Seems like it's maybe a great app but no free trial limits options considerably. Most workouts, features and options are Pro and you can't even sample them without purchasing. Also, there's an AI fit coach that seems pretty interesting but evidently you're extremely limited on what you can ask it. I had two 30 second conversations with it and was cut off before my second message was sent on the second convo. No warning, just put on page with a bunch of purchase options. Pay first then try? No TY

This app is awesome because it includes pre-made workouts, and you have the option to customize it, as well. The app has cardio, dumbbell training, resistance band training, and body weight options. There's also yoga, and stretching. Best of all, you only need this app and the equipment you already have. This is great for beginners, as well as more intermediate fitness levels. No gym required.

I love this app so far. I came from the body building world, but initially started doing gymnastics. I lost a lot of mobility so this app is really helping me gain it back. My knowledge was also limited on body weight exercises. I'm learning different movements for different parts of the body and I love it. I've eliminated weight training completely for pure calisthenics and cross training and this app is a major factor. Love the equipment variants too. The only thing I wish was different is yoga for beginners with different progressions. 5 stars from a premium user.

The ability to select what equipment I have at home and have a workout program built around that is fantastic! I've been looking for this style of workout app for ever and I'm so lucky i found it! Workouts are engaging and easy to follow. Some people complain about the going back and forth to grab different equipment but I preview the workout to gauge what I need. Plus if it's that much of a hassle you can pause it to get adjusted. If you have any doubts about this app, please don't, it's 💯

I'm enjoying it. Definitely one of the better apps I've tried, HOWEVER, I do wish they allowed to change a workout for a similar alternative. I don't have the best knees and I even selected that on their app. Most workouts are great but a few are hard on my knees and I can't switch them. I want to workout and not skip a part. On top if mentioning my bad knees I also gave those workouts a thumbs down and I'm still getting them!

Looking for a new app with free services, this one had a ton of downloads (so it must be good right?) however, after taking my body metric data, assessment data, email address, and personal name I hit pay wall. Granted it seems relatively cheap something like $30-$60 depending on plan, it wasn't as low cost as I was looking for. Not transparent, as it takes all your data and info first then hits you with a pay wall to use it's advertised services, because of this I do not recommend it.

I LOVE it. select exercise , equipment to use and position , standing or on the floor. I love to use kettlebell standing so i just go in and find the ones.I LOVE that there are video demo of the exercises and there is a preview of the exercise. i get rest time so i dont feel like i am dying. The ability to customize so many aspect of my workout is a game changer.. Con: I would love if there was an image showing the muscle groups being work so I know I selected the correct exercise.

Well! I'm a 43 yo M fitness buff. I've been using bodyweight, pull-up bar, and dumbells for years. This app taught me new ways to use what I already have. It syncs to Google fit. You can start creating only one custom workout "right out of the box". You can use this app and your favorite music app at the same time with a Bluetooth speaker\headphones. The free version is very limited, so I'll be switching back to one of my old apps that I only had to pay once for.

This app makes you jump between excercises in cycles, instead of grouping all excercises of each type together. This means you'll spend more time adjusting your weights than actually working out. It's ok if you have at least an hours for a workout, and you don't mind putting weights on and off. Update: I reduce it to 1 star because I sent two emails to the developers and got no response for over a month now. For a paid app it should be better.

Good app but hope to see it get better. The workout selection is great, but each exercise is usually 30 seconds long. I would like an option to choose any length. In the custom workouts I can choose a length, but no custom average lengths for generated workouts. A favorite folder where I can easily add workouts to would be nice. The app has no cable machine workouts. It also doesn't have parallel bars, or gymnastics ring workouts. Overall a great app that will hopefully get better.
