations. And let me advise any of you to Google search the photos of the people that you meet and see for yourself

Stop pretending to be angels. We've already gone back and forth multiple times via email — your support repeatedly refused to issue a refund and blamed the issue on my internet, despite clear evidence that the app is broken. Thankfully, Google Play issued the refund on your behalf. Your app is a disaster, full of scammers, and you completely disregard users and their rights. Absolute disgrace.

It's good, but some filtering over the legitimacy of profiles is required.. as I find the occasional scammer (overly gorgeous, claims to be "American", yet can't speak English properly 😂) also a lot of authentic girls want money even after the first message lol. Good app and interface though not exactly a 5 ⭐. Possible to find a legit long-term partner though...
