RIDDLED WITH FAKE SCAM PROFILES. Overly priced and customer service refusing to issue refund claiming "I used the premium service already" despite sending a refund request under 2 hours after making payment. Chargeback filed with bank and complaint escalated to Google. DO NOT PAY OR DOWNLOAD. (for their response below) And of course I read and responded to messages after spending a ridiculous amount on the membership, genius. How else did you think I figured out they were all scam profiles?!

I took the subscription of platinum after that also app is always asking for me to buy the subscription. I cannot message to anyone I cannot view profile who seen my profile who likes me nothing. This kind of feel scam.
They have so many fake reviews, lol. Nothing but spam accounts trying to defraud. In less than 24 hours i've had to block over 250 accounts! Got so sick of it, In less than 24 hours I unsubscribed! Save your money! I got a message every 10 seconds! insane how infested this app is with fake accounts! 🗑 🔥
This App used to be really good. I actually met my previous partner here. But guys, please do something about the scammers and bots. I decided to upgrade my membership. I would say 90% of my messages are bots and scammers! It's difficult to find who is and isnt real (some of it is common sense obviously). I would not recommend using this app until they have a better way of removing the false profiles.
Glitchy. It keeps deleting my profile picture and the crazy thing is, there is no support to contact, even after paying £32. The most expensive dating app subscription I've ever heard of. They only have FAQ. No email. No support. Also, there's always a huge bar across the bottom of the messages that says "reconnecting", totally obscuring the most recent reply. Why would they design it like that!? lol. Maybe they outsourced all their programming to Bangladesh.
GARBAGE!!! Do not pay for this app. Most of the profiles are fake. You continue to receive Ads even after you've paid a lot of money. You get fake messages from BOTS or scammers. I have yet to talk to a real person. Do not waste you're money you will be very disappointed.
This app is a nightmare full of bots and Nigerian scammers and the developers know this after I told them my subscription was permanently suspended because I reported all the fake profiles they had the nerve to say that I had two profiles. It's like they don't even do the research to see who is real or not I've seen 10 different profiles with the same photos different names and locations. And let me advise any of you to Google search the photos of the people that you meet and see for yourself
Stop pretending to be angels. We've already gone back and forth multiple times via email — your support repeatedly refused to issue a refund and blamed the issue on my internet, despite clear evidence that the app is broken. Thankfully, Google Play issued the refund on your behalf. Your app is a disaster, full of scammers, and you completely disregard users and their rights. Absolute disgrace.
It's good, but some filtering over the legitimacy of profiles is required.. as I find the occasional scammer (overly gorgeous, claims to be "American", yet can't speak English properly 😂) also a lot of authentic girls want money even after the first message lol. Good app and interface though not exactly a 5 ⭐. Possible to find a legit long-term partner though...
Nothing but Spam bots, there's no way you get 50 messages in 2 days. There's no way I would upgrade if this is how it is not only is this an issue, but I say, show me cities within 30 minutes of my location. And then it only shows states away Maybe I want twenty miles, but it only shows me seven hundred miles
Be Aware! was active for less than a total of 2 weeks , canceled service, and was billed next month..when informed of billing , was told it was clearly stated that I had to go to another company beside the one I initially set up with(google) in order to truly cancel services unfortunately this company would rather create a detractor than to create a experience built of service.
Too many scammers or fake profiles. The majority of profiles on here are fake. after a couple of days you can figure out the obvious ones, but sometimes it takes chatting with them to learn they just want to get you to switch to Whatsapp or something else. various profiles use the same pictures with different names and city's. if we can see this why can't Cupid? I'm really disappointed with my experience on here, not what I expected.
The amount of messages you get mostly are from bot accounts. They follow a very similar chat format. Then when you think you're making a connection with someone they cut off all messaging and try to force you to buy their membership. Dumpster fire app, don't waste your time.
Within hours of signing up my account got banned for no apparent reason. I was still in the process of filling out my profile and had not even met anyone yet. The only messages I got were from a couple scam accounts which I blocked. I tried customer support but they just keep sending me an automated message that says my account has been deactivated because my "activity doesn't align with their core values". What activity? I never got a chance to do anything...very disappointed.
So far, it seems like a pretty good app. A little steep on the membership pricing. There are a lot of fake profiles on there. I work as a freelance photographer, editor, and graphic designer and can tell if a photo has been altered with a filter or has been taken from someone else's video or personal photos. This is a huge issue. There are a lot of blatant catfishers and untrue age, looks, and body type descriptions as seen in the photos many of them are easily distinguishable.
One star does no good. I would give zero stars if I could... We have to pay to use the same features that other successful dating apps are offering for free. It's ridiculous...👎🏾 Deleting the account is extremely difficult. There is no option to delete the account in the settings menu. You have to email support and they want to waste a whole bunch of time sending different emails asking you to confirm this and that. It feels more like a plot to keep users on the app to pay for bad service.
99% scammers!!! Paid one of the highest prices to chat with matches and it's all scammers on here. The app is slow and web-based, glitchy, and dated. I was hoping this would connect me with someone, but it has just been a sad and expensive let down. Could have used that money for so many other things. I would recommend not using this site or subscribing and throwing your money away.
Don't download this app. It still has ads after you pay . The profiles are obviously fake in 90 percent of cases. You can tell easily. The app sends multiple notifications for one message , like or favorite. The majority of profiles are trying to get you to switch immediately to chat offline to sell you pics or ask for money. Also it's extremely overpriced. Been on dating apps for longer then I'd like to admit. This one is the worst by far .
Not worth the effort. They stole my money. Tricked me into paying for 3 months. When the plan I set was clearly for only 30 days. I checked and triple checked because I knew from experience that the algorithm would change suddenly while you're filing out the information needed for purchase. Low and behold, as soon as I was tapping my finally payment preference it SWITCHED from 1 months to 90 days and I was stuck with too much time and paid a ridiculous amount of money unnecessarily.
