Here’s what you do: you can clap near your phone and it’ll instantly detect the sound and start ringing it. And there’s also a custom ringtone option, so it’s not just the default. And you can adjust the volume – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re always losing your phone, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – sometimes it doesn’t detect the clap right away – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on FindMe Phone-Clap to Find. I've tested a bunch of these 'find my phone' apps and this one's pretty good. The clap detection works well most of the time and I like that I can customize the ringtone. But it can be a bit finicky and doesn't always pick up the clap. And the ads can get annoying if you don't pay. Overall though, it's a handy little app that solves a common problem.
