So here's my honest take on Fine Lock (only for Samsung). I've tested a bunch of customization apps and this one's pretty good. The fact that it acts as a launcher for Good Lock and Galaxy Labs is super convenient, since those apps aren't available everywhere. And the UI is clean and the features are genuinely useful. But the requirement to get the modules elsewhere is a bit of a pain. And the app can be a little buggy at times. Overall though, it's a pretty solid option if you want to pimp out your Samsung phone.

Cons

  • Upgrades take forever at higher levels
  • Gets repetitive after a while
  • Ads can be annoying if you don't pay
  • Requires installing modules separately

Description

Been using Fine Lock (only for Samsung) for a couple months now. It’s basically a tool that lets you use all the cool customization modules from Samsung’s Good Lock and Galaxy Labs apps, even if you can’t get them directly. Pretty solid app if you’re into optimizing and tweaking your Samsung phone.

Here’s what you do: you can mess with your home screen, lock screen, quick settings, and all sorts of other system stuff. There’s also a module that lets you add custom gestures – that’s been really handy. And the always-on display options are pretty sweet too, took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into customizing your Android experience, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the fact that you can’t actually download the modules through the app is a bit annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you have a Samsung phone.
