They dont tell you until youre ready to send that you have to pay. I paid for credits, they didnt show up in my account so I thought it wasnt working. Did it 2 more times and gave up. Then I see the charges! So I contact support and tell them I wanted my money back because I never got the credits I paid for. They said they were giving me the credits. I didnt want them, it was too late! Never got the credits even after that. Contacted support again and they refused to give me a refund!

Horrible customer service, I tried canceling and I was still charged 80 dollars!! I tried contacting customer service and the link they sent me to does nothing. It tells me there's an error and tells me try again later. I've been trying for a week and it's the same result. The cancel subscription button on their page does not work. This has to be a scam.

I'm really disappointed. I haven't used the app and I'm charged for it. I wish there's someway I could recover the cost as I'm not going to use the app. I had to download a different app to use for filling my form. I was charged $129.99 for it. There's also the $79.99 amount, why is this app so expensive. I wish you'd send reminders first or even just do a monthly charge. I wasn't even aware that you're going to be charged the annual fee directly after downloading the app

This app is absolutely fraud. Because they clearly mentioned that 7 days free trial and no payment required now while you subscribe. But when you choose any plan with free trial subscription then they immediately deducted amount from your account and never get back refund and also couldn't reply your emails. Pls, don't get any subscriptions. This app and their customer support is very annoying and unprofessional. Don't download and subscribe this app. If anyone subscribed this app he will annoy

Dont install something that cant be used even as a trial without providing a credit card. Your sales department may call it convenient. I did not even bother to see iff the features are worth the money because I uninstalled after being insulted by you trying to take advantage of a statistically significant number of absent Minds that would forget to cancel their trial before getting charged. Shame

It's slow to use but gets the job done. Unfortunately it changed to an annual subscription and does not allow the use of credits anymore. I don't fill nearly enough documents to warrant that. Worst part is that they didn't inform me of the change until I filled out my documents.

BEWARE there's no way to log out of an account after you've signed in, and it REQUIRES Google or social media login, WITH NO WAY TO EXIT. CANCEL MY TRIAL NOW, DAY 3.STAY FAR AWAY. SCAM. There's a 79.99 charge after 7 day trial that was described aa easy to cancel. It's not. APP DOESN'T WORK and isn't appearing anywhere for a cancelation option in Google Play, there's no way to log out of the app itself, and I don't trust that it wasn't stealing information. Had to contact credit card to alert.

I have emailed them several times to cancel. I get no response. I have no idea how to cancel this. It did not work well for me and filled in everything too big and now I cannot cancel it. Maybe there is a way to make the font smaller but I am not very tech savvy at all. For me pdf filler worked much better. Anyhow customer service zero stars!

It's a paid app! Even for those 7 days "free trial", they ask you about payment method(credit card), during the 7 free trial days, you need to cancel it to not be charged! I wonder, if they behave from the begging, to not not tell you when you fill and sign your 1 st. doc. that you have to send them your payment method, to be able to export the doc you need. Then, how about the payment, are you going to find easily, to cancel your credit card? ...I doubt! It's a "sneaky" app!!!
