Might be a good app but never got to use it during trail period. On the day of trial ending, I cancelled but was charged $79.99 anyway which they will now not refund. Bad business model. Don't sign up unless you're sure you can afford it.
Finelo is great tutorial platform with simple and basic terminology to digest and not overwhelming. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this platform is great for all learning levels! Most importantly, you learn in small steps...not with a fire hose! Awesome!!!
The app is well laid out. However, after going through the content, it's very basic. All the info is already available for free. Trading simulator is also very basic, looks very small and does not have any charting tools. I took the monthly package for $19.99. Thought it will automatically expire. However, that was not the case and I got billed $39.99 after one month. Now I have unsubscribed on their web portal also removed them from my PayPal. Few other people shared the same issue.
Be Aware ! They automatically subscribe you even if you go for 1 week to test the app.Got billed for 1 week that I approved the after for 1 month, and this was not approved,their excuse was that I have to cancel the subscription and is not easy,well a bit of a conn, not very happy,wasted £60 on nothing
very basic for the price.. £20 for information that is available for free on youtube or other free sites..do not buy if you have any experience in trading what so ever . the app is designed like you are a child and that's not what I want if I am putting money down to invest. I want professional tools and guidance not "yey you have got a 1000 coins" very disappointing
Quick, clear and easy way to learn the fundamentals of trading. I'm on day 5, but so far so good. I'm looking forward to implementing what I'm learning. Quizzes are helpful, but not sure if it can get me started on the path yet. Still early.
The app said it had a 3 day free service but as soon as I tried to get the free service it billed me before the free 3 day service was over nothing worked on the app or does now . The promotion said to cancel 24 hours before the 3 days were over which I did on my first day . So they lied about the service and it couldn't even find basic stocks like amd . they analysed 1 stock then stole my money . garbage app
Ive had to make a career change due to my physical abilities. Finelo has helped me gage how much I've learned in the past 6 months that I've been trying to become a trader in the stock market. I was really enjoying this app, even with the occasional glitch. but as of 7/19/25, the latest update changed everything. now it's no longer self paced and rushes through the pages in 15 seconds. this new update has been the worst and made this app unusable for the time being until they fix it properly. for today, I'm going to have to give them 1 star until they fix what they broke.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP A FULL subscription WILL BE CHARGED 4 weeks after taking up their special discount offer. The renewal will go off you bank account at the full subscription price WITHOUT any notification that the special offer subscription will expire and that you will be charged a full amount, thus not giving you the choice whether you want to renew or not. When you then try and cancel immediately, their "POLICY" does not allow them to refund you. This is a SCAM to steal your money.
