Might be a good app but never got to use it during trail period. On the day of trial ending, I cancelled but was charged $79.99 anyway which they will now not refund. Bad business model. Don't sign up unless you're sure you can afford it.

Finelo is great tutorial platform with simple and basic terminology to digest and not overwhelming. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this platform is great for all learning levels! Most importantly, you learn in small steps...not with a fire hose! Awesome!!!

The app is well laid out. However, after going through the content, it's very basic. All the info is already available for free. Trading simulator is also very basic, looks very small and does not have any charting tools. I took the monthly package for $19.99. Thought it will automatically expire. However, that was not the case and I got billed $39.99 after one month. Now I have unsubscribed on their web portal also removed them from my PayPal. Few other people shared the same issue.

Be Aware ! They automatically subscribe you even if you go for 1 week to test the app.Got billed for 1 week that I approved the after for 1 month, and this was not approved,their excuse was that I have to cancel the subscription and is not easy,well a bit of a conn, not very happy,wasted £60 on nothing

very basic for the price.. £20 for information that is available for free on youtube or other free sites..do not buy if you have any experience in trading what so ever . the app is designed like you are a child and that's not what I want if I am putting money down to invest. I want professional tools and guidance not "yey you have got a 1000 coins" very disappointing

Quick, clear and easy way to learn the fundamentals of trading. I'm on day 5, but so far so good. I'm looking forward to implementing what I'm learning. Quizzes are helpful, but not sure if it can get me started on the path yet. Still early.

The app said it had a 3 day free service but as soon as I tried to get the free service it billed me before the free 3 day service was over nothing worked on the app or does now . The promotion said to cancel 24 hours before the 3 days were over which I did on my first day . So they lied about the service and it couldn't even find basic stocks like amd . they analysed 1 stock then stole my money . garbage app

Ive had to make a career change due to my physical abilities. Finelo has helped me gage how much I've learned in the past 6 months that I've been trying to become a trader in the stock market. It has definitely helped me with a better understanding of the stock market and how to make better decisions to insure my profitability in my future trades. Thanks Finelo!

I was really enjoying this app, even with the occasional glitch. but as of 7/19/25, the latest update changed everything. now it's no longer self paced and rushes through the pages in 15 seconds. this new update has been the worst and made this app unusable for the time being until they fix it properly. for today, I'm going to have to give them 1 star until they fix what they broke.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP A FULL subscription WILL BE CHARGED 4 weeks after taking up their special discount offer. The renewal will go off you bank account at the full subscription price WITHOUT any notification that the special offer subscription will expire and that you will be charged a full amount, thus not giving you the choice whether you want to renew or not. When you then try and cancel immediately, their "POLICY" does not allow them to refund you. This is a SCAM to steal your money.

initially, I thought this was a trading app.I paid for a 4 week subscription and AI tool to assist me with my trading. I was disappointed to learn that it was a trading app. The advert is misleading. Now I'm stuck, asking for my full refund.

garbage. ya if they bill you cause you forget about trial. then no refund even if you report it the day the charge goes through. They just say ok you won't get billed again. I didn't want billed for an unused app in the first place.. there trial is a scam you will get billed . I also reached out already. so ya, this is a fair rating. not reaching out again. There'already a ticket... and their not going to refund me. I just read a bunch of other reviews with the same or similar reviews..

Accessible and adapted for easy learning. short, to the point lessons, learning quizzes and concise summaries. My only complaint (but perhaps it's too early to say) is how will all of this help me make actual money, not just learn about the stock market/investing.

You have to pay an extra $50 for the AI bot help. Otherwise so far the app has very short 3-5min lessons. It does give you a bot to ask questions but your allowed 10 free questions! just another app to take your money! once my 4 weeks is up, I will come back and give a better overview of the app! it truly only charged me $19.99 for 4 weeks of lessons on trading/investing.

I paid for a twelve week subscription in order to take 15 minutes of my day and complete a level daily (usually 4 lessons) to complete the 28 day challenge (28 levels). At day 10, I am now being told that I need to subscribe to monthly automatic renewal in order to continue being able to complete a level each day (now limited to one daily lesson, or about 4 minutes). Finelo has changed the rules once I got dedicated to daily levels. This is not what I signed up for.

so far I'm enjoying the training...it good to have it in bite sized pieces...update .. I was unaware that there was a recurring charge and without any notice I was charged. Definitely not worth the additional money for what it is .. they are unwilling to refund too...even though I cancelled before charge went through. Shady!!!

Deceptive Advertising on YouTube. I thought the $19.95 was to open up a trading account. In reality it is a "Simulation" account. I quickly cancelled the subscription. Then you must jump through hoops to submit a webform to ask for a refund. A webot replies and states: "We completely understand your reasoning, but we are unable to approve a refund. I cancelled within 30 minutes of signing up. Ridiculous and absurd.

I purchased a 1 month introductory subscription 2 days ago and noticed I was charged an extra $49.99. That charge was for a "Personal AI Mentor" that I didn't subscribe to or approve. I contacted the company about the mistake but they refuse to refund my money. They said that due to their Refund Policy they can't refund me but I'm still well within the introductory period. If you're considering using Finelo know that you WILL NOT get any money back if you don't like the program.

Fun, quick lessons that definitely help you get the basics of trading, investing and the market. The apps look and feel along with the smaller lessons remind me of Duolingo. My only complaint is the high pricing (even with the introductory offer) for a specified time period, when the same information is free from other sources, but a little difficult to find in a single place with this structure. Also, the narration of the curriculum keeps playing before you tap right to move to the next screen

The app doesn't work, scanned my charts, and never got any information. It just sat in a loading screen, and on top of that, they overcharge you for a subscription that you did not sign up for and won't refund you unless you go through some type of contingencies. Like completing a certain amount of studies and things of that nature, but if I'm not interested in the app, why would I even do that. Another company robbing the little guy? Like, i'm not satisfied with the app. Can't refund me $40.SMH
